Juan, Carlos and Tuelo did an awesome job. They were quick, efficient and professional. The moved two household going to 1 new home and I couldn't have been more pleased. Had to vacate my condo early on moving day. Movers showed up N hour early and never stopped. Quickest and best move (done many) ever

An old 3rd generation corner table one of its legs got cracked during handling by the movers. The movers had me fill out documents and said that their company will send a specialist to fix it. Two weeks later I called the company to inquire about status. They requested that I fill out all documents again in order to receive a max $49.00 for compensation as that is all they are legally required to pay here in Arizona. Presented in an unsympathetic manner. Do your homework and read the *fine print* before you hire this company.

Initial contact (with Amber) was very good and pleasant...but it all went downhill from there. Did not even pick up the load for several days.....then after loading the stuff I packed, they packed what was left....we gave instructions on what was NOT to go....both the owner and the guy in charge witnessed several of these instructions....but these things got packed and loaded anyway...we received them all our new home! Some stuff that was loaded, never made it, including boxes containing special bedspreads, personal articles, large orange hand-truck, electric blanket, a floor lamp base, and a few other minor items. We now have several items that should not have been picked up and we now have to get rid of them, including, .rugs, padding, water filter....over 200 # of â junkâ and assorted boxes, which we were charged for. All the stuff was the put in storage and did not leave Phoenix for a week, it then took 3 more days to get delivered to So. Calif. The driver (Leo) was a hard worker, the young men put in lot of effort, and did a pretty fair job of unloading....but some furniture was chipped, some boxes were mishandled resulting in several broken glasses, Knick-knacks, damaged oil painting (54â x 39â , incl. frame). I do not know where these damages happened....loading, warehouse, or delivery...my wife witnessed some boxes being tossed from one man to another, and one box that the street pretty hard. All the people that I spoke to were very polite and worked hard (mostly),,,,but the results were far less than good.

Great experience with this company. Communication was great and the moving crew was polite and efficient. Will hire them again!

Many of my boxes were remarked with the wrong room location. While they unwrapped my desk they cut the electrical cord to the inside light on the desk and left it laying on the floor. Towards the end just put everything in the garage found a box clearly marked fragile with two heavy boxes on top of it.

Arrived timely, took great care with my furniture. Did not waste time. Would hire again.

Just a great company followed through with the move from start to finish movers were great treated my stuff like it was there's 😁👍

The initial pack and load into semi truck by Ralph and his crew in Arizona was excellent. From there it went way downhill to California. Guy, the driver was hours late and hired 2 guys off craigslist who were not movers to offload a full semi truck into my house with stairs. They too had been waiting hours for Guy to show up &; threatened to walk at 10pm because they were told they would be done by 8pm at the latest. They demanded $30 an hour per man from 10pm on, which Guy freaked out, but relented because the truck still had stuff in it. My husband moved our sofas and much of the garage himself while I unwrapped Lifetime Moving blankets from my belongings and tracking down items they could not find. In Arizona we had 6 men loading the truck. In California 3 men (including Guy) to offload. Customer service did not care as they were more concerned with Guy being able to sleep in and rest after driving from Arizona to Southern California. They left my house a disaster, with stuff thrown everywhere, parts to my furniture (hardware, screws, etc.) on the floor,; my walls banged up. Guy's response was that he did the best he could and didn't know the semi truck he drove with our stuff was full. Okay? Also, that it is common practice for Lifetime Moving & Storage to hire people off the street (Corner Day Laborers, friends of friends) who are not insured or bonded to work for them for cash. I have not been able to get customer service or Amy to refute his claims. Amy was only concerned with Guy's sleep schedule which baffled me. My neighbors were not happy having people shouting back and forth at 11:30pm in my front yard while they worked. If I had known this I would not have hired them. That being said I found the off the street hires more professional than Guy. Lifetime Moving Storage got their money which seems to be all they care about in regard to our end of things. I do not recommend this company.

I was extremely satisfied. They were prompt, efficient and fast.

From my very first phone call I was treated with respect and my move was handled so professionally. My bid was not the cheapest but it included everything I needed for my out of state move.(not nickeled and dimed like other companies). Amanda (the service rep) answered all questions and kept me informed along all stages. Joe and his moving team were awesome. I can t say enough about how carefully everything was packed and loaded. Today my truck arrives and I expect the same great service. Thanks Lifetime 😊

Nothing missing , every thing well packed, no damage

Brenda who set up the move for our daughter was great and worked with her on very short notice. The 3 men who helped our daughter move were very hard workers. It was a long day, but they got it done.

They were fast and efficient.

They showed up on time; were courteous, friendly, efficient. They didn't stop for lunch but kept on working. We are using the free storage option and will look forward to having them deliver our furnishings soon.

In November 2017, Lifetime Moving and Storage moved my belongings from storage to my new home. During the move, one of their employees stole a Rolex watch from my closet. This was the beginning of the nightmare I have been living for the last 3 months. If something goes wrong with your move, you will be re-victimized over and over again. Their claims process is tedious and arduous and management has proven to be insolent and confrontational and in no way compassionate or accommodating. As of this post, any settlement agreement that I accept is to be contingent upon my removal of all social media reviews, which I will not do. The internet can be a very powerful tool and I intend to use it to warn the public in hopes that no one ever has to go to through what I have been through. The reason I give them 5 stars in both work quality and value is because the other men who participated in my job were great. I honestly could not say anything negative about them. However, with regards to the employee who stole from me and the subsequent dealings I have had with management, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Overall good job. Left some things behind, had to go back for another truck load. Good thing I did not move very far away! Broke a couple glasses and dinged up the drywall by the stair case in my new house which the worker took a photo of. They charged me full amount plus extra for 3 TV boxes even though I transported all but one of my television sets. The worker said the reason was they went over on time but I would often see them taking cigarette breaks. The workers were friendly though and worked hard so I bought them all lunch and gave each one a cash tip. Looking back I did not get the 5% off that was initially offered to me.

Our experience with Lifetime Moving and storage was excellent. They were very helpful. Stayed in touch with us before they picked up and when they would be delivering. They were on time and kept to their estimate. I highly recommend them. This was an out of state move from Arizona to Kansas.
