Description of Work: Timely, respectful and courteous A/C inspection tech. Gave a B rating because I asked the tech to look at taking out a few air registers that had been installed in the garage by the previous home owner, he said he needed to have his retro team look into it and he would have them call me, never got the call. Additionally SRP had to call them twice to schedule the A/C checkup then I got charged 69.95 instead of the quoted SRP rate of 65.95. I would guess these problems stem from front office problems not the tech's.
