Honest, fast and great service.

Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend my water heater failed. Sunday morning I had a brand new one. Water Heaters Plus responded to my request for quote immediately, gave a firm bid over the phone, gave terrific advice on what to purchase, showed up at 7:00 and were true craftsmen in the installation. I spoke to Scott on the phone initially outlining the work needed. Daniel (Scott's son) showed up on time (even a little early) as our water heater went out the day before. Daniel was very professional and the installation was very fast. Daniel took time to explain everything which was great as I like to educate myself on home projects. Price was competitive. The job had problems removing the old water heater. At 1st could not remove the water from the old tank. The water heater was so filed with sediment had to use a pump to get most of the water. Still this guy was so strong was able to move the heater on to the street. Then was so surprised how he did his work so fast. Gave me a good prize and all is well. Had some problems he looked at and did not charge me.

Needed weekend service- no additional charge-Previous Water Heater under warranty at RHEEM, purchased at HOME DEPOT Arrowhead Ranch, technician drove to Home Depot- picked up new water Heater Sunday Morning , started at 8 A.M. and finished by 10 A.M. including removal of old system, driving to and from Home Depot, and installing new Water Heater. Fast, Quick, Efficient- Highly Recommend!
