The service went well. They showed up on time and did a nice job. The technician was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. I had no issues with scheduling.

arrived as scheduled, clean professional service technician, wore disposable boot covers. inspected both systems in my house. Found no issues that required immediate attention, although recommended I replace both systems because of age.

On Time lives up to name. Service was timely and affordable. Great customer service from everyone from the dispatcher to Derrick. And, unlike other providers we had used in past, Derrick got AC running and did not try to upsell us a contract or services we do not need. We feel that we trust them and would certainly work with again. We also highly recommend their services. They are different than anyone else in this business we have worked with. Are very professional, efficient and explain the problem and what they are doing.

It was easy to schedule a next-day appointment with On Time Air. Prior to dispatching the tech, they also called to check with me. After arriving, the tech quickly setup and diagnosed the problem. He also answered my questions and made suggestions about future maintenance. Professional, competent, capable. They will be the first call I make whenever I have an A/C issue.

I appreciate their honesty.

Came home from work at 7am and while watering the garden , heard the air conditioner fan not rotating. Called the company i have been using and was told that Monday was the next available appointment. I have heard about Angies List so i joined and searched for a company. Read the reviews and picked On Time Air Conditioning. At 11am, Derek arrived, evaluated the cooling fan system and completed the job in less than 2 hours ! His professional approach, knowledge and appearance greatly helped an already stressful situation and really is a true representative of the On Time Air Conditioning staff. Also their receptionist is very courteous and did her MAGIC to get me help !!! Please convey my appreciation to Derek and your receptionist on a memorable experience !!! Easy phone call with representative. I liked the fact that they did some trouble shooting before arriving and we were able to solve the problem quickly and easily.

TECH SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME.I EXPLAINED TO HIM THERE WAS NO AC IN MASTER WHILE REST OF HOME WAS COOL.HE WENT INTO THE ATTIC & INSPECTED THE COILS & SAID THEY WERE LEAKING BUT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE DUCTS. HE SAID I NEED AN AIR RETURN PUT IN THE BEDROOM ITSELF.HE TOLD ME I'LL PROBABLY NEED A NEW UNIT BY THE END OF SUMMER. I ASKED APPROX. HOW MUCH PER UNIT. I UNIT. IS 2 1/2 TON THE OTHER 3 TON. HE SAID APPROX $7800 PER UNIT. i TOLD HIM LAST YEAR ONTIME QUOTED $3500/UNIT . HE SAID PRICES CHANGE . I PAID THE $59.00 FEE & HE LEFT. TODAYI STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM ON MAY 29 & AFTER MEETING WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY DISCOVERED THAT THE DUCT IN THE MASTER BEDROOM IS COMPLETELY COLLAPSED & FROM THE DUST AROUND IT NO ONE HAS CHECKED IT IN YEARS.IT ALSO NEEDED 3 LBS. OF COOLANT . THE ROOM HAS IMMEDIATELY DROPPED 5 DEGREES IN 1 HOUR. I WAS ALSO TOLD BY THIS COMPANY THAT THE SYSTEM WILL BE FINE FOR ANOTHER SUMMER & CAN MEET IN THE FALL TO GET FIRM PRICING FOR 2 NEW UNITS @ APPROXIMATLY $3000 TO $4000 PER UNIT. technician confused by function of A/C unit - failed to realize home had zone thermostats.

