I bought the big deal coupon for this service. Their service was okay and they were very courteous. I wouldn’t recommend them because I thought they were too highly priced than the other things. I will not use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for an air conditioning checkup/service. The service professional showed up on time, checked out the A/C unit, and determined it was operating properly and "all set for summer use". I had also asked un advance if they would drain and refill my water heater on the same visit. That service was also done, and at no additional charge. I was very surprised and pleased that they did not charge extra for that, as it was not included in the coupon. I certainly got my $59 worth from the visit, and highly recommend Day & Night Air Conditioning. I will most certainly call them again for all A/C, heating, or plumbing services I need in the future.

This was an extremely smooth operation. Their sales representative Mike was punctual, pleasant and an overall great face for Day and Night. His customer-focused attitude truly won my business as did his attention to detail. Mike set my expectations exactly where they needed to be and there were almost no surprises. The only surprise being how QUIET the new HVAC unit is! The pre-install tech (Hector? sorry if I got this wrong) was also punctual, pleasant and professional. He obviously did a great job as the installation was very smooth and according to plan. On installation day a few minutes prior to start time I was moving my cars out of the driveway to facilitate the installation (noted by both Mike and Hector previously) when two gleaming trucks (literally you could eat off of these things) showed up. I was greeted by John and Johnny, again punctual, pleasant and professional. They reviewed the installation schedule with me and started to work. During the process, they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and really gave me confidence that they have everything under control. The crane showed up as expected and due to the excellent preparation by John and Johnny, the old units were removed and new unit lifted in place. As I was at home this day working in my garage, I noted that they consistently practice neatness (tidying as you go) and are always thinking ahead, while staying focused on the task at hand. I also noted that they worked well together, splitting concurrent tasks (John was on the roof while Johnny crawled through the insulation to perform duct surgery.) The result was a very clean installation, no debris, everything as promised and agreed to. Johnny even patched the hole left in my wall by the removal of the Evap thermostat. Two days later, there was a scheduled follow up (again all this communicated at the initial meeting with Mike T.) with Mike and CJ one of their Service Technicians. Mike was on time and as pleasant as I remembered previously. We took care of payment and sign off at this time. CJ was a little later than expected (5:30 v. scheduled window of 3-5pm) but very pleasant and professional. He attitude was not one of 'It's Friday evening and I want to leave' but more 'I am here to make sure this goes as well as possible and won't leave until you are happy'. This alone is enough for me to excuse being 1/2hr late, since he was likely spending the same quality time with the previous customer, something I rarely find anymore. Overall excellent job by Day and Night, they really have something to be proud of!

They have been on the up and up. When we had a little problem with them they took care of it and then reimbursed us.

I never used Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing because I waited for 2 weeks and 3 phone calls later, they still hadn't sent me their quote. They wasted my time, they sent out 2 different people and scheduled appointments that they didn't show up for and when they did show up, they claimed they had a different time schedule and I made numerous calls to them but they never followed up. They set up an appointment for Wednesday and I said that I wanted to do it sooner so we scheduled it for Monday morning but they didn't show and when I called them, they said that the appointment was scheduled for the afternoon which was not true. They have lost out on a lot of business because I gave it to another company.They were professional once they showed up but they went unprofessional again after that. I could have started the work sooner and I was stopping everything for them while waiting for them to respond and therefore I see no reason to want to use them again in the future.

Jeff arrived exactly on time and went right to work fixing the toilet and then the sink drain that were not working properly. He was very neat and even cleaned the toilet after fixing it. I would use him again without hesitation. Great job.

Great experience with Day and Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing. When my kitchen faucet gave out I called Day and Night Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 8am. Jeff contacted me 10 minutes before arriving promptly at 8. Jeff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Jeff not only installed the new faucet but was proactive about noticing any other issues that might be lurking under the sink. There was some leaking caused by the old faucet. So when he installed the new one, he corrected that issue. As I am new to this area, I was grateful to have have found Day and Night Plumbing and was equally grateful that Jeff was the plumber who arrived.

