The overall process was great. The installation for the kitchen faucet was difficult due to prior issues - Jeff made sure that this repair was done right and took the extra time needed. Thank you for taking great care of my house.

The drain from my washing machine got backed up and was leaking all over the laundry room floor. I called Day & Night and they sent someone out the same day. The plumber was able to clear the blockage in the pipe fairly quickly. He was punctual and friendly. The blockage was cleared and everything has been working well ever since. After we were done with the transaction for the drain, he asked to take a look at my water heater and said that it needed replacing due to its advanced age. He took some measurements and said he'd get back to me with an estimate for replacing it. Strangely, he never did get back to me so I will have to take my business elsewhere for that. Maybe it was because I paid by American Express? When I took my card out to pay, he told me that Day & Night doesn't like AmEx because they charge a higher fee than Visa/MC. I've heard that before about the fees, but never from a business that accepts American Express as a form of payment. It made me uncomfortable because I was basically sitting at my kitchen table listening to him talk about how AmEx is great for me but terrible for his business.

Had Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing install a hot water recirculating system in my home. Since the hot water heater is on one end of the house, it took forever to get water in our master bath which is on the other end of the house. I saw the special the Angies list sent for $449.00. When the company contacted me a found that I lived 10 miles north of Sun City they said they had to charge me an extra travel fee of $25.00. When the plumber came out he looked at my system, which uses pex lines instead of copper, and said he would have to get special connectors to hook it up and didn't have any on the truck, so he we set up for him to come out a week later. When he came out the next time it took him about 2 hours to do the job. He was very professional and friendly. We ended up having to spend an extra $175.00 to get the job done, since i had already bought the package and wanted to be able to get hot water quickly through out the house went ahead to get the work done. The system works great and we love it. Think the price was high after I saw what it took to do the job, but we are very happy with the results.

The A/C had been intermittently kicking the circuit breaker off line for about 6 months. We had another un-named company come out twice and didn't fix the problem but charged an arm and a leg anyway. Day and Night come out promptly when called, correctly analyzed the problem and fixed it. We are very happy with their work. No problem so far...

When my home filtration system broke, I had black sand pouring out of every faucet in my house. My showers, sinks, and toilets all clogged. Of course it happened on the weekend, and I needed someone right away. After calling several plumbing businesses, and getting no where with people who did not seem to understand the scope of my problem, I finally called Day & Night Air, Heating, and Plumbing. They were extremely helpful, and seemed to care about my problem. Jason Jossy came to my home on a Saturday and worked hard to fix my plumbing. He had a sense of humor, was very knowledgable, and tried to save me money by showing me what I could replace myself. As a first time homeowner, I felt like I could trust Jason to be honest with me, not over-charge me, or take advantage of my complete lack of knowledge about plumbing. I will definitely be using Day & Night again for my home's needs in the future :) -Kristin

We found that our water heater was leaking badly. We called these guys early in the morning and by mid-morning they were at our house. The guy diagnosed the 13 year old water heater as being bad which seemed quite believable given the growing puddle of water on the garage floor. He was thorough and explained all the different options and associated prices. But no high pressure for additional products or services. He came back about 2 hours later with the new water heater, installed it, took away the old one and cleaned up well after himself. The plumber was very friendly, personable and helpful.

I was contacted by Day and Night almost immediately to schedule an appointment for the installation,and they were very a ccommodating to work with my schedule. The plumber, Jason, was very friendly and professional and could not have been more customer oriented. Despite a minor glitch with the installation, Jason came back to my house 2 additional times -( for which I was not charged !), he was not satisfied until I was happy with the work. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company (and Jason in particular) for any plumbing needs and WILL use them again in the future. I have no experience (yet) with their air conditioning and heating services, but would definitely consider them first based on my initial experience with this company.

