The company responded to my request for service within an hour after purchasing the special online. They were scheduled by me to come out 2 days later. Jorge, the service tech, arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable. After the inspection, he advised us about the dirty coils (inside & outside were extremely dirty with caked dirt). He also showed us the blown capacitors. His prices were very reasonable. We had a previous AC inspection last August from Parker & Sons and knew that 1 capacitor was going to need replacing very soon and that our coils were really dirty. Their quote was $242.00 for the 1 capacitor and $378.00 to clean the indoor & outdoor coils (before taxes). On Time AC quoted us $90.85 for the same capacitor and $292.00 for the same indoor & outdoor cleaning (before taxes). In addition we now had another blown capacitor. I am pretty handy with the tools but I honestly did not want to do a chemical cleaning on the AC. I knew Parker & Sons prices were pretty high so I am glad I waited. Jorge was here for 2 hours total and did a great job. I would definitely use this company again.

Went well. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Easy to talk with. They didn't try to upsell, which is awesome. That drives me nuts! One new unit was broken and was substituted with a more expensive unit at no additional cost. I would definitely use them again.

We found On-Time Air Conditioning and Heating to be extremely professional. This is coming from a experienced skeptic. Especially with A/C repair and installers in Arizona it is best to always have your guard up. However, I will say that On-Time exceeded my expectations greatly and I will use them again and I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and honest company for their A/C needs.

It went well. They rescheduled upon my request without issue. The tech was 45 minutes late. I called and the woman who answered said they were on their way. But did not apologize. The tech was pretty good. Recommended a motor replacement but did not prepare a written quote for service so I declined. he was kind and seemed through. thanks,

I called Tuesday morning since my A/C blew warm suddenly the previous evening. I had went on line and bought the $59 deal for a 16 point inspection and tune up. They immediately sent out a Tech by the name of Jorge. He called me at work and described the problem as a bad capacitor and felt that instead of charging me for the tune up and inspection, since he stated it would end up costing me more, he quoted me $250 and I had cold air by the time he was done, approx 30 min. I was able to pay from my office by credit. As long as they refund my original $59 tune up special as he indicated, this went very well. Update, I received a check for the tune up reimbursement. I was actually kind of shocked to see it so quickly. Honest, reliable, and qualified, would definately recommend them.

Overall went well. I was called before the technician showed up. I did not have a printer to print the ?coupon? that I already paid for. He made a quick call to his office and they said I was ok without it although they do prefer you print out your receipt if you buy any of their services online. He was very pleasant and got right to work. When he was done he went over pricing for a new motor (we were happy that was the problem and not the 2k part we thought we needed!). The pricing seemed fair although I did not compare them to other companies. They use a tier system for the pricing. It?s all printed in a book so you don?t feel like they are just making up numbers. We ended up doing the motor work ourselves! He wrote everything down and left it with me. Overall very good service and I will use them again.

we have used on-time a/c for several years. the technician arrived a minute or 2 before the scheduled time. that was a pleasant surprise. he reviewed all the things he was going to do during the trip. after he checked out all 3 units, inside and out, he sat down and discussed each unit with me, where we discussed what was good, what needed immediate attention, and what needed to be addressed during the next year or 2. the technician was clean during his work, made sure everything was clean when he was done, and went through everything again at the end to make sure everything was hooked up and running as it should be.

They came, they saw, they conquered. They were great.

My heater was blowing out cold air instead of heating the house. I purchased the Big Deal which stated it was a "Heating Inspection, Cleaning, & Tune-Up", which led me to believe that there would be something to clean and tune up in a heating unit. When the very nice and professional repairman arrived (very promptly), he performed an inspection, and explained that the Big Deal was actually poorly named, because there really would not be anything to tune-up or clean on a heating unit. He stated that it's "not like you can give it an oil change or something like that." I really appreaciated his honesty and professionalism, but it did not make me feel good about the Big Deal that I purchased, since it was really an inspection or just an estimate. The man accurately addressed the issue, and I would probably call him again if I needed further assistance, but I would not trust coupons from the company, necessarily.

To start with, it was a rainy day. Ted and Mark arrived 15 minutes ahead of time. The first thing they did after greeting me was to cover their shoes so as not to track mud inside the house. They then brought in runners and covered the floors. I like that they answered my questions and calmed my anxiety. They checked out each room and told me how they would proceed. I learned quite a lot about air flow and about my house. Then they got to work taping of areas of the house. When they had completely finished the job, they changed my filter. I happened to mention that it was making a noise that I absolutely had no idea how to stop. Ted then asked Mark to put small rubber strips just inside the vent/register. It worked! No more noise, clean, sanitized air ducts and a very happy customer. I don't see how it could have gone better. (BTW, Ted is co-owner of the company.) Thank you guys.

