Their service has been excellent. We have been very satisfied with their service. They are very competent and thorough. They are a good company to have on your list to call.

They came in and installed toilets when we purchased the house. Within two days they were leaking on our tile. We had the guy come back out. When we had a problem with the air conditioner, we were told a part needed to be replaced on our own. The part should have been replaced under warranty on a piece that they had installed.

The service technician was very professional and friendly. He inspected the unit which is a gas furnace coupled to an a/c unit with the compressor on the roof and air handler inside the home's furnace room. Unfortunately for me, he recommended replacement of the unit due to excessive debris within the evaporation coils. Due to the gas furnace being coupled to the air handler coils, he said repair maintenance was not recommended due to the age of the unit, probability of the gas parts breaking during dis assembly, and the existing type of Freon becoming no longer available due to the new units using a different type. He explained his reasoning, taking his time so that I could understand.

The service person arrived within an hour of our call. He moved the outside unit back onto its place on the cement pad and placed rubber beneath each of the 4 legs to ensure that it did not travel off the pad in the future. He said that the motor was a variable speed motor that needs to find its rhythm before settling in on a consistent pace which would be quieter, thus the noise was to be expected and not a sign of any problem.

They are very punctual and follow up well. The service is good. If the ever mess up, they will come back right away. I have recommend them highly over the years. My friends also seem pleased their service.

my a/c has a freon leak. Financially, I'm not able to buy a new unit. The technician was great and gave me other options. He came out right away and repaired the unit. So far, so good!

I used them for a long time but I switched to a another provider. I felt they continuously tried to do extra work and implied that I needed a new unit all together. They first stated I need free-on for my ac unit. I contacted my home warranty company and they assured me I did not need free-on. The provider then tried to resolve the matter and agreed I did not need the free-on. If I did not have the home warranty company I would have paid the provider for the free-on service. It did cost me additional fees for my warranty company to come out for something that did not need to be done and the provider did not try to make it right.

We were referred to them by a friend. When they came out to replace the air conditioner unit on our rental property, the roof where the unit was to be removed and replaced, was difficult to get access to but they were very understanding about our unique circumstances and worked out a solution. We had to bring in a pipe of crane in order to be able to get access to the roof area that they needed to work on. We paid 2,900 for the new unit.

The original person is Jay. I've probably known them since 2002. I have an Arizona home that has 2 units sometimes instead of one and they are on east and west side of my home. I also have a contract with them to do maintenance, but they've replaced both my units. They have tremendous competency. They are probably not super, super cheap, but they are at least trustworthy and reliable. It's an annual maintenance contract for $320 for 2 units. I didn't pay them anything this time because I was still under the first fee that I paid back in May. I would recommend them and tell people that they are highly reliable, competent and informative. They are able to follow through if there are issues. I would give them a B on their price because I'm sure there are other companies that will do it for cheaper, but then I get what I pay for. I would give them an A+ on quality. They were small mom and pop and they've grown quite a bit. They've still maintained the mom and pop feel even though they have a lot more people in service. I'm glad that this company is a company that is still there for people. They are top notch.

Sales was very good. Responded in a timely matter and followed up without being a pest. The installation crew was good.I did have an issue that has not yet been solved. When crew installed front unit. They damaged one of my decorative poles by leaning ladder against it to get on roof. A manager did come out and was going to send a person out to look at it. I have not seen the guy nor has manager called me back. In the scope of things it is not that big a deal except it is like a burr in my saddle. Otherwise I was very pleased and would use them again.
