Very well. Techs are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great Service and recommendations from the technician. They did tell me it would take a couple hours, but actually it took 3 1/2 hours, but it's running great at this time. I totally recommend this company. I have used them before and knew I could trust them again. They do have different plans, I chose the initial plan of $69.95, with a monthly charge of $39.95 for a minimum of 6 months.

My technician, Anthony, was extremely pleasant and polite. He asked me several times if I had any questions. He also installed several free maleware programs. Very professional job.He also got rid of the many, many pop up ads that were driving me crazy. Now, the only ads I see in the bottom right hand corner are the new Gmail letters that come in.

The techs at MCW are ALWAYS polite, professional and always have fixed my computer problems.

The techs are knowledgeable and patient over the phone. There are different plans according to what kind of service you want. You can give them permission to remotely access your computer, and they can help that way. They also have services locally in Scottsdale, AR.

Problems identified quickly and then resolved.

The Tech was very professional, knew the steps needed to fix my issue, and made sure everything was running smoothly prior to completion. He also explained what actions he took to solve the problem, so I would understand the changes to my new Security software set-up.

Crystal did an outstanding job. took the time to answer questions and showed me what I didn't understand. Would definitely use this company. there is no limit to the number of times it needs to be done. I pay the extra to have everything backed up every night so it is there when needed. I had compute crash years ago and MWC saved me.

Perfect, as always! We use these people for computer problems and they always fix whatever the issue is. This is the first time I've used them for a cell phone problem, but the technician was just as friendly and helpful. I LOVE this company! We have used them for several years and they are always so nice and never give up until they fix whatever is wrong!

MCW called at the scheduled time, sent me to a webpage to turn controls over to them, and then was able to identify the cause and fix it in about an hour. During the hour I was free to work on other things around the house and they called me once repair was complete. Sean, of MCW , explained what he did to remove the virus. He also took the time to clean up a few other things. I have used MCW in the past and also had similar positive experience.

They are excellent! I did my own IT for too many years! Just in time I hired MCW to make things right and keep my computer issues at bay. Because of my own error my computer ended up with the Ransom virus and it was scary!! However, since I was set up with their back up system they were able to restore thousands of files which could not even be identified and were no longer accessible to me. Whew! That would have cost me dearly in many ways. Try them out! You won't be disappointed. PJ

MCW generally is quick to respond and/or return a call. They continue to work on the problem remotely as long as it may take or until the end of their workday at which point they will reschedule. They follow up to make certain that the work was done well and the problem remains corrected. I find them to be reliable and trust worthy.

The technician was thorough and answered all of my questions. It took him about an hour to check to viruses and malware. He was very courteous and as I previously commented he answered ALL of my questions - there were a lot of questions.
