Daniel just replaced our hot water heater and knew to have the one that is used with our water softener. I had Landmark Home Warranty who wanted to send IKMAR plumbing who had changed names 3 times and had a slew of bad reviews and an F rating with BBB. I took the cash out and had Daniel and his Dad's company do the work. TOTALLY WONDERFUL, professional, and courteous. He gave us great advice re: warranty work, etc. I am very pleased with my decision.

Installed a new water heater and now all hot water is cloudy you can?t see thru it. The water heater they recommended did not have zinc but aluminum rod in it. I offered to buy new zinc rod but they won?t replace it. ?Not an installation issue? I was told. Love to show pic!

I needed an emergency replacement of a water heater on a weekend. They were early and very efficient . Quick to start and quick to finish.

After getting six quotes for a new water heater after my current one was leaking Water Heaters Plus reached out to me after I put my project on Angie's list and they were by far cheaper than everyone else. This includes quotes from 4 larger plumbing companies in the city as well as quotes from Home Depot and Lowe's. They were also very fast and prompt with their service and was able to come out the next day and in less than an hour had my water heater swapped out as well as changed out some of the additional plumbing fixtures and added some additional fixtures that my old one didn't have like a drip pan. Incredibly fast and professional father and son team that are also veterans as well so all around great team to work with. I will recommend them to all friends and family in the future.

Scott is well-informed about the product and the actual install process; Daniel, his son and the person who did the install, is TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE and gets the job done. The Serviceman was a veteran. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He performed his work in a very professional manner; cleaned up afterwards and was very reasonable on pricing. I was quoted a price and it did not increase even if additional valve or fittings were required. Definitely would use them again
