Description of Work: Masterscapes transformed a yard that was not updated in 29 years, they completely removed everything but one lemon tree and replaced it all with a yard that is beautiful. The people I worked with were professional and helpful in every way. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: I paid for the service in August 2012. The coupon expired May 5, 2013. I called the service provider at the end of April 2013 to schedule the service. The service provider could not complete the service before the coupon expired so we are asking for a refund.

Description of Work: When I purchased the deal I was very dissatisfied with my landscaper's sprinkler work. I found a new landscaper after the purchase and he took care of all the sprinklers.

Description of Work: Jeremiah came out to look at the work I requested using the big deal. He arrived on time and I was very impressed with his knowledge in the field of landscaping, etc. He was friendly and honest and explained that he would rather not do a job if he couldn't do it to his satisfaction. Unfortunately, we couldn't go above the big deal price, so we didn't have the work done.

Description of Work: I had them give me a quote on a few different services. I was going to have them done in phases. The owner came out and gave me a good idea of what makes sense and I was very happy with the quote that I was given. The day they were supposed to come they didnt show up. I was told that there was a conflict with a home show. They did come out the next day but I wasnt notified that they were going to be late. The work that they did was ok at best. The plants were small, which I understand because of the freeze that we had. But I thought there could have been more of them. The workers left some debris in the yard, didnt place the rocks where they were supposed to and I didnt think that they did a good job setting up the drip irrigation,no flag droppers,c not placed by the plants, some drippers not even on plants%. I was told that the owner would call me but never did. I was very disappointed after spending so much money and just didn't feel like I got my bang for the buck.

Description of Work: Shane is our primary contact for our landscaping project . He so well versed and had great suggestion for our project . We really likes the way he incorporated our ideas and gave his suggestion to get us within our price range . He was present at all stages of our project and addressed all our issues right away . There crew is just awesome . We have already referred them to many of our friends .

Description of Work: Another company, owned by a friend of my daughter and son-in-law's, installed the sprinkler system and sod in my backyard. Someone was supposed to come back in a week and adjust the sprinkler heads if needed. After several phone calls and still no adjustment, I took advantage of Masterscape's big deal offer of a sprinkler head tune-up. By this time there were three browning areas where water was not being distributed. Troy came to the house and immediately realised the problem and adjusted the heads, solving the problem.

Description of Work: I have finally moved into our new home. I had to reschedule my appointment and they have been great about accomandating me. Haven't had them out yet.
