Be warned no call no show I called for service for my elderly parents' and they stated they had someone available untill 9pm and then my parants waited outside in the hot arizona heat for the guy or someone to call and it was a no show when I called I thought its was a A rating and didnt think they wouldn't come and now when I called this morning they stated they never got the message I wouldnt rely on them I learned a long time ago no call show is the worst customer service you can have FYI I was also planing to replace my entire AC they also lost that business

The team did great work and helped us understand our AC problem in-depth and what our options were. Very professional and truly gave us good advice.

Mike Miller came to fix my air conditioning and was super knowledgeable, professional, kind and helpful. It made my day!! It's really hard being alone and not knowing who to trust but I highly recommend AAA cooling. My next maintenance appt. is already booked. Also all their employees and technicians have been very helpful and kind in my past dealings with them.

Best proposal and purchased after considering total of six local vendors. Sales, technical review, and subsequent installation excellent. Installed one week after agreeing to the proposed components and pricing. We're now ready for the 2020 Arizona heat coming this summer.

AAA Cooling did an excellent job. To begin, they discovered that the defective part in our heat pump was under warranty, which the company which installed the unit did not know. They fixed our problem and did an excellent job.

Very customer service focused. Explained everything in layman terms and included pictures of all the work they performed. Fast and friendly. I would definitely hire again.

Ray gave me a thorough review of my options and didn't just go on autopilot assuming I would want a standard install. After deciding on some upgrades, he gave me a very competitive estimate. Andrew and Jimmy put in a 15 hour day with barely a break and did a beautiful job both in the attic and on the unit outside. What a great team - I would hire these guys again in a second!

Provider did a great job and made me aware of what the issues were and what practical means of fixing them I had as options. Great quality of work. Overall very satisfied and would recommend highly for AC work.

The technician John who came out on Fri. 4/20/18 told me the circuit board was bad, the 60 amp disconnect was bad & the drainage hose needed replacement. Cost was over $600. I advised I would call my home warranty company, Choice. They sent a technician out on Mon. 4/23/18 who told me the compressor was bad which was forwarded to Choice which let me know that the compressor was a covered service but it went bad because I must've neglected maintenance. This was a totally false premise since I service the unit every 6 months and make recommended repairs and had the receipts to prove it. They advised me the repairs diagnosed by the AAA technician would be covered except for the hose but the Authorization Dept would need to speak to their tech to find out how he arrived at his conclusion and any observations concerning the compressor. After much rangling with AAA, I was informed by one of the owners, Erin ??, that they have a policy of not having any involvement with warranty companies. She absolutely refused to override her own policy to allow John to speak to them re: the work he performed on Fri. 4/20/18. I advised her that this was a very bad business decision on her part since if I am unsuccessful in getting Choice to honor their contract, that I would've had them do the repairs and even considered contracting for a new AC before the end of the year since they also came out to give me an estimate ($7K + ) the same day. Needless to say, I will not be contacting them again and caution others to do their homework before calling them for service. Please note this is the 2nd review I gave on AAA. in as many days. The 1st one was for excellent service by John & Ray. This one is a bad reflection on the owners who don't mind leaving customers hanging and with their backs to the wall.

They did a nice job. It was a fairly straight forward visit to check out 2 units. The person who made the appointment was friendly. They showed up within the time frame given and, as promised, called a half hour before coming. Mike was personable and professional. He didn't try to sell me anything, unlike other companies I've dealt with. I'd use them again.

I had an appointment with a different company that did not show up. I called AAA and they had a technician at my front door in less than 30 minutes. An hour later, John had diagnosed and repaired my unit. The price was very reasonable, the service was excellent, and John couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. I have found my go-to A/C service company!

Called and they had someone out within 3 hours. When he looked at my compressor he realized that rats had chewed through the line. A shocking revelation since we've never had a rodent problem. He was able to rewire the compressor quickly leaving us with very little discomfort and at a price we thought was very fair.

Great. Arrived quickly and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. Turns out rodents ate through the compressor wires. The technician was friendly, professional and seemed trustworthy. Unfortunately as I write this review about last year's great experience I am looking up their number to call them again. Great service does warrant loyalty!

