The job started off very well. Tear out went good and so did preparation of the sub floor for tiling. The actual tile job went good too but the grout was terribly uneven in most places. The owner of the company was quick to respond and correct the uneven grout issue but hasn't yet responded to the chipped tile i noticed on my flooring after the job was complete. Below are the negatives i feel worth mentioning. On one of the days after the grouting the crew spilled a full bucket of water on my carpet. I was downstairs at the time and the crew didn't bother to tell me. They must of thought i didn't hear them talking about it and attempting a clean up; pretty unprofessional to not own up to doing this. The chipped tile in my second bathroom still hasn't been addressed. A door handle is completely ruined due to grout on it. Any grout i can chip off had ruined the finish on the handle. I replaced it myself.

Bruce was wonderful to work with, making helpful suggestions with regard to the selection of our flooring materials. He kept us informed about installation times, any delays in the arrival of materials, and stopped by regularly to monitor the project progress. The lead installer, German, was also a pleasure to work with. He worked carefully at all times whether moving furniture, prepping floors, installing planks or cleaning up at the end of each day. Both Bruce and German patiently responded to all our questions throughout the process. In addition, they went the extra mile in assisting us with the purchase and delivery of baseboard materials even though our nephew was going to install the baseboards! Our project was handled with great professionalism. I would highly recommend Gainey Flooring for any flooring needs.

Awesome job, first old flooring had to be demolished, but when the installers were getting ready to lay they found 2 different tiles that the store had mixed up. Thanks to Bruce at Gainey he interceded & negotiated with the store so we could get the correct tile the next day. If he hadn't stepped in my project would have been delayed a week. Over & above the call of duty.

It went flawlessly. Bruce at Gainey Flooring Solutions was extremely helpful throughout the process. He wanted to ensure we ordered the right flooring and covered all costs in his original quote. The floors look great and his guys did a wonderful, clean job.

It went great....these guys are all very professional, clean up nicely and very easy to work with.....and very aiming to please..... we did not have a single complaint.... I would totally hire them again and I have referred them to friends and neighbors.

Awesome! Bruce is very easy to work with, always on time, and always answers your call! Very professional and treats your home with respect. We recently remodeled our whole kitchen and Bruce was one of the best contractors we've ever worked with! With that said, I'm still unsure how he's so priced competitive with the level of service he gives. Definitely will use again!

Bruce's experience in helping choose tile and mosaics for bath, and flooring for 935 sq ft of other living areas was very valuable. The flooring (LVT) has a great look and feel. His crew was professional and worked hard throughout the entire installation. They even helped me move furniture. Gainey Flooring Solutions did a great job in making my 30 year old home look like new!

I was very impressed with working with Gainey Flooring. I first worked with Bruce to get me a quote. Of all the flooring contractors we reached out with, he was by far the most upfront and willing to give us tips to save some money, while increasing the quality of our experience. Bruce's bid came in very close to what he guessed and we really appreciated the consistency. Other contractors seemed like a guessing game as to how much we could afford. The day of the installation, two guys came over and instantly gave me confidence they were going to do a great job. They moved all of our furniture for us and were very careful and professional about it. We have a large custom entertainment center which they took the time to disassemble and put back together when they were finished. I would have never guessed it was moved around. In the end, they did exactly as promised and finished a half day early. Great work!

They did an amazing job! The tile is all even, completely even without any lips. They were very fast and efficient with installation. The crew was all very nice, professional. They also greeted my dog and said hi to him. The floor is all perfectly spaced. I cannot believe how good of a job thry did. It looks fantastic. The baseboard cree was really nice. They worked fast. I was comfortable enough with the crews that I gave Bruce my garage code for them to get in, that's how good the crew is and how comfortable I felt. All the people have worked for Gainey Flooring for a long time, and that shows. I oovr my home now. My friends have all been impressed with the floor and how great of a iob they did on the floor. I plan to have Gainey redo my showers next year.

We selected Gainey Flooring for our major home remodeling project and are very pleased with the responsiveness, speed and honesty of Bruce and his subs. Bruce was instrumental in the selection of the materials and the design of the space, especially the master bathroom. Our remodeled home is wonderful and the credit goes to Bruce and the installation teams from Gainey Flooring.

His crew came in and was completely done in 4 days. They always cleaned up after the day was over and they got rid of all old material. They were prompt and professional!

Bruce's subs came on time every day, were very friendly and kept my house clean. Not perfect, since I had to do some small clean up after, but over all a good job. The work was great. The squared and level shower tiled walls were very impressive due to the imperfect backer board they started with. Bruce offers a wide variety of services from design to construction. I will absolutely suggest his company to others.

The project took 4.5 work days to complete. I had all of the prep work of demo, shower build and water proofing, and molding removal performed before they had arrived to make for an easy job. Though there was some language barrier with the guys Bruce was using, they did an excellent job. Especially on the shower keeping the finished product flush and square though the framed walls from the original builder were not square. I performed the molding purchase and install as well though Bruce offered all services for a full bathroom remodel. With respect to cleanliness, the team did a great job of putting down plastic for the entire pathway of their work. The only qualm I would have is for Gainey Flooring to offer sealing of the grout, which I had forgot to bring up before the job was started. But this is a minor factor. I would use this company again and intend on suggesting him to my in-laws for future bathroom and floor renovations.

