I purchased and scheduled the deal online, but never heard back from the service provider. When I called them and finally spoke, I discovered that they were out of my service area.

The service was great. They did not charge us more than the Big Deal cost of $59.95. I was here when he came in. The guy was very nice, professional, did his job, and was finished fairly quickly.

They are great. It's a very good company. They are listed on Angie's List. They have just been very good. When we bought the air conditioning unit, it was $7000. They are just very polite and very professional. They are on time. They do a lot of follow up for their customers to make sure everything is satisfactory. They don’t come, do the work and leave. They do a follow up to make sure everything is okay, whether there are any questions or issues or if we need additional information. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

It went okay. I thought they were trying to upsell me a bit, but I ended up buying an annual maintenance contract. I'm not sure if the first tech that came out went up in my attic, however, because the second one that came out noticed the insulation that eventually caused the blower motor to fail. All in all, I am satisfied with my experience.

The provider came on time and once he went into my attic to inspect it, I felt he exaggerated the situation by telling me that my electric bill must be sky high because of the condition of my supply lines. My bills have been very low in fact and I did have an energy audit around 5 months ago so I knew what the condition of my supply lines were. I also had another provider come out to give me an estimate and he took pictures and explained to me what I could consider. I decided to go with the first provider.

I was very happy with the quick response to my call and the ease of working with our schedule to set up a time for them to come to check the problem. They were friendly and professional on the phone AND in person. I hired them because of their ratings and coupon and I will hire them again because of this experience.

It went very well. They were on time and very courteous. They used booties when they came in. They inspected units and told me what the issues were and told me what I would need maintenance on in the future. They were very clean and professional. I also use them for my business and I feel that they are a great locally owneed business in Arizona and I would recommend them to others.

Provider came to my house on Monday in which my tenant specifically asked technician to take sure to take "Before" and "After pictures of coil. Technician left in the middle of the job because he said he ran out of cleaning detergent. No communication was given when he would be back. Monday night around 6:00 PM, I called the A/C company to explain that I needed before and after pictures of coil and would like to know if he finished the job. I was told I would get an answer by the morning time the next day (which I never did). I hopped up on roof (which is 3 floors up) and determined that while the coils were cleaned to some extent, , they were still dirty and needed to be cleaned again. So I paid a different company to clean the coils and will be asking for a refund. No communication from the technician who came out to the house and then no communication from the office. This is the reason why I used Angies list to begin with and this is my first negative review. Bad service and a bad experience.

"They recharged the A/C units, but did not do it correctly. I called 'Parker and Sons' and they did an excellent job. The price was also reasonable for the service that "Parker and Sons" provided. "Parker and Sons" actually refused to charge one of the units until it defrosted, which was the CORRECT thing to do. He said he would be back the next day, which he was, and the job was done properly. The price "Parker and Sons" charged was reasonable for what was done, and it has been working great ever since. "On Time Air Conditioning and Heating Inc" claimed they charged both units all at once and we paid them at the time of service. We were still dying from the A/C not working correctly after "On Time Air Conditioning and Heating Inc" supposedly fixed them. (We had a small coupon for "On Time Air Conditioning and Heating Inc." which did not make the so called repair cheap by any means, especially considering what we went through). We ended up paying twice because we paid for the first job that was not done correctly by "On Time Air Conditioning and Heating Co." and the second job done by "Parker and Sons" that we are extremely happy with. "Parker and Sons" knew what they were doing, and we understood that we would have one more day of extreme heat in the house and appreciated his honesty. Since we have two units for our house we "camped" out in the great room which was somewhat cooler! "Parker and Sons" ended up adding some coolant to the first A/C unit and put a full charge on the "frozen" one. (If "On Time Air Conditioning and Heating Inc." filled up the first one like they said they did, why was there room for more coolant that was added by "Parker and Sons"? We felt cheated on both units by "On Time Air Conditioning and Heating Inc." We were better off knowing the truth and having to wait a day, because in the end we waited much much longer than the one day by dealing with the "unfixed" unit and the not completely filled unit. Thank goodness "Parker and Sons" knew what they were doing. And the money we paid to "On Time" was wasted. We probably should have gone back to "On Time Air Conditioning and Heating Service" and complained, but we did not. This is not only a review of "On Time Air Conditioning and Heating Inc." (and I am sorry to say, not a good one.) but a great review for "Parker and Sons" for finally fixing the problem "the proper" way. Eva E.

