Donley A/C & Plumbing

We have had them under contract for over 20 years. They replaced the thermostat and the temperature stay constant now. Having them under contract put us on the priority list, so if we need help we get it first before others. We keep asking for the same service tech come out to work on our HVAC and they send him. They are reliable.

I needed multiple issues fixed. I had a plumber out a total of three times because the work was not done right correctly the first or second time. The employees are polite, but lack the knowledgeable to diagnose and fix complex plumbing problems. Also, my bill was always higher than quoted and I was not informed along the way. Not a fun surprise. I was referred by my neighbor to Zippy Zebra. They are reliable, honest and hire very knowledgeable plumbers. Also, if they quote you a price , they stand by it!

I have had Donely maintain my Heat pump for 20 years and they are fantastic. Never have problems during summer as a result of their fine work. On time and very professional just really nice dependable people. You can't go wrong..

First of all the office made three mistakes in the scheduling of the service. When a technician performed the service, a quote was given to me for repair of one of the units, so I requested an estimator come out to give me a quote on a new air conditioner. After a lot of sales talk and talking around my questions, I finally got a quote. Now with this impression of the company, I have doubts if I want to continue. Would the office make more mistakes ordering a new unit or parts?

We got a call about 3 from Sean saying he would be here in 20 minutes--and he was. He talked to my husband, checked the toilet out and had it running again in 15 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. We always know that will be the result when we call Donley. Everyone we've ever had contact with has been wonderful to deal with!

Excellent...as usual. Donley employees give great service for a fair price. If you need service on your HVAC system call them...you won't be disappointed!

I'm very happy with Juan and Donley Service Center. He is very thorough and explains what he is doing. He checked the attic and outside units and cleaned the coils on the external unit. I would definitely hire him again.

Ruben was prompt and professional. He told us what needed to be done and gave us tips for most efficient use.

I called right after dinner when we discovered the problem and they answered their phone live with a professional call taker who promised someone on call would call back within 30 minutes and they did. The plumber arrived in the promised time and he was knowledgeable and did a great job clearing the stoppage

They didn't do it right the first time, but they came back immediately and re-did it & there was no charge on the re-do. I would give them an A except for the fact it wasn't done right the first time, but that can happen.

Excellent! Always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and take time to explain what and why they're doing things. Very patient with older people.

The guy that came out he was great. His honesty and his suggestions to us and maybe what could be done in the future and just showing us the parts and stuff that was really important and why he had to put it up there, just explained everything, it was just great, he was great.

Called to get a quote to do a gas line drop from the attic. Was informed that there was a $89 fee just to quote. Person who answered the phone also said this was the type of job that wouldn't be covered under their hourly rate, that they had to quote it out. That seems totally unreasonable.

I would absolutely use them again. It really was excellent work. The people were very easy to work with. They were very professional. They followed through with what they said they were going to do. The workers were really good.

This is the first service we had on our units after buying the house a year ago. Donley sent a heating specialist to service the furnace and a plumber to do a free inspection with the service contract we signed. Both technicians were great to work with. The plumber found a problem with the hot water heater and repaired it. While he was here we decided to have to RO filters all changed and he was able to do that too. Both personable, professional and easy to work with. We'll use them again.
