Martin's All Floors was beyond a doubt one of the finest contractors I have ever hired. They were responsive and prompt - they did what can only be described as returning my tile and grout to as near new as possible with close to 1000 sq. feet - absolutely beyond any expectations I could have. They were polite, cleaned up afterwards and price was excellent. They are truly an exceptional service that I will hire again and have already recommended. Absolutely outstanding!

Could not stop this app wanting a review

The job was for almost 900 square feet of over 20 year old tile. Afterward, the floors looked like new, even where the grout had deteriorated. The techs were fast and efficient. Only negative: they missed caulking some areas where the baseboards were separating from the tile. John left a tube of caulk (and extra color stain) so we could finish the detail ourselves.

Awesome job. For both the quote and the work itself, John was on-time (actually a little early, which was great!), informative and answered all of my questions. The work was done in a high quality manner, and I couldn't be more pleased with the way my tile and grout looks - it looks brand new! I would highly recommend Martin's All Floors Service!

John and his son worked together as a team and all the work was done in a very timely manner. The few times I checked with John he told me exactly what had already bin down and what the next steps would include and approximately how long each detail would take and he kept to the schedule so we would know what to expect and where we were at all the time.

They arrived on time, advised me of what they would recommend to bring my tile back to it's original look, and provided me with a fair estimate to do the work. They are very professional, answered all my questions and then got to work. I was very impressed and would definitely hire them again and have already recommended this company to family and neighbors.

Tech was ontime and polite and did a great job on the carpets.

They come out every 6 months. He is fabulous. He gives me special discounts. I have known him for years. He's the man. He is very knowledgeable. He knows his different types of floors. He can tell by looking what brand of carpet it is, what color of dye they have used, what carpets will last and what won't. He knows. He is very smart. He has been doing this a long time. He knows this type of maker doesn't use the right kind of dye so if you clean it the colors are going to come out as opposed to this other kind of carpet. It takes him about half an hour. I am a real estate agent so I use him in my houses too.

Martin's did a really good job. The only 'B' should really be more like B+. Both my husband and RE Agent were pleased. I may have had higher expectations than were realistic. I was pleased, particularly for the price. Other estimates came in at least 50% more - some twice as much! So...as I say, for the price I shouldn't complain because the floors looked good, no doubt about it - just not 'like new'. It left me wondering what if I had paid the higher price.... The owner is super easy to work with - very accommodating!

Better than I expected and 100 % pleased .

John was very professional and easy to work with. He provided an accurate estimate of how much everything would cost prior to starting the job. He was on time daily and I felt very comfortable having him work in my house. I was able to sit back and relax while he moved all the furniture and toys and got the job done! Very satisfied!

Martin's All Floors has been taking care of my office and residential floors since the mid 1990's. The work has always been excellent and the Martins have been professional and personable.

They got all stains out - 1 thing I really liked is the way they protected my walls, tile, and stair rails. I trust them to be in my home without me being there. Nice, professional and low cost company.

It hadn't been cleaned in 18 months since the epoxy was applied. It was very dirty. John did a great job. The floor looks like new.

Excellent. I'm a part time resident, so I had John do all the work by remote control. I have a lock box on the house, so I had to find someone I felt comfortable with going in my house when I was not there. I'm glad I picked John. Communication was great, he came & did the estimate as promised, and came & did the work as scheduled. Sent me pictures before and after, and sent a small video of how the cleaning was done. Everything turned out fantastic. I highly recommend Martin's All Floor Service. Also, I have a person who watches my house. She told me the floors turned out better than she has seen any other contractor do the same type of work. I gave her John's info for referrals.

John the owner did all the work. He was a one man show and did a terrific job. From showing up a little early than the scheduled time to how he performed the services, was fantastic. I can't say enough about what a great job John did. As a matter of fact, we're bringing him back to do some granite work for us. The tile looks so nice and so much better than the last provider who did similar work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

VERY PROFESSIONAL, SHOWED UP ON TIME, TOOK GREAT CARE WITH MOVING STUFF TO DO THE WORK, FINISHED THE JOB IN AN EXCELLENT MANNER. HELPED PUT STUFF BACK WHERE IT CAME FROM.

John arrived on time for both the estimate appoint and on the day of the service. The tiles in my house are ten years old and have never been professionally cleaned. I had 2 area rugs on the floor for the last five years, so when they were removed there was a definite line on the tiles where the rug began and ended. After the cleaning , you could not tell where the rugs where. The tiles were clean and looked new. John also resealed the grout with a new color I had chosen . They also caulked the entire tile area that was next to the baseboards. This area was in need of fixing because there was a very noticeable space between the tiles and the baseboard. I am pleased with the work and workmanship. The tiles look brand new. The granite counter tops also look great. I would definitely recommend this service to any of my friends. As a matter of fact,John is coming out next week to clean my rugs and furniture.

We are extremely pleased with the work. Martin was great from start to finish. He was responsive to our needs and the work was top notch. We give home and his tea an A plus.

Mr. Martin arrived right on time and worked with his helper (son) - family business - until job was done. They did not take breaks or talk through the job. Mr Martin & son were very professial, but at the same time friendly & courteous when asked a question. They cleaned,polished & buffed 3 rooms, 2 bathes and long hallway. As an extra to us he cleaned the baseboards and pulled the refrigerator to get behind there for us. I would definitely recommend: Martin's All Floors Service to anyone who wants to know. They a terrific, hard working family. Anyone looking for flooring - tile,carpets etc to be cleaned could and can't find better person/company to do the work!!!!!!!

Excellent response for quotation, scheduling, and work performance. Glad we did not use a chain service company. John and Rick did excellent floor and counter grout cleaning, prep the surfaces and finished with a color sealer. We were please with the efficiency of work, and their equipment. All cleaning was vacuumed into their equipment. They left our home in better condition before they came.