Couldn't have been more satisfied than we were with the service provided by Day and Night. Jeff was extremely pleasant and informative, not to mention punctual, professional, and skilled. He even left the bathroom cleaner than he'd found it and smelling sweet! We're not sure whether we love Jeff or Angie's List more :)

Jeff arrived on time, did the work, and cleaned up the work areas in about 2 hours. I was pleased he accomplished the job in time for me to leave for my appointment. Great worker...great job....great company.

The plumber found the leak with his moisture device, cut open the wall, replaced the pipe, and fixed the leak. He provided me with the name of a drywall guy, and the entire project was done in a week. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing will be coming out again in the middle of April for a tune up. They are great and I wouldn't use anybody else. They are the only ones that I found for heating and air conditioning in the phoenix area.

I had a leak under the sink; he fixed it in five seconds. I liked him so much, I'm having him back this week to install a water heater...REASONABLY PRICED

Jason was on time and very professional. He advised us that we would have to remove the soap dispenser in order to have the water filter installed, which was perfectly fine as we wanted to have water right away and not have to but cases of bottled water any more.

My service technician, Ron, did a really great job. He was very thorough. This was my first house with a central unit and he walked me through it step by step. He showed me what he was doing and showed me the before/after of the cleaning. The price seemed fairly reasonable. I'm probably going to use him again.

We had to get to the other side of the wall and thought to drill to the other side of the wall and put a plate on the other side of the wall which I thought was a good solution instead of tearing out the entire wall.

There were no problems with sewer system and new water heater is installed. Jeff is a very conscientious and professional. I trusted him!

Prior to this installation I had to wait several minutes for hot water. Now I have hot water almost instantly! very pleased with Jason and Day and Night.

I contacted day and night plumbing on Monday regarding a clogged main drain causing a major back up. The phone was answered by a real person who was polite and professional. The receptionist indicated they were booked up but could move some things around and get some one out the following day. At that time I had not seen the problem, the home is my home that I recently converted to a rental home. I agreed to the next day appointment. I own a drain cleaner and went to the house the same Monday to try and clear the drain. When I arrived, I found the problem was worse then I thought. The water was not only backing up into the bathroom, but was also leaking out of the clean out plugs and the carpet in two rooms adjacent to the bathroom were wet. I immediately called Day & Night Plumbing and asked if there was anyway someone could come out that day. Again the phone was answered by a real person. I was told that someone could come out after hours(after 6pm) for an additional fee. I agreed to pay the additional fee($79). I attempted to clear the clogged drain myself. I seemed to have some success in getting the water to drain, but still wanted the plumbing company out to do a video inspection of the drain. I chose the company because they had a video drain snake that could show the condition of the pipes. At about 3pm on the same day, I received a call from Jason. He indicated he was on his way. Jason arrived and listened to my description of the problem. Jason deployed the video drain snake and showed me the drain. Using the video drain snake he found that there was still a large obstruction in the main drain. Jason deployed his drain cleaner, but was unable to clear to the obstruction. After several attempts, Jason decided to try and clear the drain from another point. Jason found the best entry point would be the vent pipe on the roof. Jason went on the roof and was able to clear the drain from that point. Jason was very personable and seemed to have the desire to do the job right. This problem has occurred in the past and I had a plumber out for that. I had the opposite experience with that plumber, who was more concerned with selling me a water softener then solving my problem - that was the only time I used that plumber and I did not get his info from Angie's list. My experience with Jason was very positive and I would definitely use him again.

Chantal & Kasey were awsome, my only complaint was the overnight for part and that didnt happen.

Overall a good experience. Haven't seen our water bill decrease substantially, but over time believe it will have paid for itself.

Jeff was the plumber who serviced the toilet. He was professional and able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. He also looked at a slow running sink and provided advice on how to correct the issue myself.

He arrived on time and left at an appropriate time. He also left the job as clean as he found it. They are a 5 star company.

Everything was an A! They guy did a great job and explained everything really clearly.