Bruce and his crew at Gainey Flooring Solutions were very very professional and efficient. The whole process from start to finish was very painless, which I did not expect for such a big project. Bruce guided us in choosing some amazing flooring and baseboard options for our 3 bedrooms. His installers were very professional and courteous and were able to finish the job ahead of schedule, which is always a plus in my book. I look forward to working with Bruce at Gainey Flooring solutions in the future when we redo the flooring in the rest of our home.

Everything went well. Everyone who has seen the Master Bath has been very positive on the outcome. The only issue we had, was we had one of his crews arrive late a few times. Other than those incidents, we were very pleased with everything else. He provided a few ideas that enhanced the design. He recommended various places where we could purchase the vanity, tile and plumbing fixtures. In the case of the tile he went with us to the store to assist us in the selection of the tile and mosaic. He was very helpful. I would recommend them to others.

Gainey flooring was very professional. From the time Bruce came to the house for the first time for the bid to the completion of the job. They showed up on time and also gave me a courtesy call to let me know when they were 30 minutes away. Bruce helped with suggestions along with a great follow through on the whole job. The installers were great. They were very polite and willing to help with the furniture removal and the replacement of the furniture after job completion. They also offered suggestions on the direction the floor should be laid and was very patient until I made up my mind. The installers were very neat and cleaned up after the job was complete. They took extra care in making sure things were covered properly during installation to ensure the dust and dirt were kept to a minimum.I really enjoyed working with all the gentlemen of Gainey flooring and I am going to have them do more work for me in the future. I would highly recommend them.

I've been remodeling our home in Scottsdale in phases since October 2014. I'm a woman and have been my own general contractor on this project. I have never had an issue with any of my subs treating me disrespectfully until hiring Gainey Flooring Solutions. The owner said something to me that was offensive and then called my electrician and spoke poorly of me. I think the world of my electrician and the phone call to a third party was very unprofessional. Our project was completed by RS Flooring. RS Flooring did an amazing job, they were less expensive, and most importantly treated me professionally.

As far as the installation went, it went GREAT! Bruce was available by phone anytime for any questions we had. His installer, Jorge, was very professional, knowable, and proficient in his craft. Both Bruce and Jorge kept us up to date with their calls as to when they would be at our home to do the project. Our project was done in a timely manner. I would have no reservations as to recommending Gainey Flooring Solutions to anyone. We plan on using them in the future for other flooring projects.

Two workers installed backer board and black and white ceramic tile on a 45 degree angle in our remodeled kitchen, and black slate-look tile in our entryway. They also installed a mosaic tile backsplash in the kitchen. They were professional and thorough, and cleaned up carefully each day so that our three cats would not get into anything. The entryway is a central access point between the levels of our tri-level house, so they informed us well in advance when they would be tiling that area, and how long it would be before we could walk on it. The workers were very friendly and answered questions for us. They also worked with our designer to help solve a few problems that came up. All of the tile looks beautiful and is a great complement to our new cabinets and counters. The 45-degree angle created some complex cuts, but they were all done very well. The grout lines are all clean and straight. We would recommend Gainey Flooring for your tile work. I also want to commend Bruce for his honesty, we accidentally wrote the final check for the wrong amount, higher than was due, and he called us when he noticed and returned for a new check.

It went excellent. He did entire flooring of house. He did the back splash and the fireplace. It turned out more beautiful then I could have Imagined He was prompt and very professional.

Bruce Berry, the company's representative, was very professional, punctual and quick to respond to my questions. He gave me some great ideas about the design for the backsplash. The installers were punctual, very friendly, checked to make sure they were doing everything as I wished, and they cleaned up the work area when they were finished. They did a fabulous job of cutting the tiles, setting them and grouting. We are thoroughly pleased with the work they did!

We have used the skills of this company on two different projects in the past year. In both cases we were very pleased with the responsiveness, speed and honesty of Mr. Berry and his crews. He even helped us resolve some major flooring supply problems to our satisfaction - a very big challenge that! Our new home is stunning and a lot of the credit goes to the installation teams from Gainey Flooring.

We were very fortunate to be referred to Bruce Berry early in the process of trying to find tile to match or replace tile in the kitchen of a home we recently purchased. We removed a wall separating the kitchen and dining room and needed to cover the newly exposed floor. We also wanted to replace the carpet in the living room with tile. Bruce was extremely helpful because he shared with us his extensive knowledge of tile, advised us of our options, what to look for in the kind of tile were interested in having installed and quite importantly showed us examples of what to avoid. He then suggested alternative locations for purchasing tile. We did purchase tile from one business he suggested, and that turned into another excellent experience. The whole process was so smooth. Bruce walked us through everything we needed to know. He measured the areas to be tiled so we knew how much material we would need to order, got us a discount on the tile we selected, scheduled the work when it would be convenient for us, was very positive about the two gentlemen he scheduled to do the installation, followed up with us on the installation time, offered excellent suggestions about the transition areas with the existing tile, kept in contact with us while the installation was happening, and inspected the work after it had been completed to make sure we were completely satisfied. And we were and are completely satisfied. I must also share that the two installers, Jorge and Ernesto, were very professional and do lovely work. The work required that they be there over multiple days and they made sure their schedule was acceptable to me. They were considerate, encouraged me to check their work and consulted with me whenever there were options in the installation that would affect the overall appearance. They were certainly trustworthy; I had no qualms about leaving them at their work while I ran errands. And they were very neat . They tidied up before they left each day and cleaned up all the debris that occurs in this type of job before they considered the job complete. Would we use Gainey again? Absolutely! In fact we are very happy they will be returning to install back splash tile after our kitchen counter top is installed. Bruce is a pro and Jorge and Ernesto really know what they're doing.
