Couldn?t be more pleased with Crain?s. Chris responded quickly to my request for help with my irrigation system. It is an old system and needed to be upgraded, expanded, and leaks repaired. Chris accomplished it all and it was up and running within hours. I am grateful for his suggestions and professional repairs and improvements. I would not hesitate to call Crain?s again, and would recommend them highly.

Amazing to get a repair scheduled and done all in one day. The problems with my irrigation system (watering a desert garden and pots) were really bugging me for a long time and I've had other folks look at it but this was just fantastic work - Chris showed up within 2 h of our conversation and spent the day (until after dark!) repairing the system.

Chris was thorough, upgraded my old sprinkler systems to modern equipment. He educated me about everything as we developed the quote. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work and we tested everything together. Iâ m hopeful that my trees and plants will survive.now that they are getting water.

Diagnosed it quickly, presented me with a handful of options. Once agreed on a plan, he started repair immediately. Very impressive! Iâ ve never had that kind of prompt same day service before. On top of that, they were very professional and personable. Explained everything very well. Fairly priced. Left a clean work zone. And took the extra step to triple check the work after. Would definitely recommend this business. Hoping I donâ t have anymore breakages in the other areas (40+ year old house, definitely possible), but they just became my go-to if I do.
