I spoke with Mark directly. He is very pleasant and professional. He was a little slow getting back to be about some delays in ordering the window, but in the end, he did an excellent job at a very fair price. I would definitely use him again.

We needed shade screens for the outside of our windows. Mark Garcia responded to our call in just days, took the measurements, and about a week later we had our new screens. He did a great job. His prices were more reasonsable then when we used Lowes the last time. With Lowes it also took many weeks to install. Mark Garcia was courtesy, professional, and did a good job on our screens. We would recommend him to others.

Mark Garcia called right away and came out the same day to replace the window. Overall it was the best experience I've ever had with anyone who has done any work at my home. They were extremely professional and courteous. I also found that his pricing was very fair compared to some of the other companies that I checked with. I will definitely use this company again in the future for any window related situations that arise.
