Description of Work: Arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Went right to work. As part of the inspection/tune up, found a small issue and fixed it (did not charge for it). I am happy with the service and will definitely call Howard Air next time I need AC service.

Description of Work: Great company to do business with, very professional and friendly, no high-pressure sales pitch (unlike some of the bigger companies). Showed up when they said they would. Installed a temporary condenser to get us by until our new system could be installed. Did a great job on the installation, I think my garage was cleaner after they were done working than before.

Description of Work: After a maintenance visit, Howard Air came out on short notice when the AC quit. It turned out to be the thermostat wore out and need to be replaced. Very good to have someone there when you REALLY need help. I plan to use Howard air for all my properties from now on.

Description of Work: They performed a complicated replacement of a gas furnace with an electric two-stage heat pump in my home. They installed a temporary compressor to provide cooling until the full install could be scheduled, buying relief from the summer heat after our existing AC kicked the bucket. The technicians and the sales rep were professional, courteous, clean, polite and prompt. The experience was excellent overall.
