Here are my problems: 1)I was never told I would be charged $85 for someone to look inside my cooler. Had I been, I would have said thanks, but no thanks. 2) That amount does not go at all toward the cost of repair. 3)New belts are easy to install and cost $15.

Overall very good. Salesman was very knowledgeable and installation technicians were very professional, clean, and courteous.

Our technician was wonderful and not only efficiently corrected our problem, but also took the time to explain what caused it and how we could prevent it in the future. He was on time, extremely polite and very reasonably priced. We've used many service companies in our 20 years owning a home and this was absolutely the best customer service we have ever received.

They were great! They fit us into the schedule the same day. The service technician, Shane, was very courteous, professional and personable! Excellent company and I would highly recommend!

I selected Howard Air based primarily on its positive listing with Angie's list. They came to my residence twice, once to diagnose a problem, the other to repair it. Both reperesentatives were on time, polite and professional. The office staff were very reliable in terms of scheculding and reminder calls. Overall a great experience.

What a team! Salesman visited late afternoon to accommodate my schedule & stayed late to inspect my home & answer all questions. He even worked with me to secure VERY favorable financing terms. Once I decided to proceed, he met me at work to sign the papers. They even expedited the installation date to occur before I left town for 2 weeks-- & were willing to work on the weekend to get it done. The 4-person installation crew was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, clean, & efficient. They took time to explain the features/operation of the system until I was thoroughly comfortable. The expensive system was worth every penny & competitive with other bids for lesser brands. It is super-quiet; keeps the house at a consistent temp THROUGHOUT (a problem before). Despite the recent rate hikes & a lower thermostat setting (76 instead of 82), has lowered my electric bill by $125+ each month since May! They even alerted me to a subsequent rebate offer! Great follow-up checks! TOP NOTCH!

The Serviceman was very prompt--came when he said would. Did an excellent job while here and give me some very good tips on how to keep the system in good shape. We were very pleased with the overall service and have signed a continuing agreement with the company to come twice a year for maintenance. So the above amount is for a full year of service.

They came out and installed an A/C and a Furnace. I had a wonderful experience with this company. They were sent over by Home Depot after I purchased the equipment. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND HE CALLED AHEAD TO LET ME KNOW HE WOULD BE 30 MIN LATE DUE TO TRAFFIC. HE ALSO GAVE ME TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP MY UNIT IN TOP PERFORMANCE. PRICES REASONABLE AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEM AGAIN AND REFERRING THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS.
