Chris spent a lot of time showing me the issues with the HVAC system. Took pictures in attic area to show things to me and shoed me how he tested the AC compressor and capacitor.

On time and Michael from 72 Degrees were fantastic. They answered the phone promptly and scheduled the appointment for later that day. I was notified when Michael was on his way to my home. Once their Michael was helpful and quickly diagnosed my problem. He made the fix and then stayed around to ensure the system was functioning properly.

I called it went to a call center answer line and was told it would be an extra $99 service call because of Sunday service. On Angies list it showed Sunday as a service day. Disappointed!

Once again, they were great. On time, clean, thorough, and reasonably priced.

Tim was great. He got right to work and was very professional. He fixed the problem very quickly and the cost was very reasonable. He showed me the faulty capacitors and, referring to the capacitor's label so that I knew what the test result should be, he tested it with an electrical probe to prove they were faulty. I'm relieved that I can have a good night's sleep tonight. Great job.

The technician arrived well within the time range promised. He did the tune-up and inspection, made the fixes which addressed the buyer's concerns and gave feedback on the condition of the unit. He didn't try to sell us anything that was satisfactory and even pointed out a couple of issues with the home inspector's report. We're moving into a 10 year old home, so it's good to have a quality A/C company lined up ahead of time. I think we've found that company.

Received AWESOME service, both by the person who dispatched the service agent and Brian, the service agent. Top Notch! I called 2 different companies from AL. The other company although highly rated, their service call fee was twice that of ON TIME "show-up" fee, because it was the wkend. When I called ON TIME I got a real person on the phone (not a automated menu), he was very helpful and told me he had 5-6 jobs ahead of me and right there on the phone, he decided to call in his on-call guy because I believe he knew the workload was getting pretty heavy early on a Sunday AM. He called his on-call guy, Brian, who called me within 15 minutes. Brian showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. It was about an hour from my initial all to ON TIME by the time Brian was at my home. Brian struck me as a well-seasoned and knowledgable professional. He got straight to work and had me up an COOLING again with 90 minutes. If I need repair again, I will be very happy to see Brian again. I also appreciated the attentiveness of his dispatcher as well. VERY appreciative. It was nice to talk to humans who can make things happen, versus automated menu & answering service who kicks the can down the road. At ON TIME real a/c people answered, responded and rescued me from a hot house in Phoenix in August. :-) btw, my unit is 11 years old and I did sign up for service agreement which saved me on my immediate bill. With 11 yr-old unit, it made sense. HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Brian was awesome. I don't know anything about air conditioning systems, nor did I have any clue of how to maintain one. Brian explained everything from a simple monthly air filter to the details regarding how well my system actually functions. Of course most of it went over my head. But the important thing is my unit's non functioning part was replaced.

I called late in the afternoon when I noticed that the A/C compressor was not turning on (just the fan). The office staff member was very friendly and was able to send a technician (Brian) out in just two hours, which was very much appreciated as the house was getting warmer by the minute as it was nearly 110 degrees outside. Brian called in advance to let me know he was on the way and he arrived on time. Brian immediately realized what the problem was, had the part on his truck, and had my A/C unit back in operation in 30 minutes. He also took the time to show me a couple of tricks related to my thermostat and was very good about answering all questions I had. I was very impressed with the entire experience and would recommend On Time Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone.

Wow!! The greatest experience all around! We purchased their $49.00 AC tune up special late in the day on 3/26/15. Early on 3/27/15, I received a very kind email from Barb, to schedule the service. She asked me when we'd be available to have a repair professional come to our home & then gave me 3 dates & times to choose from. On Sunday, 3/29/15, Barb sent me an email to verify the next day's appointment, which was great customer service! The next day our SUPERIOR repairman was here right on time & within 45 minutes he totally fixed the wiring problem & added coolant to the AC. He was very comfortable with having my husband watch what he was doing- & he explained about the electrical wiring. For over 2 months now, our AC has been working beautifully. We wouldn't utilize anyone else!!!

The technician found the issue, checked on the warranty status of my A/C then resolved the issue. He also pointed out another issue the A/C is likely to have soon, advised when the warranty would expire, and gave me a quote to resolve the upcoming issue with and without the warranty.

Excellent service. It went very well. Service Rep was on time did excellent work and did not over charge me.

