Everything went great. We had Jason from Day & Night out to replace the bathroom faucet and the bathtub fixtures. We had to have the pipes behind the wall changed to accommodate the new fixtures. He was very neat and professional. We actually had this company out for a second time to replace the faucet in another bathroom. We were pleased once again. We will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

We have had nothing but great experiences with this company. Everything went as planned, on time, and no problems. We would definitely recommend Day & Night Air Conditoning Heating and Plumbing!

Woke up to a flooded garage, water heater, Memorial Day...what a mess. I call Night and Day talked to Crystal. She said she would have someone call right way. Jeff called, provided information (detailed) said he would be right out. While on his way to my house Jeff again called with more information about what his process was going to be to get my problem resolved. This included identifing that my current water heater was still under warranty. Great no charge for the water heater. Jeff showed up exactly when he said he would, worked fast, did a great job. Created a better drain, so if this happens again water will flow out the drive way. Jeff investigated why I keep burning up water heater, seems it my water softener. Jeff showed me how to drain. Recommended other solutions that I could consider. Cleaned up. And he was on his way. Great Job, Jeff. He is also a Navy Vet, that is proud of his service to his country. PS My country to. I'll be calling him again.

They wanted "overtime" for a visit given it was a holiday that my AC unit starting having problems. This I understand. Charging me "overtime" on parts is unacceptable. You can't simply charge more for hardware simply because it's a holiday. Get real.

The plumber came the following day, Sunday. He cut a hole in the ceiling of my closet and diagnosed the problem. It was a leak from the toilet on the second floor. He removed the toilet and resealed the problem. The leak is gone and my closet is dry. He was careful and cleaned up after himself. The price was what I expected to pay for the A/C circuit board problem alone, but included the maintenance inspections. Both the air conditioning specialist and the plumber were courteous, professional and pleasant. I will definitely use them again. They diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. Because the circuit board had to be ordered, I am confident that it will be scheduled to be replaced as soon as it comes in. I'm also planning to have the plumber return to do some other work. The A/C service person was Breaton Reames and the plumber was Jeff Oehm. I am very happy to add them to my go to list of reputable service people. We also signed up for an air conditioning maintenance agreement for them to check the entire system twice a year. The first visit to be scheduled in the near future. Thank you Angie.

He told us if we had ordered it would have been double the price so we felt like we got a really good deal. They did a great job and were efficient. It was very well done.

Sales visit and installation went well. I did need to hire a cleaning service to clean up after the workers were here, despite the use of drop cloths etc, they still created a mess. I was unhappy with scheduling and customer service. It took two weeks until the actual installation date. Installation took eight hours, and office staff were not transparent regarding the requirement for a second check on the system that took 1 1/2 hours. In total, I took off ten hours from work (vacation hours) for the repairs and when I expressed my unhappiness with the difficulties in getting scheduled, I was told " we are busy". What angered me the most was when I called to express my dissatisfaction with their scheduling efforts, clarity of the time commitment to do the work and follow up, and lack of clarity in communication with me, the Customer, the office staff berated me and told me I "didn't appreciate good customer service" and mentioned their "hundreds of happy customers". Ironically, I chose this company because of the reviews on Angie's list. This is the first time I have had a bad experience with a well-rated service provider. This company did not seem to make the connection between "good customer service" and actually meeting the needs of the customer. Cannot recommend this company.

It is fantastic and one of the best water systems you can have in your house. We are pleased with everything they have done. We have a great relationship with them and I would highly recommend them.

Prompt, courteous. A bit of a shock on the price for replacing two items. Capacitor and a compressor. I also bought the service package too.

Except for the little details, it went well. I am sure that if I had caught it while he was here, he would have gladly finished the job properly.

They explained very well what they were doing. They were right on time so their punctuality was good. They answered all my questions.

I was very pleased with the services provided by Day and Night. I was especially pleased with the technician Jeff O. The company was very accommodating with scheduling, called the night before the appointment to confirm and followed up after the work was done to see if I was satisfied. Jeff O was as he said was from the ?old School? and that was apparent in his work. He had to cut several holes in the walls to find a leak. He replaced the drywall very neatly. His plumbing wok was well-ordered and his clean up was excellent. I would strongly recommend Day and Night and especially Jeff O for you plumbing needs.

