Everything was great. We did some research on angie's list about 2 hours ago, and our a/c is already fixed. Kasey came from buckeye all the way out to east EAST Mesa a little before midnight, was able to quickly diagnose and replace the broken part. It was cheaper than we thought it might be, too. Will definitely use this company again!

I wanted him to fix a leak in the kitchen faucet, but the knob would not come off because it was probably rusted on from the water leak. So chose not to force it off and we agreed it was not bad enough to fix. He was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did not ask to do anymore than we requested and even let us know our water heater size and told us it was not used anymore (30 gal) and most use a 40 gal. size. He quoted us a price for a replacement. Our's is 25 years old. I would have Jeff back again, he did good work and was helpful.

Called early in the morning because I had the water shut off to the whole house. At first I was told that they couldn't come until the next day but then when I explained the situation they were very helpful in sending someone out within a couple of hours. Victor was on the job and first off told me that he couldn't give me an estimate until he got into the job. I said it was okay because I needed my water service back on and the repair didn't look that significant. Victor started the job and then said that he needed some additional parts that he didn't have on his truck so he had to make a trip to Lowes. He returned in about a half hour and completed the repair. I thought the bill was fairly pricey for the actual amount of work done. There was no breakdown on the invoice for parts but there weren't that many used.They charge for a service call which a lot of places do but then they do not waive the fee even if you have the repair work done. I'm not sure if the trip to Lowes was included in my bill because it wasn't listed but there was a misc charge of $19.00. Although they were professional I would not use them again unless it was an emergency situation.

Technician showed up right when the company said he would. He diagnosed the system and found that the evap fan was shot and needed to be replaced. I was happy that the system was back up and running by mid afternoon on the day that it died however, I thought the price of the repair was pretty high given what was involved. The part itself I found online in a 5 second search and it was $95.00 retail. The price I was charged was a $79 Trip Charge (got a coupon for -$30) and the cost to replace the fan was $450 plus tax ($43). That seemed pretty steep for a pretty simple job.

Arrived on schedule, calling just prior to arrival. Did initial walk-through of house looking at plumbing to give an overall assessment. Listen to issues and made sure that I understood what he was suggesting and agreed to actions (and prices). Quickly performed work. We have an issue with "burping" toilets when flushed. He troubleshooted the issue and at every step told me what was investigating and financial implications. Inspected ventilation 2" piping in attic and where it begins on ground floor. He cut the vent tube to test ventilation but toilets still burped so ventilation was not the issue. He snaked to the street, so we could rule that out as well. He consulted with other plumbers on the phone and said that he could not promise a fix, but that our toilets were old and that it could be a contributing issue. Advised to swap out one toilet to see if that helped. Which we will do later on. All work done within 2-1/2 hours.

The installed the re-circulation pump and a couple other things. Everything was straight forward and there were no hidden prices. What I paid was right on and I have no complaints about my experience.

We self diagnosed that our water softener had leaked resin in our water system. Called Day and Night and they arrived the next day. Victor from Day and Night was the Plumber that showed up. As soon as he walked in the house he put on booties over his work boots (a very professional sign to us). We showed him some of the resin that we had dug out of the toilet tank and he confirmed our suspicion that they water softener had leaked. Victor immediately explained the plan he would follow for us. He would first divert the water softener so the resin would stop leaking into our water system. Then he gave me options on how much we would do to fix it. Imagine that, someone actually giving options we could consider before doing the work. He said he could clean out all the hard parts; shower heads and hot water heater and leave me the minor area's to clean out. Gave me a price for both options. Not being well versed in home plumbing I let Victor clean everything out. Well, he went about his work quickly and professionally. Then at the end of the job (2-hours) worth of work, his estimate was spot on to the actual cost. It was so nice to find someone who didn't try and take advantage of our lack of knowledge when it comes to plumbing. The big win was when we went through the house and found he even cleaned up the resin that was left in our bathtub. Yes, he could have just cleaned out the faucets and not taken the extra time to clean the resin, but he didn't. Wow.....what a great surprise and again a show of a professional who represents his company very well. AFTER the job was done Victor explained the options we had with Day and Night to replace the water softener. NO high pressure sales just simply explained what Day and Night could do for us. So if you are like us and looking for a professional company we recommend Day and Night plumbing and if you can, ask for Victor!