I had Jonathan come to my home to discuss my options. I agreed upon a unit and provided half down. The service was set up within 48hrs. The installer came out early and worked the entire day getting everything set up. I had AC that evening, but left for work and the possibility he had to return the next day to finish the furnace section of the installment is still possible. The installer was awesome to deal with and was very quiet when he wasn't hammering or drilling. My only concern was the paperwork with the breakdown did not have the make/model I was purchasing. The gentleman that showed up to install the system had no idea what I had purchased and was just waiting for delivery. I've been fleeced enough times doing business in AZ that I had called to ask for this information and was promised that I would receive something with all this info after the installation. I hope it's waiting for me at home. I was given a bunch of numbers on the phone, but they pulled up nothing at the Bryant website or just by Googling them that really explained what system they referred to. I didn't choose to go with the cheapest model, so not knowing anything about AC's or installation, I have to trust I got what I paid for. The installer called Jonathan when he couldn't answer my questions and I was told that my thermostat was not going to be the one I was told I was getting. I guess maybe I wouldn't have been told this had I not called with the other questions. That didn't make me feel the greatest about being 100% up front on fulfilling what we had agreed on, but I am more concerned with the bigger purchase. I was also told they submit the warrenty information for you. I have read a ton of information on the cost of these systems. Especially after friends were shocked at the price I paid and tell me they got AC units installed for $5000. Hearing people say I WAY over paid and then giving me examples makes you second guess yourself. I'm sharing my experience to all of you out there who may be like myself, looking for contractors that can be trusted. I have to have faith that On Time AC and Heating is a big enough company that I should be able to trust them and that they give fair estimates. I'm sure a single woman could look like an easy target and maybe I was. I liked their people from past experiences so I chose to go with them. I need to believe that this was a honest business transaction and they definately were very nice to work with. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a car salesman, so I'll be happy with my new unit and no more calling for problems when it's 110.

They were great. I have signed a contract with them.They were honest in terms of things they were telling.

The service was wonderful. I really appreciated their quick response (they came out the same day we called) and the service man was a very nice, informative individual. I also appreciated their wearing booties through the house. He was efficient, explained things, and gave us a great price.

To evaluate the unit the serviceman wanted to run a diagnostic test to locate what he felt sure was a Freon leak. We declined to do so as it was quite expensive- depending on the location it could be a few thousand dollars. The serviceman suggested we call the people, Ken's Air-conditioning, who installed it five years ago, they came out and tuned up the unit and it has been running well. The cost was $240. Unfortunately I cannot really tell you what Ken's AC did but it has been working well since. The serviceman who came out was punctual, polite, and professional; however, I am glad that my husband insisted that we call the company who installed it (the serviceman suggested we do so) as it potentially saved us quite a bit of money.

The installation went well and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. The crew worked hard all day to put the new unit in and they cleaned up after they were done.

They were ok but did not feel a lot of confidence in the service.

Called at 10:30am on Saturday to9 schedule a service call, they called me back and said they had an opening today (Saturday) for a time window between 4 and 6 pm. Jason Sugden called at 5:45p to say he was running late and asked if I still wanted him to copme out since it was getting dark. I gave him the problem and what I did to arrive at my diagnosis, and he agreed that it sounded like it was low on freon. He got to my home at 6:51p added 6 pounds of freon, the system immediately started to cool down and the compressor sounded much better. The house was already starting too cool down within a few minutes and he checked for leaks with a "sniffer" to see if there was a large leak. Service call and one pound of freon was $128.23 and 5 pounds of freon was $38/pound and was another $190. It must be a slow leak and if we wanted to have him check for it, we would have to schedule another appt. SO we will wait to see how it works over the next few weeks before we set up another schedule.

Service tech was polite and on time. He inspected furnace and told me that everything looked good making some minor adjustments. He then proceeded to blow out some dust/dirty areas and took the time to duct tape some joints for increased efficiency. He was careful and mindful of having to climb up on my pretty red washer to access the attic service port. He answered all of my questions about filter kinds and how and when to change. I was pleased with the outcome of service call.

It was fine, they did a really good job. Everything was fine. They were really quick and honest. No complaints.

Repaired Water Heater Timer in less then an Hour

Our AC unit went out on a Sunday the first week of August 2014. The service provider, On Time AC, came Monday morning. The technician went onto the roof, assessed the issue, made a recommendation for repairs, went to Home Depot for the necessary part(s), exchanged the old part(s) for the new part(s) and had the AC unit functioning within about 30 minutes.
