It went well. They put in a brand new unit for me so they'll be regularly visiting to do upkeep and maintenance on it.

The service man arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and familiar with my unit and very professional. He explained the test results and made recommendations. The repairs were performed on the spot. He did a great job.

The technician arrived on time and completed the inspection and cleaning in about one hour. He provided a detailed report of the condition of the compressor components.

Technician was on time, and professional. Troubleshot the system, found the problem, and fixed it in less than an hour. I will use them again.

Greg was on time, replaced the motor and capacitor which fixed the problem, charged a reasonable amount, and was very personable! I'l return to On Time when I need more work.

Our AC stopped working on the evening of 8-11-13. My husband wanted to see if he could fix it so we waited until 5 pm of 8-12-13. I told him I would check Angie's list since we just signed up for it. I looked for one with awards and "A" ratings as well as reviews from others. The one we picked was On Time Air Conditioning and Heating. The office person was very kind and said they would be out to check out the unit between 6pm and 8pm. Around 7pm J'son arrived and first thing I noticed he told me who he was and that he was from On Time Airconditiong and Heating. He had a nice smile and was happy to help us. My husband showed him where the unit was and J'son began checking it. He knew exactly what was wrong and even had the part stocked on his truck. That impressed me, we didn't have to wait and go through another hot night of no sleep. J'son was happy to answer all my husband questions. My husband was skeptical at first but On Time Air was great with their availability, promptness, knowledge/skill of technician, quality of work., having part available to do the work.

Our a/c stopped working during a 100 plus temperature day, with 3 small kids in the house we needed repairs to be done fast. We called on time air conditioning after searching through reviews on angie's list. Greg came out at 9pm and was very nice and professional. He quickly got on the roof and took a look at the a/c. He said that a couple of capacitors needed to be replaced and that the rest of the unit looked good. The repairs were done quickly, in about an hour, and the price was much better than I expected. I would definitely use them again.

I woke up in the middle of the night and realized that our air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. There was slight cold air but there was not much air flow. And while the a/c was set to 74, the thermostat stated that it was nearly 80. We had had a similar problem with our a/c unit in our previous house and it was usually because it was low on Freon. And so we thought it was probably the same thing. I purchased a deal for $59.95 for them to come out, check and service the unit. I was prepared to pay additional if they found out I needed more Freon. Unfortunately, it was more than just Freon. I was looking at anywhere from $800 - $5000+ to get it fixed, depending on what needed to be done. As the worker was telling me this, I broke into tears as it had been an especially hard year financially for us (car repairs, taxes, cross-country move, loss of job, etc). He calmly told me that he wanted to evacuate the remaining Freon before it leaked out and save as much as possible. Then he would get a better look at the problem. After he did the evacuation and inspection, he told me that one of the coils was busted but it appeared to be in a place that was repairable and if he was able to weld it, then the cost would be on the lower end of the price range. He was able to weld it, replaced and recharged the Freon and the a/c started working and cooling even before he left. And while it was hard to stomach the cost of the repair, it would have been harder to deal with a non-working a/c unit heading into summer in Phoenix! And the cost of the deal was deducted from the repair bill also.

They were great and responded quickly. Their service was very good. I would recommend them to others.

The tech came within the time frame the office said. The tech Jorge was very friendly and informative and answered all my questions and concerns. Very pleased!

I woke up at 3 am, drenched in sweat, and knew immediately that my a.c. was not working. I was really worried because it was supposed to be 114 degrees the next day AND it was the 4th of July! There was no way to get back to sleep in that heat, so I got up and started researching HVAC companies on Angie's List. I got ahold of On Time at about 7:30 am (I had tried earlier because it seemed like they had 24 hr service, but could not get ahold of a human) and was told to expect a technician between 11-1. The technician arrived at 10:58 am. The a.c. was fixed before noon. The technician was very friendly and explained everything to me. A few years ago another company had come out to do an inspection and that technician told me my unit wouldn't last the summer. I felt like he was just trying to scare me into putting out a lot of money, so I did not follow up. Sure enough, the system lasted for six more years. But now I was worried that the whole system might need replacing, so I was very relieved that this was such an easy fix. The only thing that concerns me about this experience is the cost. At first I felt relieved to pay less than $400 when I was afraid the cost might be in the thousands. But I have since checked out how much it costs for this type of repair and I wonder if I paid too much. It is difficult to shop around when you don't know what's causing the failure and you need to have your system working ASAP. This was not a situation where I could have competing companies come out and give me estimates; the temperature was already 91 degrees in my house and getting hotter and these companies assess service call charges. Anyway, I have since discovered that a capacitor is very inexpensive and not difficult to replace (if, of course, you know what you're doing, which I do not). The diagnosis of the problem was easy for the technician. The whole shebang took about 40 minutes--from diagnosis, to replacing the part, to checking to make sure cool air was now flowing. I checked online and capacitor prices average around $20. Even with the expected markup, it seems like the labor cost was pretty expensive, even considering that it was a holiday. Also, I had a coupon that I forgot to use! In general, I was happy with the service and 5 days later the a.c. is still working just fine. I think I would use this company again, but I would hope that it will not be an emergency and I would have time to compare estimates.

