Description of Work: We have a rental property in Phoenix and the air went out on a recent, extremely hot day. We called Howard, and they were able to do same-day service. The installer communicated extremely well, and explained everything thoroughly. Note That we live in Ohio so it was very important that we used a company we could trust. Great service.

Description of Work: Cleaning and checking the two air conditioners attached to our two heat pump furnaces. Clean electronic air filters. The furnaces are then serviced each fall. This is an annual contract. They have been providing this service since 2008. Repairs or new installation made as necessary.
