Description of Work: Professional response to one of my units not working (fan blowing but compressor not turning on). Recommended complete unit replacement and came back on schedule. They replaced the thermostat as well (said at no cost) but within a week it was having issues(I did not know it was thermostat related at time of call, only that unit was not turning on). I called afterhours phone number as it was one of the cold nights on a weekend in late December. Never received any call back, had to call next week day to schedule someone to come out. He fiddled with it and said "that model sometimes acts up" and if it did it again they'd replace with my previous model. (if my old model would work, why did they replace it with a version that has a reputation of acting up?). Overall service was much better than past experiences with HVAC companies. In my 25 years in the desert having a company that is perfect is probably not going to happen. They also noticed some issues with my other unit's drip pan and fixed without charge so the very good clearly outweighs a couple minor hiccups.

Description of Work: We had a bracket break inside the air conditioning unit at our rental property. On Time was very professional, called our tenant promptly to schedule a same day appointment. I really can't say much about price since I don't have anyone else to compare it to.

Description of Work: On Time, was on time, and performed an Air Conditioning maintenance for me. I was very happy with the service. The person that came out was very professional, he did the work and then went above and beyond what was just required. He also advised me of possible issues in the future to be aware of and gave different cost options for repairs. I will definitely use On Time Air again.
