NexGen Homes LLC is a licensed residential general contracting business serving the greater Phoenix area since 2017. NexGen Homes was started after two longtime friends Anthony (TJ) Eves and Christopher (Chris) Balk decided they wanted to combine skillsets and start a new entrepreneurial venture. With over 30 years of combined experience the NexGen Homes team has vast experience in home construction throughout Arizona. NexGen Homes specializes in complete home remodeling from simple kitchen and bath remodels to complete home restoration. NexGen Homes works with homeowners and local designers to ensure that each customer has the right fit for their home and budget. At NexGen Homes we value honesty, integrity and professionalism where our goal is to deliver results and honor our commitment to each customer.
