Mark, from Garcia's Windows and More, is more than just the average tradesman. He is an absolute perfectionist. We replaces the entire windows, frame and all. The old frames had to be cut out. He cleans up as he goes along, including constant vacuuming while cutting. I watched the entire process and it was more complicated than I thought it would be. The materials he used were the best on the market. When the job was completed, not only did the new windows look beautiful, but both inside the house and the outside were cleaned so well that you couldn't tell the installation was done. He even swept the sidewalks. I would recommend him to anyone

Mark returned my call within 30 minutes and came to give me a quote the same day. He came to my house on a Saturday and replaced the broken patio door for the exact price he quoted. there were no hidden fees or costs. He cleaned up all of the broken glass and left no trace that he had been there other than a nonbroken patio door. Mark said he could fix it the same day I called if it was an emergency. Since it was not, the next day was fine. I highly recommend this company.

Mark is a great personable guy as well.

This was a painless and educational experience. Mark Garcia and his helper were here when he said they would be, set right to work but kept me informed throughout. He originally said a two day job, windows one day and screens the next. When one window wasn't quite right he took it back to the shop to re-do it but also did the screens and returned about an hour later and completed the whole job in one day. This Company is a keeper.

Mark was very friendly and was able to come and give me a quote on the same day that I posted on Service Magic. His quote was one hundred dollars cheaper than Glass Doctors. He finished the job quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the price and the service.

I got Mark's infor on Service Magic on a Saturday. Called Mark and he answered personally. He scheduled me for a Sunday, the next day. He not only showed up on time but called ahead to verify I was home. Mark came to my home, changed a bedroom window, and was in and out in a half hour tops. Mark was personable and his prices were much lower than I expected. Mark is professional and an expert glass man. I am not prone to handing out kudos without them being earned. You can't go wrong with Mark.