Arrived on time, polite, found problem quickly, charged less than quoted price.

Came home from trip out of town to upstairs A/C unit not working at all! Contacted On Time first thing in a.m. next day and a tech was scheduled for that afternoon. They called to say he was available about 2 hours earlier, and when Jason arrived, explained the "symptoms" and he knew exactly where to look first. He was very knowledgeable AND thorough! In the midst of diagnosing the biggest problem of no A/C function, he also discovered another problem with clogged lines for the condensation. Because of that, he noticed that the water had backed up to the point it had started to leak onto our attic floor. Undetected for much longer and we would have had another BIG problem with structural damage. Jason also looked for opportunities to keep our bill as low as possible, which is always an unexpected plus, and rare in the A/C industry based on previous experiences I've had! There was no pressure or upsell to replace our very old units, but he did make us aware of things we should be on the look out for in future. EXTREMELY happy with our experience with On Time A/C. Will definitely use them in future for our home AND two small rental properties we have! Glad to know there are knowledgeable AND customer first oriented companies like On Time still out there! Kudos!

I was very pleased with them, but was able to get my unit replaced for much less through another company. I felt that they were honest in their assessment and would definitely recommend them.

AMAZING service! I called On-Time on a Sunday morning, and they were at my house in less than a hour. The serviceman tested our air conditioning unit, and discovered the root cause of the problem. He immediately changed the compressor and start assist parts. He was in & out within a hour. We now have cool air in our home again!

Travis did an excellent job explaining the problem and making the repair very quickly.

While no one wants to spend extra money on the home A/C - it's a necessity. We were very satisfied with the service that was provided and feel we were given a fair deal. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Thank you.

Ok. Did what they said they were going to do for inspection. Nothing beyond that. No high pressure upsell. It was okay. They showed up on time.

The service call was done a1 day after I requested the service. They supplied us with a quote for the work that needed to be done, as well as a complete replacement option. I informed them I only wanted the service done, and the following day they completed the service and collected payment. Extremely fast and efficient service all around.

We called On Time because they had come out to do a check up on both our units back in October of 2013, and we were very, very impressed with their tech, his honesty, and what they would charge us in the future when we needed to replace one of our big units. On that call, he was the ONLY tech out of FIVE bids/visits we had from area AC/Heat companies that actually knew what he was doing. They all said (and most of them were sales guys, not techs) that we MUST get a new unit NOW, NOW, NOW. lol But the gentleman from On Time actually tested the unit (what a concept, right?) and said it was old, but fine and that it did not need replacement right now. Saved us a ton of wasted money and headache at that time. Well, this visit, with a great tech named Travis, was for the same unit. It has been "monsooning" like crazy in the last few days, and suddenly last night at about 9 p.m., we realized that the unit was only blowing air and no AC. My husband checked the thermostat connections, but that did no good. The thermostat was fine. We called On Time's emergency number and connected with Travis who said he would come out first thing in the a.m. He did, and was polite, nice and very professional....especially for a guy who had been on call all night! Wow. He said that they get a lot of calls when it rains like this as the water somehow gets into the systems and, you guessed it, trips the breakers. We hadn't checked the breaker box, and that's all it turned out to be. However, while he was here, he also checked the problem unit's capacitor and other parts (fine), and both of the units' drip pans (on my request) and they were fine. We discussed what to do if this happens again, and how to handle it. Travis could not have been nicer or more helpful and knowledgeable. Just what we've come to expect from On Time. When the time comes to replace the entire unit (and it's coming soon), we will ONLY call On Time and have them do the work. Thanks again, for a great job.