On Time Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. exceeded my expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to offer a solution to a problem that other contractors were not able to fully diagnose (everyone who saw it referred to it as a ?nightmare?). In fact, other contractors told me that they did not feel equipped to take on the work. Wayne sent me a thorough written estimate and clearly communicated the nature of the issues that needed to be solved and presented me with a few options. The installation and necessary reconfiguration of my HVAC system (2 units) was very complex and entailed rather backbreaking labor, yet they were able to complete the work in a shorter period of time than anticipated. Their whole team was extremely courteous and professional, and one member of their team (Tony) went above and beyond the call of duty to work overtime until the job was completed. I felt very confident about their expertise and skill from beginning to end.

I called at 8am on a Monday, the tech was on site before 10am. The problem was diagnosed and corrected within an hour. The pricing was fair for the work done and the service was excellent. I would recommend On time Air to others and will be using them again myself. A good experience.

Ted and Mark arrived on time for the appointment. They did a thorough job of cleaning the air ducts. In addition to cleaning the vent covers, they used a vacuum with a series of large rotating brushes to clean the ducts and finished with an antibacterial fogging. They cleaned up after they were done. It was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone interested in this type of service.

It worked real good. They came the same day we called. They found a motherboard the next day and they came back and installed it. It was really good. They were very professional and very friendly. They came real fast and they were on time. They went the extra mile to find the motherboard.

I initially contacted two HVAC companies for estimates to replace my rooftop HVAC unit. They were both very responsive and provided quotes promptly. When I reviewed the quotes, there was about a 20% difference. I decided to contact a 3rd company so I could have an additional quote to compare the other two against. When On Time came to produce the quote, they were just as thorough as the other two companies, but I was provided with many more options and the quality of the proposal gave me the impression that they really wanted me to make the most informed decision. The quote that I received was about 3-4% more than the lowest quote. Despite having the fewest reviews of all three companies, and being in-business less years... I decided there was something that I really liked about On Time. I knew that they would do a good job as they were working hard to build a good reputation. I decided to give my business to On Time. Once the decision was made, the turn-around was very fast. By Thursday of that same week, the installation was complete. Being a stickler for details, when I noticed something that I wasn't sure I liked, they addressed it without any hesitation (despite it being more of a cosmetic issue). That following weekend, we had one of the hardest rainstorms of the year. I noticed a small water leak near the air filter and contacted the company. Despite it being a Saturday, and the installation technician not being on-shift, he was on-site within an hour of my call. He thoroughly investigated the problem to find the source. I received several calls that day from On Time to make sure I was satisfied and to let me know that if there was any issue, they would address it. It has been over a week since then and I am enjoying my new HVAC unit. I went with my gut and it appeared to be the correct decision.

They arrived sooner than they said, did the work in good time. We had not planned to buy a service contract but they had it set up to where it was cheaper than just doing what we wanted done.

Called on short notice and were able to do the job within a few days time. They were there on time and got started right away. Did a great job, cleaned all ducts and vents and left nothing but a clean smell in the house. Considering this had never been done in this house, that was quite an accomplishment. Will definitely call them again.

In contrast to a big HVAC contractor who spends a lot of time advertising on tv, and inspected our heat pump unit prior to closing and said our unit was close to being shot, the service provider from On Time Air Conditioning and Heating cleaned, performed a small repair and the unit is humming nicely when its on , rather than making a lot of noise. It is performing so much better. YAY and kudos for On Time!!!

I went ahead and signed up for a 1 yr. service agreement to have the furnace and a/c inspected. He was very friendly and gave me some money saving tips! Thank you.

Technician arrived on time, gave the A/C unit a thorough inspection and cleaning, discovered the problem was electrical and made a referral. He was most helpful.

I lead a ministry in north central Phoenix. We recently purchased a quadplex in which two of the units will be immediately occupied by a staff members serving in the area of Sunnyslope. The units were rentals since they were built in 2005. Our staffers have some sensitivities to smoke odor and it was fair in one and very, very bad in another. We initially called to have the ducts cleaned in the bottom two units. After I told Kristi the units were operated without air filters for years she also recommended we have the A/C coils inspected with the possibility of chemical cleaning. Kristi scheduled them for the next day at 8am. The next day they were there.... at 8am. Not 30 minutes early or an hour late. They were there when they said they were going to be! ( I also understand a window of time is often needed). We looked at the coils first. To say they were NASTY is an understatement. The smoke was literally CAKED on. These units were likely not running with any kind of efficiency. I agreed to have these cleaned. It was going to be scheduled for later that day. The air-duct cleaning / sanitizing went well and cleaned dirt and smoke. We were in the processing of cleaning and painting the units and both technicians worked with us very well. Start to finish this was an excellent experience. The best proof is would we use them again. In July (or so) the two top units will vacate with current tenants and our ministry interns will be moving in... we will be calling On-Time A/C to do the work in those units as well.
