At least once a year I get service from them. They are clean and courteous.

That was probably 2 years ago. The approximate cost of the estimate was about 5000 dollars. It wasn't good, it wasn't bad.

I would recommend them. They did a very good job. I would give them A's on everything.

They are great. We really like them. They are very knowledgeable and they are able to fix things and they are very timely coming out. We need to call them soon actually for a checkup again. They have been able to diagnose problems pretty effectively and they are just knowledgeable. I have not had any complaints. They tell me what I could do for more efficiency, that kind of thing. Unless they really drop the ball, I am happy with them. They have exceeded my expectations. They are a little overpriced. I am sure they are comparable to everywhere else. I have not had problems with their punctuality.

It was great. They were wonderful. We called on a Saturday night and they were out on Sunday morning by 10 A.M. without additional charges for being the Sunday call. They were very responsive to our call. They had great customer service. I would definitely use them in the future.

They showed up about a half an hour early and even called to get permission to show up early. I thought this was very considerate of them. The presentation of the repairman was outstandingly clean, efficient and apparently well educated. The work was done in a very timely manner. They called me back in a couple days to follow up to ensure things were done appropriately and completely. When i told them what the issue with my system was, the explained the steps they would need to take very thoroughly. They also went over the cost of job with me and requested that I be home when the were there in case there was further work that would need done. In this case the initial diagnosis was all that was needed. This particular job did not require much mess, but the mess they did make they cleaned it up 100%.

After checking Angie's list for a repair company to fix our A/C system that wasn't cooling, we called Day and Night Air Conditioning-Heating and Plumbing. The repairman came the same day we called, late in the afternoon. He diagnosed that we were low on freon and the overflow line was plugged. Due to the age of the unit and its requirement for a higher cost freon that isn't used in newer units he suggested we talk to Day and Night's salesman about getting a replacement. He fixed our unit for the time being noting that he didn't know how long the fix would work because our unit was leaking freon. We made an appointment to talk to a representative the following week. Our appointment was confirmed by phone and by an email. The email contained the picture of the rep who would be calling on us. I especially liked being able to recognize the man when he came to the door. Bryan was courteous and very professional. He looked over our system and answered our questions. He was especially helpful about what could be done to quiet the very loud air blowing noise from our vents. He gave us several options at different price points and explained the pros and cons of each. We got back in touch with him to schedule the work after we had researched the Trane units he recommended and got an estimate from another company as well. The installation went without a hitch. All the repairmen were courteous, clean, professional and friendly and took time to explain things when we had questions. Bryan's recommendations for a change in some of the duct work made an amazing difference in the noise level of our system. We had to actually check that the unit was running--it was that quiet. We had an extra air return added to our family room to better help circulate air in the public rooms with vaulted ceilings. That was put in neatly with no dry wall repair needed. About two weeks after the installation the rep Bryan and a technician came to the house to check the unit and see that it was operating optimally. This inspection took about an hour. The tech made a minor adjustment to the fan speed and reported all was in order. We were happy with our whole experience with Day and Night and would highly recommend them.

It was great service. They seemed very fair and went above and beyond. They adjusted some of our registers within the house. They did not have to do that; it was not part of the fee. Also, the part they replaced was a basic component and sometimes it can be a concern as to whether or not they are going to overcharge me for parts. In this case they replaced a very inexpensive part and considering the cost of some of the other bigger parts like compressors, overall, I was just very pleased. The work they did was good, but the technician gave me a bit of a sales pitch to sell their other stuff. The sales pitch was not very professional.

They were great. They had to locate the problem, which I guess was quite an effort. It was not a simple problem to figure out. They fixed it to my satisfaction so I am a happy customer. I have used them many times.

The system works good. The water heater was really hard so it left a lot of the light stuff all over the dishes when we washed them in the dishwasher and it doesn't do that anymore. It worked out well. The guy that came out to do the installation did a good job and we haven't had any problems. The unit was a little expensive but it certainly does a good job. It was warranted for 10 years. The unit looks like it is good quality. They were here on time and he called me. He was a nice guy.

The work turned out excellent. I am keeping them as my A/C people. They will do all of my maintenance work from now on because I was really pleased with them. I called somebody else first that was highly recommended in the Angie's List magazine. They said they don't come to my area, but they recommended Day & Night and they were really nice about it. In doing so they were saying how the person from Day & Night used to work for them so there was a connection that pleased me so much that I called Day & Night. I think the thing that attracted me most was the way they responded to my call. Sometimes that customer service person you talk to can make the difference on whether you want to call back or not. And then they were clean, nice, personable and were everything you would want. I really felt like I could trust them. I trust that they will do good work when I need it. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. Their quality seemed excellent and their responsiveness seemed wonderful. That probably means more to me than anything. They were very well dressed, clean and had a nice truck.

They were here once on a Groupon. It was nothing special. It was a Big Deal special. I would possibly use them again.