I hired the vendor to do a small job at one house and another small job at a house just three miles away. I was charged a call out fee for each house. That didn't seem particularly fair given the drive between houses is about seven minutes. At the second house I had the plumber remove an exterior hose bib, add on a foot of copper pipe, and reattach the bib to the side of the house. When he informed me that the job was complete, the bib was hanging loose because he had used the wrong type of screws for fixing it to a stucco wall. I said I didn't think it was adequate and he grumbled a bit but went and got something that worked better. It's still not great, but I am careful to treat it gently and so far so good.

Jeff O. was great and took me through the entire house plumbing system, thorougly checking everything - letting me ask all the questions I wanted and explaining how the plumbing worked and why/how things needed to be fixed/improved and so on. Also did a great job of pointing out the terrible job a previous plumbing company did. I only wish I had used Day and Night for that work as well. They did forget to do the Water Heater Flush the first time out and had to come back for that, but they were appropriately responsive and apologetic for that and got everything done the next time out.

The serviceman arrived on time as agreed on ,checked and reviewed the installation,explained in detail the additional costs and why they were needed. He was clean ,prompt , timely and we would select the company for future repairs at our home

Excellent customer service .... very professional. Cleaned up everything very well as he went along.

After Jeff left I noticed that the water heater/recirculating pump was making a loud noise. I called the office to report it right away. Jeff came back the next day and explained that sediment had gotten in the pump when he flushed the water heater. He reportedly cleared it but now he showed me that it was leaking at the point where he unfastened the nut. He said we needed a new one and quoted a price of $499.00. I asked if he could try tightening the nut a bit more and when he did it stopped leaking. I think it is suspicious that our pump worked fine before the tech flushed the water heater. He also left without turning the pilot light (on the water heater) back on so we had no hot water that evening.

Company was very responsive, was able to get an appointment quickly and everyone was very friendly. Installer arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. Will call on Day & Night for any future plumbing needs!

It went very well. Jeff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave us lots of free advice and means to keep our pipes clean in the future.

We had purchased a coupon from another company to service our AC before the summer hit, as we had not done that since we bought our house. During that service, we learned the unit is original to the house, and to fix it would cost approx. $1500, or we could replace it. Accordingly, we called 2 additional companies to give us quotes for the replacement, one of which was Day & Night. We were given a time window of 4pm-6pm, and Marc called me around 3:30pm to tell me he was on his way from Chandler (poor guy, having to drive to North Phoenix from Chandler on a Friday afternoon!). I cannot speak highly enough of how professional Marc was. He made me feel 100% comfortable. He was the second quote we received, so I had expectations of what he would do when he arrived, and he far exceeded them. The other contractor merely peeked his head up in the attic to see the unit, while Marc got all the way in our attic and took pictures to show me exactly what needed to be fixed to bring everything up to code. He pointed out multiple things that were wrong (i.e the intake duct being entirely too small for a 5 ton unit; missing plenums) that the other contractor had completely missed. He performed the measurements of our house to do the load capacity calculations, but assured us that we would need a 5 ton system (which was what we currently have). The prior estimate we received told us that we needed a 4 ton. He said he would definitely double check and if the calculations came back closer to 4 tons, he would change the quote for us. He suggested we add an intake in our master bedroom, which is the only spot in the house that tends to be a different temperature - this would also fix the issue of the main intake being too small for the size of the unit. He took me through his recommendations for our home and provided me with quotes for a few different systems ranging in price. Marc was extremely professional and answered all the questions I had. The proposal he gave us was detailed and laid out every bit of the work that was to be performed. Ultimately, we did not chose Day & Night because my husband was more comfortable with the original company we used. But we would not hesistate to use Day & Night in the future and we were extremely impressed with Marc and how it appears the business is run.

They came out, checked the unit and did a tune up. They did the job but tried to sell me things I did not need. They washed off the air conditioner and charged me for this extra service. I would not use them again.

The guys came out and did a great job! He was on time and professional.
