These guys did a great job installing my water softener.

They were very professional, told me up front what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and stuck to it. I was in a time crunch and they re-arranged their schedule to accommodate me. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled all trash away with them. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

We obtained quotes from 3 different plumbers. These guys were by far the most professional. Communication & value were top notch. I'd use these guys again & again.

Set appointment time was for later in the day, they called once they realised they were close on another job and were able to come earlier than originally set for, a plus for me as I wanted to work done ASAP. At my house, they wore shoe booties on the carpet, a nice touch in my opinion.

Very friendly,affordable,and they do a great job.When your house has a broken water pipe you have no clue who you should go to you call various plumbers and every appointment is days away.Don reached out to me and was here the following day.He pointed out the problem and explained what he had to do to fix it.My house is back to normal again thanks to him. I highly recommend him to others.

If I could give less than a .5 star, I would. Workmanship and quality of work was pathetic. Install instructions were not followed there by voiding mfg warranty. They reordered a shower frame header because they had scratched the initial one, but never showed up to replace it. I am currently having to hire someone else to correct the install according to mfg instructions.

Response was quick and efficient. Thought the price was a little high but not sure what the going rate is. Impressed with knowledge and the very fact they were concerned with leaving the house as clean as when they came in. They had me with the booties.

Dan and Matt were very courteous, kept the area clean, worked very hard, and stuck to the entire process from beginning to end being respect full of my deadline to get the work done. They definitely know the meaning of customer Service. Michelle R., Tucson.

Knowledgeable & prompt

The were neat and clean and very easy to work with. Only one thing I would change. i paid by check and the technician was not able to produce a receipt and apparently they are not set up to generate an email receipt automatically. I had to email and request it and it came promptly. Still would have been nice if I hadn't had to ask.

Don Paz responded within 5 minutes of my request and came out at a time convenient for me to check my water heater that was not working. He explained everything very well. I had a new air conditioning & heating system installed a few days prior and the company had not turned the gas back on which was why I had no hot water. Don was very safety conscious checking with the inspector of the heating/ cooling company to make sure it was safe to turn the gas back on. He had the water heater working in no time at all and did not charge me for the visit. I also asked him about water softeners since mine no longer works and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will be calling him to install a new softener. I was very impressed with the service. I would highly recommend!

Don and Matt performed our under slab pipe leak repairs exactly as quoted in two days. After day one, an additional leak was discovered and they repaired it as well at no additional cost. They were professional, clean and were a pleasure to work with. They will always be our plumbing contractor of choice in the future. Thank You Guys!

Don was extremely responsive to my request on water heater issues. He contacted me at 7 pm one night and was at my house by 9:00 the next morning. He replaced my water heater and I also had him replace a water valve to my ice maker. Don and his worker, Matt, were extremely professional, did exactly what they said they would do and well within the time parameters estimated.
