He was up on the roof for about a half and hour and that was it. He checked everything and found out that my swamp cooler is destroying my air conditioner come to find out. He said there is a 1 or two year max left on my air conditioning unit.

While Southwest Gas was upgrading natural gas lines in our neighborhood they discovered a break in my mother-in-law's backyard sewer line. We had previously used Day and Night Plumbing and had been impressed with work performed by technician Justin. I immediately called (late afternoon) spoke to Carrie and asked if Justin was available to do the repair. The break in the sewer line caused a large cubic yard hollow spot underground. Justin came out the next morning to assess the situation and resources that would be needed. The break was about five feet deep and required manual digging since it was near swimming pool decking as well as gas and electrical lines. That afternoon I received a call from Carrie who indicated that Justin would be out with a crew the following morning to do the repair. Two workers arrived to perform the manual digging in hard soil with 100 degree temperatures under Justin's direction. Both were personable and worked hard to dig down to the sewer line. It turned out that a 2 foot section of sewer line was missing, probably originating when the pool was installed in the 1960's. While the repair seemed a little pricey it was done well and in very hot conditions. Also it was not clear how much damage existed and what the repair would entail until digging was completed. Justin was excellent as usual: knowledgeable, dependable, professional and most of all, serious about doing quality work. He kept us informed along the way. Much appreciated. We will continue to use this company and request Justin for our plumbing needs.

They're very nice. They would be my preference because of their professionalism. The quote came to $4800. They presented what I wanted. They didn't try to sway me in any direction. It was just an independent decision that I would make. They printed out proposals for me. They explained everything thoroughly. They have additional information about their company. It was presented in a nice folder. I just liked the way the gentlemen handled themselves. Even though they were a little bit higher than the others, I would go with Day & Night. I just felt more comfortable with them.

Jerry was outstanding. Quickly found problem and fixed. Sent email at 3:00am and they called me at 8:00am. Service scheduled same day. That is customer service.

I have been with them for 20 years. They have raised their maintenance fee.

Both times all of the guys working were responsive and respectful. We are very happy with our system. After many years of remodeling homes and dealing with many contractors, have found one that I like and will definitely continue to use.

Jeff O arrived promptly. He determined that the temperature/pressure valve was blown and that it was under warranty. He checked the pressure at several spots in my house and noticed that the hose bibb on the front of the house was stripped. I let him repair that too. The work was done quickly and professionally. Jeff did a good job of explaining what he did.

When Jeff arrived, first thing he did was check the water pressure. Not to my surprise, it was too high. Although this was not part of why I called, I did authorize a pressure valve. As long as he was doing that work, I also had him install an additional shut-off valve for the inside water only, so we could shut if off on vacation without affecting the drip system. He and his partner also took care of installing a new shower valve in a new location (and obviously moving the water lines accordingly). I had already ripped out the old cultured marble surround and wall board so the tile guy could put up cement board, so the valve install was easy to do. Once the tile was done, they finished the valve install and added the tub spout, and put in new ball valve angle stops for the toilet and sink water supplies. Jeff also replaced the feed lines into the water heater with new stainless steel flexible lines and replaced the slightly dripping shut-off valve for the water heater. I am especially glad about the valve replacement because I know it had not been replaced either time I put in a new water heater. My neighbor across the street was without water for several days because his water heater went out and the shut-off did not work, so they had to shut all the water off while they waited for their home warranty company work out the details.

The woman who answered the phone when I called said that she could have a repairman at our home in about two to four hours. Then she checked again and said that they had a repairman who was running ahead of schedule and could be on site in on to two hours. One hour later we got a call from the repairman, Kasey, saying that he was on his way. Within twenty minutes Kasey was at our door. He was polite and professional (put booties on before coming in). I showed him where the AC unit was and after about 10 minutes he came in to describe the problem (a bad condenser). He quoted us a price. He had a part on the truck. Half an hour later, after ensuring that the unit was producing cold air and there were no other problems, he was on his way. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally. The price was reasonable and even included a $30 discount coupon for being a member of Angie's List.