I arrived at my home in Arizona on 8-16-17 only to find that one of my a/c units was not working. it was after 5 pm when I called AAA and I had a technician by 6:30/7:00. The unit could be repaired but it was 19 years old, so I opted for replacing the unit rather than putting a band aid on it. They had the new unit on and cooling by 2:30 the next day. the entire crew-initial call, tech and installers were top notch and professional. Highly recommend. Knew price up front and no surprises.

OUTSTANDING! We have a second home in Scottsdale and we arrived to an AC unit that was not working. In August mind you. After searching on Angie's List, they were open on Sunday, responded immediately and serviced immediately with minimal overtime. A part needed to be ordered and lickity-split it was fixed my morning the next day. Ended up signing up for a service contract that was very reasonably priced and creatively designed. Many options to choose from. Service man, Jose, was professional and thorough. Well done! Would recommend highly!

I agreed to pay $109 for a service call. Made an appointment for the next day between 1-5. Shortly after 1 they asked if I could push my appointment back a day. I said no. Then at 3:50 they called and said that there were delays. I told them to cancel. I would not use a company that does not keep their promises and appointments.

They fixed it right away. I paid for the service call on Angie's List ($59) and was charged $237 for a run capacitor. I found it on Amazon for less than $20 but the quantity AAA buys them it would cost about $15 or less. This is exactly the reason I left the service contract with Day & Night, I paid $317 there a $21 part. I know they have to mark up the parts but at that level? Just to prevent this again I'm installing new Lennox units next Monday.

Their service is really good but they have talking about the service packages pretty aggressively.

Brandon spent considerably more time checking out our split AC/Heat pump units, and the upshot was that the capacitor was not ready for replacement at this time, but sometime in the future. He explained everything to us thoroughly and saw no other issues. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He appeared to be well versed on his knowledge of HVAC. All in all, it was money well spent for the second opinion and I will definitely recommend AAA Cooling Specialists to friends.

I called on a Friday afternoon, and scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning, 9-12 window. Dispatcher/scheduler, Janet, was extremely friendly. Brandon, the technician, called at 10:00 am the next morning, and let me know he was on his way, and arrived 20 minutes later. Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. Price was lower than I expected, very reasonable. Brandon is very friendly and professional, and his knowledge of the A/C system was clearly evident. Overall, a super positive experience, I highly recommend. I will use AAA Cooling for all of my future A/C needs, and in Arizona, that is saying something!

My expectations were high , since I been a General Contractor for 30 years . When you select a cooling system for your home that is not a place to cut corners or chase the low bidder . There is a lot competition and a huge variety of systems in the HVAC market , but only a few stand up to the Mark of Excellance and truly care about the quality and professional service . AAA is on that short list of contractors and they partner with my option the best TRANE. Our AAA sales rep Phillip Mc Carty was experienced and sincere ! I stated what we were looking for in a HVAC system and Phillip took are wish list and made it happen. The process was seamless from the home service call from Phillip to the installation just four days later . The installation crew Joe & Juan were obvious experienced Trane techs and didn't waste any time removing my old system , which was not a easy job since the air handler is located in the home attic and our compressor need a Crane to hoist the old out and new Trane into place . These men were courteous and worked none stop so we can have the entire job complete in one hot summer day. When my arrived home she asked didn't the AC company show up , I laughed and said AAA has come and gone and the new Trane was so quiet you cannot even here it running . Phillip follow up after the installation just to make sure we were completely satisfied and I don't give a lot reviews but the time a review and thanks was definitely in order . Thank you AAA we luv our new Trane and our home is feels brand new with the Trane 15 Seer XR it Is a silent cool breeze, slice of heaven , helping us deal with the extreme Arizona heat. Do hesitate to trust AAA and don't risk the low bidder when it comes to HVAC selection , it is the most important component in your home. I without a doubt highly would recommend AAA Cooling Specialest & Trane to all the Angislist reviewers . Ask for Phillip Mc Carty and this rest will happen in a snap
