Description of Work: Replaced existing duct work with new high efficiency solution

Description of Work: It was a routine a/c service inspection call. He took over two hours to do the inspection. He stated that our refrigerant was low but could not find any leaks. While he was in our attic working I her loud banging and other strange noises. When he finally finished I gave him a $25 coupon to be deducted from the service bill. He only deducted $5. I then call their office and they said I would have to send them a copy of our bank statement to prove to them that I was correct. They are very unprofessional in my opinion and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Replaced defective thermostat. I like AJ and they do good work and are very professional but they seem to be a little high on their prices.

Description of Work: The AC service was terrific. The plumbing component was very unprofessional. In spite of several calls and two visits, I was unable to obtain adequate water softener product information and an itemized written estimate. There was no follow up from them via phone. I wasted a lot of time with a project that should have been straightforward.

Description of Work: NO FREON IN A/C UNIT. THEY REPLACED THE COPPER PIPE THAT HAD A HOLE IN IT.
