 + -1 moreBrandon was very friendly and efficient. He introduced himself when he came to the door (on time) and from there is was very easy to talk with him and explain what I needed. He was also very good at letting me know what my A/C needed and didn't need at this time. He took pictures of the unit (on the roof) to show me how it looked and what could be done now. I purchased my A/C from AAA Cooling and after having Brandon out I know I will not use any other company to work on the A/C. I am very happy with the company and especially Brandon. Thanks for the help.
Description of Work: Brandon did a pm on the air/heat system I have and also informed me of the savings programs they have. I opteyed for the Silver and it will save me money.

 + -1 moreIt went well. They called a half hour prior to arrival. Were punctual. They used bottles when inside my home. Service person professionally dressed and briefed me on observations. A coil cleaning was required so I requested that he do this work. It was completed efficiently and I signed up for another's inspection in the spring. Very satisified and would recommend this company.
Description of Work: Had them attend to do a basic tune up of of my A/C and furnace.

 + -1 moreThey had to reschedule. Tech was prompt, professional & courteous. Our home does have 2 - A/C-heat pump units which I did explain when making the appointment. Tech checked all; no repairs needed however did try to sell "maintenance" packages. Problem is that several weeks after our visit the office contacted us demanded an additional $75; stating that the coupon was only good for one unit. This is not mentioned in the coupon. Wasn't mentioned by the office when I made the appointment nor mentioned by the tech. Scam. I would not recommend this company based upon their deceptive practices.

We have been using AAA Cooler Specialist for 20 years. They installed our current system, and we have nothing but positive things to say about them.

He was very personable, seemed quite knowledgable with regard to evaluating our air conditioning system and we quickly came to trust his advice. He was a terrific representative for his company. Mia answered right away and I told her I needed a service call ASAP. She tried to walk me through a couple of steps to see if we could figure out the problem. She was very nice and helpful. I had Brandon the technician here in 45 minutes and I was a mess. I was worried this was going to cost thousands. He was very calming and told me not to worry. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the part on the truck, this was an older system too. I was back up and running before noon. I was so happy with the service I received from this company I felt I needed to let you all know. Call AAA Cooling Specialists 480-481-0000. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY !

I was very impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge, and his overall customer service; and I would recommend this company to anyone. (The cost would have been less had the roof not been so high.)

 + -1 moreAAA Cooling installed two new TRANE AC units at our residence. We selected AAA Cooling because they claimed to be Trane certified. One of the units leaked multiple times causing $3900 in damage to our home. AAA Cooling offered to settle the damages requiring a full compromise and release denying any responsibility for the damage or future repairs. Due to concerns regarding the problematic installation, we elected to file a homeowners claim to repair the damage. We only asked AAA Cooling to reimburse the $1,000 out of pocket deductible. AAA Cooling refused to take any responsibility for the damage to my property and now are not returning my calls or responding to correspondence. It does not seem right that a company can cause thousands of dollars of damage to your home and not be accountable.

Description of Work: Checked rust in the drip pans of the units in the attic to make sure the rust was only superficial. Check the temperature differential of the A/C units to determine if they were within minimum standard limits.

Description of Work: John did a thorough A/C inspection for a reduced price ($75) thru Angie's List and only found that the coils needed to be cleaned. He also gave us the option for another cleaning in 6 mo. via a 1 year service contract, for another $50 over the coils cleaning price. I thought it was a good deal. I went up on the roof to watch John work, and learned a bit about the procedures he had to follow. I did this because of a free inspection I got from another co. (Delta Mechanical) the previous week that resulted in estimates of required repairs between $637 and $2573. Because we are a senior couple, I felt that their tech. was trying to take advantage of us. As such, I sought a Trane A/C recommended company that had a very good record on Angie's List, and wasn't disappointed. Do your research to get a better idea of who to trust!

They are very punctual in scheduling my quarterly service and very accommodating to meet my schedule not theirs. Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable and the office staff is always the same. Last October I had a unit fail at another property that I have that is a rental unit and this property at the time was not on a maintenance schedule. They jumped on the issue immediately upon my call and were able to make temporary repairs before installing a new unit which minimized the discomfort for my tenant I would highly recommend AAA COOLING SPECIALISTS

 + -1 moreOnce on the roof, the technician - John, saw that their was a bed of pine needles and cones that was challenging the system and was a potential fire hazard. He filled three, 36 gallon bags with debris from the roof; filled half a bag from the evaporator section and then did a complete service. I was so impressed I signed up for a semi-annual program so AAA can prep the system for winter
Description of Work: It started out simply. Do a a seasonal check on the AC. But they did so much more. I highly recommend this contractor for AC and system heating needs.

Description of Work: Utilized AAA cooling as part of the APS AC service. I had read the reviews on Angies list when selecting on of the approved vendors from APS and liked what I read. From the scheduling, to the service, everything was exactly what I had anticipated. If and when I need service again, this company will be my top choice.
