I am bursting at the seams with happiness over the job Ben did installing my new tile. His estimate was lower than any other and even included another room to boot. If that isn't enough to rave about, the job was done in one day which included kitchen, dining room, 2 hallways and dressing area. Ben and his workmen were courteous, knowledgeable, neat and very prompt in arrival. One more thing I have to mention. When the job was completed I moved the fridge sooner than I should have which resulted in a large space between several tiles. I offered to pay additional to have it fixed but Ben took care of it at no additional charge. How can anyone ask for better service than that?

I hired them and they were very prompt and were here when they said they would be. Very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves. I would recommended them 100% to anyone

It took a while for Benito to work our small job into his schedule, but when he got here his work was first-rate. He knows the tile business inside and out. HIs expertise led to a top quality job. We are very happy wth his work and will defintely call on him again.

Communication was difficult

Ben and his guys did an exceptional job on our kitchen backsplash. We appreciated his professionalism, honesty and would do business again with his company. We love how the tile job turned out, it looks fabulous.

The tile looks awesome. I received three other quotes from other companies and Ben was the cheapest. Ben completes all the work he says he will do. Ben did a good job.

I am a new home owner and this was the first time I have ever worked with a contractor. After seeing horrible stories about contractors on TV shows I was nervous about the process. I received a quote from Ben which was $300 lower than the other two I received and since I was on a tight budget I chose him to do my work. My first experience was a great one. He adjusted his schedule to work with mine. (Which happened to be his day off). He completed a 270 sq ft room in only one day. I am very happy with the quality and customer service he offered. I recommend Ben to anyone with flooring needs.

Ben (and his wife) did an amazing job! I am so happy I found them here on Home Advisor. I got quotes from six other contractors including the "Big Boys" and Vila Europe was by far the best so I went with Ben and everything worked out great. Not only did Ben work quickly finishing the job in less than a week his experience and attention to detail is a rare find in today's world. He even helped me put the finishing touch on my kitchen backsplash at no charge! Best of all, I purchased the tile through Ben at "wholesale" prices saving us a ton of money on the materials!!! My wife and I have already decided to have him come back and remodel our master bathroom nest year!