Approximately 2 years after our furnace/AC installation, water was flowing from the kitchen's ceiling. I went into the crawl space above the kitchen and saw a drain PVC tube leading to outside the house disconnected and the furnace/AC was directing water down onto the kitchen ceiling below. I placed the tube back into its place and then called On Time Air Conditioning and Heating (On Time), who installed the furnace. They came out immediately and sealed the tubing so it would not leak water again. Evidently, this PVC tube joint was not sealed properly when the furnace was installed. It would cost about $900 (drywall estimate) to repair the damage to the roof above the kitchen. That and other damage in the kitchen, however, had yet to be repaired. My insurance had a $5,000 deductible clause, so insurance was not applicable. So the repair would come out of my own pocket. I called On Time and they said they would pay for the repair in full. They were very courteous and friendly on the phone. I had the repair work done, and sent On Time receipts for the cost of repair and materials. Within a couple of days, I received a check in the mail from On Time for the cost of repairs, along with a letter of apology for my inconvenience. I have used On Time many times in the past, and they have always been courteous, efficient, reasonably priced, and, yes, on time. This is the first time that I've had to call them to do a repair of their work. I highly recommend them to everyone in need of furnace/air conditioning services. They take care of their customers and are honest in every way.

This was an amazing service call! It was Sunday afternoon in blistering August when I noticed my AC was blowing air, but not cool air. Monday was the first day back to school and I had to be ready for a classroom full of new kindergartners. I called for an appointment and Jeremy said he had some calls before mine but could come by between 7 and 9 that evening. He called me back shortly and said he had a cancellation and that he could come right then. He diagnosed the problem, said he had the parts on his truck to replace it, and did the job. I had called at 2:40, Jeremy was here by 3:40, and the job was finished by 4:20! It's been blowing cool air ever since. A fantastic service experience! Jeremy was polite and knowledgeable. He checked to make sure everything was working and that I didn't need any refrigerant added before he left. I will definitely use On Time again. As for my kinder class, our AC and electricity went out on Monday when we got to school and everybody got sent home for the day, but and thankfully I had a nice cool home to go to.

Ted came out a few weeks ago to give us a quote on our 13 year old, ailing A/C unit. Right before he came over, the A/C stopped cooling. He was able to give us a quote on 3 comparable units AND called a tech to helped get our old A/C running again. He even stayed to start the repairs himself while the tech came over with new parts!!! A few weeks later, the unit went out again and Ted did his best to help us keep the old unit running. The next day he was able to get a crew over to replace the heat pump and air handler. The installers were here all day(from 8am to 8pm), working in the hot attic, installing the new unit. They did a great job and we are very grateful for their dedication and hard work. We will definitely be using On Time Air again... and recommending them to our friends and family.

I am very pleased with the results, the price and especially the prompt response. I have only one air conditioner and my house was already at 92 degrees. I also appreciated their honesty about the state of my system and what my future options looked like. A very good experience. Thank you Derrek.

A guy by the name of Frank came in and checked the system, pumped some refrigerant into my system and waited for the outside compressor lines to freeze. He went on to explain it was a faulty expansion valve and it would cost over a $1000.00 to repair. He recommended I replace the entire unit for about $8K instead of a costly repair. I got a second opinion from Consolidated Mechanical and their guy replaced a blower motor. I guess Im not surprised that Frank probably gets a cut from a new A/C system purchase. My recommendation is always get a second opinion when it comes to HVAC systems. I may have gotten a bad technician, but he represents the company and he misdiagnosed the problem.

GREAT!! We lost our AC at midnight, and at 0700 we called our "standard service provider" with whom we'd had a warranty for 10 years. Of course, the warranty had expired last month! Morning low 85; predicted high 106. They couldn't come till 4-8 today. So we looked on Angie's List , and called On Time. They charged $20 less just to walk in the door, and could come 1-3 today; in fact they arrived at 1:20, and we had AC in 20 minutes. Fortunately it was a minor repair. Yea! The repair man (name unk) was friendly, courteous, professional; he knew his business.. We're very happy. We highly recommend, and will definitely use them again when needed.