It was okay. I was under the impression that cleaning was part of the big deal. I ended up doing it myself. They were able to point out some things that needed to be fixed; I was able to do that myself. They came in and did their job and then they were gone. I would use them again.

Service tech showed up on time, was professional. provided me with an analysis of my AC system, as I had just purchased my home a year ago and knew nothing about the condition of the system. Found one bad capacitor and replaced it. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

One Time Air Conditioning & Heating was okay. It ended up it needed a total repair and I went with somebody to do the repair but they did good service. The price was probably okay.

Arrived onsite to complete the check point inspections and turned up unit. Tech informed me that the units were older and in a few years may want to look at replacing them. He also pointed out the fact that I needed to replace the air filters every two weeks, but once a month is good. Very prompt and kind.

at 6:30PM on 6/27, we realized that the air wasn't working in part of our house. i called on time for service and was told, to my surprise, that a technician would be out within 2 hours. at 7:30 PM, he showed up and went right to work. he found the problem to be a fuse. he replaced both fuses, put the unit together again. greg, the technician, did a complete check of all the electrical to make sure there wouldn't be a problem later. he let the unit run, turned it off, turned it back on,-everything checked out. at 8:15, the temp in the house was getting close to normal. all within 2 hours of my call for service.

They were on time. Very courteous. Finished about 10 hours later. Completely removed all the old equipment and cleaned everything up beautifully. Brian and Kurt are the two who did the work. We are very pleased.

On time, professional, answered questions, and fixed a problem with loud noise at start-up that two other companies could not.

excellent service. Very responsive, kept all appointments. Did what they said they would, when they said they would for the agreed on price. they did not try to up sell me. they were a pleasure to work with. they truly live up to their companies name.:-) :-)

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They came out within a couple of days. They tried to sell me some extra services that I wasn't interested in. I'm not sure if I would use them again.

The holiday weekend was just starting, and my air conditioner stopped putting out cold air. The house temperature started to climb -- and I didn't know where to turn because my old air conditioning provider went out of business. I had never dealt with On Time Air Conditioning before, but decided to call them on the strength of excellent ratings by Angie's List members. I called early the next morning, and they had a technician at my door even earlier than promised -- was stunned by their quick response on a holiday weekend. J'son was very personable and gave me an honest appraisal of the problem and what needed to be fixed. My air conditioning system is more than 12 years old, so I was worried that he might say "it's time to replace the whole thing." But J'son didn't try the dreaded upsell; he told me he could fix the system, and even gave me two differently-priced repair options to choose from. He replaced the condenser motor and cleaned the coils and condensate pan, and within just under two hours, my air conditioner was working so well I needed a sweater! I was so pleased with the service On Time provided (at a fair price for the work done) that I purchased an ongoing service agreement from them. Overall, a very positive experience. And I like that the company has a woman owner!

The day before around 6pm our ac would start but fan would not turn. Since I have had 3 motors already replaced in this unit, I knew this would be 4. I called our home warranty company but the earliest anyone could come out was in 2 days. Not acceptable since the house was already heating up to around 90 the next day. I called On Time because of their great reviews on Angie's List and I'm very happy I did. The lady on the phone was very nice, I'm sorry I don't remember her name. She said they could get someone out between 2 and 4 that day. The tech Jorge arrived right around 4 and immediately knew the problem. Not only did it need the motor, but he stated the capacitor should have been changed before when the other company replaced the motor, thus the reason the motors kept going bad. Jorge was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and the tech Jorge and I would definitely use them again. I know in the not too distant future the whole ac/furnace will need replacing and On Time is first on my list to call.
