I got to know about lifetime moving & storage through a friend that used them. They were fantastic and very careful with our belongings. They were also reasonably priced. I had to cancel at the last minute due to a family emergency and they squeezed me in the following Saturday even though they typically book up on Saturdays weeks in advance. Great job! Would definitely use them again!

Very responsive, friendly service during initial process of booking the job. Returned calls promptly and answered all questions. A little more difficult to get a hold of someone once the job is paid for. However, they always returned calls and were responsive to my concerns and kept me informed of arrival details. The moving team leader who showed up at the house had some attitude but their packing and moving was very professional and meticulous, in fact, outstanding. They brought 4 team members, who worked quietly and efficiently. They dissembled all furniture carefully and took extra care of glass in the furniture. The truck arrived in OH on time and all furniture was intact (including a large showcase with multiple parts and lots of glass) and set up as required. Very professional company, Good experience.

There are so many movers which makes it even harder to find a reputable one. Upon recommendation I chose Lifetime moving & storage and they were fantastic. I moved a 2 bedroom from a 3rd floor apartment and the move was easy, painless and damage free. The movers took care of all of my furniture and other household items. I will definitely use them again on my next move!

But I was moving during a busy weekend and it was a long wait to find a vacant slot with them. They did give me an appointment at the end and the movers arrived right on time on the moving day. Lifetime moving & storage did everything right. I say that because the movers arrived right on time and the delivery was timely as well. They delivered my belongings in the exact condition they took them. No move goes without a glitch but this one did. At least my valuables didn’t go missing like the last time when I hired another company. They didn’t even charge me that highly for this move. They are definitely worth the money if you ask me.
