In my busy schedule, Mark accommodated me in the planning and installing of two windows, cleaned our outside windows, and installed our sun screens. He kept me informed on the progress of my order, re-scheduled when I could not be home, and did all the work to our satisfaction. He was very courteous and helpful. He provided the best price up front, the other companies told me if I got a better price elsewhere to call them back and they would meet or beat my best price.
