Andi and the office staff were great to work with and they scheduled quickly and the tech showed up promptly. The repair was done to our satisfaction.

I had checked Angie's List and Rosie Romero's list of contractors and had taken a water sample to WTT for analysis. Robin Pettyjohn came to the house, made recommendation and addressed my concerns about purchasing the product. I had the installation done two days later. Tom, the installer, had a flat tire the morning of the installation, called me and was on time for the new appointment. With two helpers he had the job done in less then 2 hours. The water softener works well and has made a marked difference in the water quality, use of soap and detergents and general cleanliness. The only negative comment is that one of the helpers accidentally severed the Directv cable to my living room, which I discovered after they had left. Andi Pettyjohn promptly refunded to me the $70.00 cost of the Directv repair and simply asked that I forward her a copy of the bill for the repair work. I am very happy with the equipment, the work performed and the service.

I WAS HEARING SOME LOUD BANGING WITHIN MY PLUMBING AND I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE WATER SOFTENER WASN'T THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. THEY CAME OUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM FOR ME AND GAVE ME THE INFORMATION I NEEDED TO TALK TO THE APPROPRIATE PEOPLE TO GET THE PROBLEM RESOLVED. ONE CALL TO WATER TREATMENT AND I HAD SOMEONE AT MY DOOR WITHIN TWO HOURS! THESE GUYS ARE PROMPT. THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEIR TECHNICIANS KNOW THEIR STUFF AND THEY ARE WORTH IT! THEY HAVE HANDLED MY WATER SOFTENER PROBLEMS (CAUSED BY ORIGINAL INSTALLATION AND BAD EQUIPMENT THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH), AND OUR WATER SYSTEM FOR FOUR YEARS. THEY ARE A STELLAR ORGANIZATION.