OMG! This company is AWESOME! My A/C unit stopped working yesterday at midday. Our home was hotter than the fires of H*** within an hour. I needed assistance immediately! I first called a few other companies on Angie's List, but no one was able to make it out on such short notice. Fortunately, I contacted Day & Night. They were friendly, professional, and supportive during my hour of need. They sent someone right over. The tech looked our unit over and initially believed the motor had gone out. Thus, he gave us a quote for around $500. After further inspection, the tech explained that it wasn't the motor after all, and that he could fix it for less. I was blown away! The tech knew I was between a rock and a hard place. He knew I needed A/C ASAP and that there were very few people available at the time to fix my unit. He could've just charged me the $500 he initially quoted, and I would have paid it. In truth, while standing in a puddle of my own sweat, I would've paid anything to have our A/C running again. I would've even paid for a new unit, if that's what it would've taken to have cold air blowing through our house once again!!! The tech could've easily taken advantage of the situation for profit. Instead, he was completely honest, forthright, and a true professional! Our older A/C unit is now running far better than it ever has before!!! Thank you Day & Night!

Both the air conditioning technician (Ron) and the plumber (Jeff) showed up on-time and did their work professionally. They explained their work and associated costs so there were no surprises. Even though the costs included a "weekend" service charge, I graded the price as "Good" as I felt the costs of the parts were higher than you can buy them at the local hardware store and the "labor" charges associated with replacing them were on the high side. However to be fair to the Company, when compared with other air conditioning/plumbing businesses, their prices were comparable if not better. Overall, I gave them a high rating and would definitely use them again. Their employees, Ron and Jeff, both did an excellent job. By downgrading the grade for price, I hope they will look at their fee structure and the incorporation of the service charge into those fees.

The service was great and he was on-time. I would definitely use their services again.

Chief plumber, Jeff O did an outstanding job. He arrived several minutes before the initial appointment to perform a whole house plumbing inspection (home is 13 yrs old and we purchased it last year realizing that there were some plumbing issues we would need to address down the road....e.g., home still had original the water heater). Jeff was very thorough in his review of the plumbing in the house and identified a number of issues for correction/repair. He helped us prioritize what was critical v non critical and then provided a cost estimate for correcting all the items. My wife and I found the estimates to be quite reasonable. Jeff answered all our questions to our satisfaction, describing each issue identified in terms we could understand. We contacted Day and Night the following day (Friday) and advised them of which items we wanted corrected at this time. The repairs were scheduled to be performed the following Monday. Jeff O again arrived several minutes before the scheduled appointment. He replaced the water heater, pressure reducing valve and corrected the other critical plumbing issues within the estimated completion time. He was very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. After completing all the repairs, he thoroughly cleaned up all the work areas. Following that, he walked us thru each repair that he had made and offered some useful tips on things to watch out for in the future. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the services provided by Day and Night and their cost. In addition, we found the office staff to be customer focused and pleasant to deal with. We would strongly recommend this Company to others....especially if the rest of their team is as professional as Jeff O.

The installation of the pump went well. Unfortunately the system was turned on continuously even though the installer knew we wanted it on timer function for four hour each morning. We were supposed to be called back with a bid on some additional work. We call several times about the bid with no response. The follow up was non existent. We were never called back to find out if the recirculating pump was properly working.

We realized that the A/C was not working about 2PM on Sunday. After searching Angie's for providers with weekend hours we called Day & Night. Unfortunately, no appointments were available for Sunday and the first available was for Monday between 1-4. About 1:30PM we received a call that the technician was running late and would arrive between 5-5:30. Chuck arrived about 5:15 and immediately diagnosed the problem with the blower motor. With a replacement in his truck and quoting a cost, he went right to work. Because our unit is about 12 years old, he had to make some adjustments to the replacement motor (and considering the tight space in which he had to work) the job was completed in about an hour. He then verified that our compressor and pressure were up to snuff, wrote up the invoice, and left. This was about 6:30. Overall, very satisfied with the service. The only reasons for not giving A's across the board are: 1. The actual arrival was off from the original estimate (would have given an A- or B+) and I would guess this is more to do with our discomfort sitting a warm home. We appreciate that Chuck (and presume all the other technicians) made sure the job was complete (pressure check, etc.) before leaving. This can throw off the ETA's. 2. Cannot give an true appraisal of the cost. We were give the senior discount but have no idea what any other company would charge. But, considering parts & labor, the cost did not seem totally unreasonable. And, since everything is working now... I would change this rating if I were to get any feedback either from the provider or other List members.

