 + -1 moreWork was performed as ordered and on time. Randy and his brother did all the work in 5 hours, were very professional, and courteous. They were not the lowest estimate, and they were not the highest. In fact, they were the 2nd lowest. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I recommend them as well.
Description of Work: They installed a security system in my home, 3 motion detectors, 20 perimeter contacts, a fire alarm, control panel, plus monthly monitoring for $15/month. The company is owned and operated by 2 brothers who do all the work and have 17 years of experience. Of all the companies I got estimates from, they were the most impressive. I appreciated the fact that a technician, and not a salesperson, is the one who came out, inspected, and gave me the estimate. There was no yearly or monthly contract to sign.

 + -1 moreTHEY CALLED BACK IN A VERY REASONABLE TIME FRAME. WERE VERY HAPPY TO HELP US OVER THE PHONE TO AVOID A SERVICE CALL. WE'VE USED THEM FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS BETWEEN TWO HOMES AND HAVE NEVER HAD A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH SERVICE OR EQUIPMENT THAT COULDN'T EASILY BE TAKEN CARE OF.
Description of Work: HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR BOTH OF OUR HOMES. HAD A MINOR PROBLEM WITH CURRENT SYSTEM (IT IS 8 YEARS OLD). NEEDED PHONE ASSISTANCE TO REPROGRAM SYSTEM.