I knew my 16 year old Trane systems were on borrowed time so I wanted to get these two complete systems replaced before the weather started to get too warm. I assumed it would be difficult to have installers working in the attic where the AC coils and gas furnaces are located if I waited any longer than early March. Since I had never had complete HVAC systems replaced before, let alone two at the same time, I researched Angie's List and found 4 companies that were highly rated and requested estimates from all. On Time AC and Heating was the only company who gave me three options of Trane systems to consider, a budget system, a mid-range and a high-end solution. The other companies did not recommend Trane as their first solution even though the existing HVAC systems in my house were Trane systems and had lasted 16 years and I had requested a Trane solution plus an alternative to Trane from each company. On Time was also the only company which gave me line item pricing for parts, materials and labor and two years of twice yearly maintenance included. They were the best value overall. The initial estimate was for 2 to 3 days to do the work and it was completed in 3 long 12 hour work days. It turned out to be a much bigger job then they thought as the new furnaces were 4 inches wider then the existing ones and on one side of the house it created some placement issues in the attic. Plus the openings that access the attic areas on each side of the house were very tight and they had to be very careful not to damage the ceilings removing and installing the units. On one side of the house they decided to use the "return" opening where the HVAC filter sits by removing the "return" housing in the attic. It gave them more room to move the equipment in and out of that side. It was a clever solution. They were very careful and there was not a scratch or a mark. when they were done. Since I was not available to see the progress of the work On Time had the installers take photos of the before and after work. I was truly impressed by the work ethic of the installers and the customer service provided by the owner of this woman-owned business. On Time AC and Heating is my recommended company if you want a quality Trane system in your home.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it actually turned out pretty well. They did a good job and showed up on time as they were supposed to. The technician took care of what he needed to do and told me what he needed to do. He told me when he needed to be in the house, what was going to go on and how long he thought it would all take. That is pretty much what happened and it was pretty uneventful, which was good. The price was reasonable.

My HVAC system went down. The technician cam and diagnosed the problem. However, there was no follow-up to repair/replace the system. I called the technician to remind him that I needed help. However no one ever came. I finally called another company to install a new system. I've never been ignored by a business when I had $5K to spend for a new unit. ONTime must have too much business.

Fast, on time and cleaned after the service. No muss, no fuss

Greg was very courteous and helpful. I wasn't told when I scheduled the appointment that the $60 inspection was per furnace. When he arrived he asked how many units I had. I said two and quickly explained that the price would be double what I thought it would be. I could see the logic in it. At the same time I thought they could have told me when I made the appointment. Greg arrived timely and was professional. When he explained I would need a new capacitor I was shocked to learn that it would be an additional $169 for the part. I had him put it on, but felt the company was gouging me with the price. This part couldn't cost more than $10 max to manufacture. So by the time it was all done I was into it $298. I don't think I will go to them again without checking with others first. I did like Greg; he knew his stuff.

Jorge took photos of the furnace unit and duct work and explained all the issues visually. For someone non-mechanical I truly appreciated this approach.

Indoor air handler, in the attic is a very tight fit through a small ceiling opening in the master bedroom closet. Everything was cleaned up after the installation and the sides of the ceiling opening repaired to original appearance.

The service man arrived promptly as scheduled and performed the routine maintenance.

I had a great experience with these guys! They sent a service man out to perform a 16 point inspection on my AC. He didn't find any major problems, though he advised that the unit is old and will need to be replaced soon -- which I already knew. He informed me that someone had scraped off the serial number to the unit, which is troubling. He also noted that a previous contractor had messed up the P-Trap assembly. He was able to fix this for a relatively small fee. He was professional, courteous and honest which is what I always look for. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The technician spent over an hour checking out my unit and explained all of my options to make my unit more efficient and perhaps it's longevity. He was professional and courteous. On Time will definitely be my bi-annual service company.

Frank was great! he showed up on time, introduced himself, and explained what he was going to do. When I asked questions about cleaning the interior and exterior unit there was no hesitation and he spoke in terms that made sense. when I asked how often the interior coils should be cleaned he explained 7-10 years, but could get away with never, potentially, IF I was very good about changing my filters every month...even on the 3 month ones. What I was most pleased with is the replacement of the 3 daisy-chained capacitors on the outside unit to 1 (the proper one). I had another air company earlier in the year replace a capacitor on the exterior unit and the commented that it was running 3 amps higher than the max, but it might be due to its age (10 years). Frank noticed the same thing and was alarmed and amazed that the unit was still running. Again Frank explained the cause for his concern, showed me the number while at the unit, and that the correct capacitor, while a little expensive for me, would definately fix the problem...and he was right. The amps being pulled went from 28 to 18 on the unit. Thanks again Frank you're awesome.

They were excellent. They live up to their name, they were on time, and kept me posted with updates. I couldn't have asked for anything more. They also told me ways I can save money.