He was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He was able to show me and EXPLAIN what was going on in layman terms that I could understand. He was very helpful and diagnosed another separate issue that could have been a potential problem down the road. He was courteous and respectful. He placed on booties on his shoes when entering the home and reminded me to use the Angie's list coupon when we were settling the bill. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would call on them again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Jerry!

Exactly as stated before ....excellent.

It was very good. Excellent. They fixed the problem! They were able to come out quickly. They were able to somebody out who was knowledgeable, polite, cleaned up after themselves. My husband has recommended them - we live in a condo area so. I don't remember the price but it was not outrageous. We were happy.

These guys at Night and Day are great. First off, when they came out for the bid they went through every little thing with me. Brian Kearley was great and was able to work with me on the final price. The best thing was they were able to install the unit the following week. The installer (John) was very professional and did great work. They arrived at 9 AM and were done with the job by 1 pm. That is with getting rid of an old unit, installing a new A/C unit and replacing a programable thermostat. Two weeks later a n.a.t.e. certified technician came out with Brian to do a final walk through and make sure everything was in place. Everyone was great, from the employees I spoke to on the phone to the workers who actually came out and installed everything. I would highly recommend Night and Day to anyone looking for an honest and respectable A/C company. Also, between the time I accepted my bid to the time of the install, my unit completely died. These guys were nice enough to bring a portable A/C cooler to my house so that I didn't have to sleep in the hot house while waiting for my new unit. First class if you ask me!

It went fine even though long distance

Mark the sales man came to my house and gave me quote. Very knowledgable. Schedule a date, up to 4 guys were here all day installing the unit that required crane service. They let me use it for few months prior to calling me for payment and make sure all aspect was complete. They did damage an outlet which they send over professional drywaller to fix it too. I was happy with the overall service.

I found out that they were Day & Night manufacture authorized dealer. They were pleasant to deal with. Advise that they can fix the the problem and I requested for warranty extension of 5 yrs for $675. Which they sold me and now the unit is brand new that will be exp on Sep 2017.

I have been using Day and Night for several years and the technicians are always very professional and friendly. They are very thorough in their inspections and maintenance. They so far have always been on time.

One of my AC units seemed to be running non-stop. I called Day and Night to see if they could come out and check out all 3 units. They got me in the next day which I think they had to do some juggling to do. Much appreciated. The tech was supposed to come between 3 and 5 PM. He finally got there just before 5, and only had time to look at the unit I was having trouble with, which was fine since they did squeeze me in. He checked the unit and told me that it was low on refrigerant. When I asked what the problem was, he said that the coil was leaking. I asked what the fix was, and he told me the coil would have to be replaced, then he asked if I would like have the refrigerant recharged. I commented that wouldn't really work if it was leaking, and he agreed. I then asked if he could check to see exactly where the leak was and he agreed to do that. After a thorough check, he said that the coils were NOT leaking and that there must be a very small leak somewhere that he couldn't find. We then agreed that he should recharge the refrigerant if its a very tiny leak. This was accomplished and the AC is working much better. My problem is that he assumed it was a leaking coil without even checking. That would have been a very expensive unnecessary repair. I don't know if he was in a hurry or what. I've used Day and Night before and will continue to do so because I've always had a good experience with them, but this wasn't one of them.

I got them from Angie's List. They were very good and very cooperative. The servicemen were great. The cost of one service was $99. They also did a repair, which was $600.

Both times, the service was professional and on time, with the cost accecptable. Will continue to call them for plumbing, heating and AC needs.

it went well. he knew of coupon--in fact had more up to date pricing for it than I did. He was courteous and drew a picture to explain the lines configuration.

As part of our annual service plan with Day & Night Plumbing Justin performed an inspection of our home. During the inspection I mentioned concerns with recent "popping" sounds coming from our eleven year old water heater. Justin attemped to flush the water heater but found the drain valve was completely blocked by sediment. After going over pricing that was very reasonable Justin came back the next day to install a new water heater. The job was perfectly done to my satisfaction complete with new water and gas supply lines. Justin was also previously at our home several weeks ago to unclog our sewer line and we have had no issues since that time. We are definitely impressed with the quality of Justin's work including his attention to detail and have found him to be personable, dependable and professional.