They are excellent. They always tell me if there is a problem or going to be a problem. They have also told me some problems with my roof when they were up there. I did have a problem with an air conditioner when I was away but I had somebody at my house and so Day & Night Air Conditioning sent out somebody and he fixed the problem that day. They are good at their job; they know what they are doing. They go up there and do it; it does not take a long time to do it. They always follow up; they call to remind me if I need service and also remind me about when my service is going to be. I would continue to use them if I was still in that area.

Came out promptly the same day to replace a broken water heater. Stayed with the replacement until successfully completed. Very professional and we were very happy with the work.

First off, the staff at Day and Night (Air Conditioning*Heating*Plumbing) are wonderful! They are very prompt in scheduling the appointments, and provide excellent follow-up communication if there are any delays in their arrival. When Jason arrived arrived at my home, on a rainy day, he put protective "booties" on his feet so he wouldn't track any water into my home. He inspected the toilet that was being removed, drained/flushed the water, and then very carefully removed the old toilet. Jason then removed all of the caulking that had been used on the old toilet, and discovered that the old toilet had been installed incorrectly, the flange and anchor bolts had been removed. I was concerned that he'd be unable to install the new toilet. Jason explained what needed to be done to properly install the new toilet, fortunately he had the parts in his vehicle! I was very impressed with how rapidly Jason was able to diagnose how to replace the missing flange and anchor bolts, and had the new toilet replaced in a very short time. I will definitely use Day and Night (Air Conditioning*Heating*Plumbing) again in the future, and highly recommend that you hire them as well. They are very professional, do outstanding work, and employ experienced, trades-men. Everyone that I've encountered has an excellent customer focus... Kudos to Day and Night and especially Jason Jossy!

It went well. Jason arrived right on time and was a pleasure to work with. It took very little time. We ran into one little snag, as all plumbing projects have, but Jason resolved it quickly. I would use them again for this or other services. Very happy with the results.

CJ, the Day and Night technician, was courteous, professional and punctual. He performed the work we requested, fixed the problem and repaired another issue he identified in the ductwork. CJ also programmed the thermostat?s auto changeover feature for us and explained how it works. If you live in the West Valley and need someone to work on your HVAC, we recommend Day and Night and their top-notch staffer, CJ.

They did a really good job. It went well and it was a big improvement.

I was very pleased with their service. I recommend them to my mother and I only recommend good people to her. I asked questions and they were very knowledgeable in their response. I had them do some jobs for me dealing with hot water issues, toilets and other plumping needs. Overall they were awesome.

We contacted Day and Night at 8am Monday, they had someone on sight before 10 and the problem corrected less than an hour later. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable, the service tech thorough and professional, the price was very fair for the work done. I am very pleased with the experience and highly recommend this company.

The installer contacted us to set up a convenient appointment to install the device. He arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable and the booster works as is is supposed to. We are pleased with the overall service.

Everything was smooth and easy from scheduling, to confirming appointment, and the install was quick. Jeff left the areas he worked around cleaner than what he started with and overall, the experience was excellent.

We were having heating issues after trying to install programable thermostats. Two gentlement, Chuck and Brendon, showed up and figured out what happened quickly and us back up and running in no time. Chuck and Brendon were very nice and called before they got to my house. The office staff called me prior to them showing up to give me a window of time then they called me back later with a more precise time. I will definitely use them again. Great job!!!

Purchased coupon for new toilet + installation from Day and Night Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing. On same day emailed this business to ask for an installation date. They called me back the same day and set up an install 3 days later. I had to call back and change the install date and they were able to make the change to a couple of days later at a time convenient for me. On the install date, their plumber, Jeff Oehm arrived early. It was raining and he was very polite to put towels down so not to get my wood floors dirty. He was very friendly to my dogs. Jeff explained the process and showed me the quality of the parts used. He was able to quickly take out the old toilet and install the new. Jeff left everything clean and was very nice and professional. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend to anyone else! Thank you!

Angie's List needs to do a better job of distinguishing service areas for the vendors they work with.

Excellent experience - office staff responsive, excellent attitude. The gentlemen who came to do the initial evaluation and the eventual repair were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous, very pleasant experience overall.
