They were on time and the technician was incredibly nice. They gave me what I thought I needed and everything went well. Then on another visit, they provided me with an estimate on a part they told me that might need to be repaired. However, their cost for that part was really astronomical. We actually bought the part elsewhere for much less. But overall, I had a good experience with this company!

It’s been a great relationship overall! Ted, the owner, is a great guy. We’ve been very happy with him.

They were incredible! They showed up on time, were polite, courteous, and we paid what they said it would cost. We found coupons in the phone book that they honored, too. They followed up with a phone call to make sure that we were satisfied and they really went the extra mile

Initially, the job was intended to be small, but then it turned into something much bigger. They were very professional and responded promptly to emergencies. I was overall happy with the service, and I ended up signing a year contract with them for maintenance.

Overall, the experience was good. The technician showed up on time and was nice.

The technician took his time and thoroughly checked the system to make sure that all defective or worn parts were identified.

They came to tune up my heat pump on 7/31. On 8/4 my air conditioning stopped working at 10 PM. I called them. Ted came out and replaced the part. He was here until after 12Am. they both were very polite and professional

Monday night our a/c stopped cooling correctly. With the temps climbing over 105 during the day, this was very important for us to deal with right away. We have been dealing with problems on this a/c unit for years, and have had three other companies service and repair it. Not liking the service we had received from any of them, we joined Angies List and found On Time Air on the List and based on the reviews we took a leap of faith and called them first thing Tuesday morning. The person on the phone was very courteous and professional, and was able to schedule us a service call between 9a and 11a. The technician, Patrick, showed up at 9:45 and was a pleasure to work with. He was competent, friendly, and knowledgable. We explained our situation, and also that we weren't in a position to replace the entire unit, so we needed to find a way to make do with what we had. Patrick did an excellent job on finding the likely source of the leak that had caused us to loose enough coolant to make the unit stop working (something the other three companies had missed). He answered all of our questions, made the repairs, and replaced all of the lost coolant, and was out the door for less than $400! That was an excellent price based on everything he did, especially when compared to what we paid to the other companies in the past. We will be calling On Time again when we can afford to replace the a/c unit, and we will be asking for Patrick again.

It was fine. The guy was nice but the quote was a bit high compared to the other company I went with and for what I thought was a lesser grade of product, flex vs. steel.

Everything went well: from the first visit of the sales person through the installation. They even provided duct cleaning the same day as a free bonus! I called On Time when another company's prices was quite high. I got a lower price without sacrificing any quality!

They arrived prompt and were very professional and got us taken care of at a great price.