This is THE BEST PLUMBER and plumbing company I have ever worked with! JEFF O is an experienced professional of the first order. He is professional, prompt, a great communicator and gives options. Best of all he does not give up on old houses that need that extra problem solving of experienced plumbers who have years of working on Quirky OLD NEGLECTED houses! The owner Mr. Martin even came out to my house to lend a hand on the estimate since the job needed to be done in phases because we were living in the house. The timing was crucial also because we had to have mold remediation and also found termites! Jeff stuck with me throughout the process and the job was done perfectly, I have supervised many home renovations and this was certainly unanticipated but Day/Night Made it much less stressful!!!!! I think I will be calling "The Pipe Whisperer" again!!!!!

I was pleased with the helpful, honest way the repairman handled his visit. Since I was unable to be home, he patiently explained the situation to my mother-in-law in person, then to me over the phone, and then to my wife when she arrived home after the repair. He also could have made a number of unnecessary repairs, and we wouldn't have known the difference, but he limited his work to what was required to keep our aging unit on track. I recommend this company to others needing A/C repairs.

Jeff O. was excellent. He was very professional and knowledgeable and clean. This was a dirty job and he left the area cleaner that he found it. He diagnosed the problem quickly, knew exactly what had to be done and completed a difficult task in good time. I will just cover today since it's the day the actual work was done. I was told when they called this morning that Check would be here between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. He arrived right around 11:00 am. I explained how the AC unit had acted last night. He checked it and again it didn't do it for Chuck. I must say that I really appreciate that none of the techs...Kevin, Kent or Chuck...acted like I was crazy, since none of them heard what I had been hearing! Chuck agreed that the relay switch should be replaced. He did so and it didn't take long at all! All three of them were very professional and helpful. They all also mentioned that, even though I buy 3 month filters, they should be changed once a month during the summer. Good info! I also appreciated that before entering my house all three of them put protective booties over their shoes. Very professional!

Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing worked really well. I liked the company. I like the service. The guy was nice. He was there on time. He was got up in my attic. He was fine. Actually, he went above and beyond what he could have had because he did an extra job for us, adding an extra length to a pipe outside, which had been staining the side of the house. Now the water doesn't go down the side of the house.

Called Day & Night (based on the ratings from Angies List) at 4:50 on a friday night. Dispatcher said the technician would be in touch within an hour. At 5:10 the tech called to say that he'd be there within 1 hour. at 6:05 he was at our door. Awesome. Kasey came in and quickly diagnosed the problem He was courteous and communicated well. He explained what the cause was and that he had a part on his truck. He fixed the problem and within 45 minutes we had cool air coming in. I would definitely recommend Day & Night Air and definitely recommend Kasey

This is the plumbing service to use. They are excellent with prices that are most fair. Jeff O. the plumber it a great guy not just to talk with but his professionalism and quality of work are excellent as well. Day & Night Plumbing charges a flat rate for services so there are no hidden costs and they encouraged me to purchase my own faucet in order to save money and to get precisely the faucet that I desired. I would give them 10 stars if there was such a rating.

I was very pleased and will use this company again for other plumbing services. The people I spoke with on the phone and the serviceman were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to have the service completed the same week that I called. The serviceman telephoned that he was running ahead of schedule and could arrive earlier than our appointment which worked for me. He was very pleasant, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. Additionally, he took the time to explain how the unit worked and made sure I understood both how to program it, and how to test if it was working properly. I didn't understand his first explanation of how to test it, so he patiently showed me how to do it step by step. Overall, a great experience!

Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing are very professional and punctual. They came out with no charge, to give me an estimate on what replacement air conditioning units I would need. They walked around the house and measured it, to make sure that the equipment that I did purchase would be the right equipment, not too big or too small, that sort of thing.
