Excellent service. Jeff was very thorough, identified and explained the issues, showed me exactly what he was going to do and how, explained why certain changes needed to be made. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I felt confident in the updates he was making to the water service. Two weeks ago, another plumber had look at these issues after my home warranty company sent that plumber to replace my water heater. That plumber was supposed to call me back with an estimate, but never did. He also did not thoroughly diagnose the problems, as Jeff did. This is why I called Day & Night to come out. When he was done with the water service, Jeff looked at my kitchen faucet, which had been leaking around the ball joint. He took the time to go under the sink and took a photo to show me how badly corroded the incoming lines were. I should mention that the other plumber I mentioned above had also looked at my faucet two weeks ago and said it was only an O-ring. He never looked under the sink. Again, that plumber never called me back to follow-up. I plan to have Jeff O. with Day & Night return to replace my kitchen faucet, lines and shut-off valves under the sink. I feel the company and Jeff are very trustworthy and better-qualified than other plumbers I have spoken with or used. I also use Day & Night to service by A/C and heating system.

Kent R. with Day & Night performed the annual tune-up and service on my heating unit. I asked for Kent specifically, as he had serviced the A/C unit in the summer. Kent is the type of person you want to provide service. He knows his stuff inside and out and is very helpful in answering questions.

Kent R. performed the services. I contacted Day & Night Air Conditioning as my A/C unit was leaking water off the roof. Kent discovered that the condensate drain line was not connected. I suspect it must have been disconnected by the company who had replaced this unit a few years ago, which represented shoddy workmanship. Kent performed the complete Gold service tune-up and discovered that the capacitor also needed replaced. He also repaired the condensate drain line. Cost included the annual service agreement for A/C and heating units, along with the repairs. Kent was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done and why. I will continue to use Day & Night and, specifically, Kent for these services.

Jeff Oehm is as knowledgeable as they come! I would not have phoned anyone else for this project as he had done this for me in my previous home several years ago. I never had any issues with the installation or the product! He works expeditiously and cleans up. He also phoned me to go over the timer settings after he left.

I had an appointment with Centurylink because my internet wasn't working and I wanted to get the plumber scheduled at the same time. They were able to make that happen. Jeff was there when they said he would be there. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and helpful. I will definitely use Day and Night again, and I will ask for Jeff. He did a great job.

They were really excellent. It was very good. I can't say enough good about them. They were really good, very accommodating. They did lots of follow-up. I absolutely would use them again.

Day and Night is an excellent company! I wouldn't go to any other company. The person who helped me was Mike Tufegdzic. They were able to give me a wonderful price for my air conditioner and helped me with a payment plan. They were a great company and very customer oriented. The service is fantastic. They are very conscious about doing a good job. Mike was always responsive and always got back with me quickly if I had any questions. I liked the maintenance plan that they offer, and I can't say enough about them! Anyone you deal with at the company is always very polite and they are an excellent company! They were conscientious during the installation, making sure that they cleaned up after themselves and not disruptive. They are an A+!

The installation manager, Mr. Figueroa, came around the 2nd week of November to give me an estimate. He was on-time, polite and professional. He checked my attic and asked how was my air conditioning/heat flow in the house. It was fine. I mention this because I had another provider come for an estimate and he proceeded to tell me what was wrong with my airflow system (even though that wasn't the issue). I scheduled the appointment and an employee named Kyle, did the installation. He also was on-time (8:30 am ) and was polite and professional. He put drop clothes in the kitchen since he had to make a hole in the kitchen ceiling. He cleaned up after the job was done. i was surprised when he said they would send me a statement through the mail and I would pay at the time. I had a good experience and would use them again.

Not good, took the day off of work to be home and wait for the technician. The time slot I was given for the apt was between 10:00AM and 2:00PM, the technician ARRIVED AT 2:20pm. As mentioned, I had purchased the new faucets. All I was looking for was to have them installed. The estimate was $852. Can not believe they wanted to charge that much for about one hour of labor.

Service was great! Diagnosed the issue very quickly, offered options, and part installation took about 45 minutes (included diagnostic). The heat was back on! Then the bill. I questioned the amount and was told that this was a "flat" pricing. I even showed an invoice of another company that charged a third of the price ($90)! And keep in mind, I used a $30 coupon from Angie's list! And they charged me the $59 for the service call on top of it (normally waved when you have a repair) Feeling fleeced, I asked for the faulty part (3 month old run capacitor of the exact same type) so I could look it up on Ebay. Found several similar generic brands in "NEW" condition for about $25 shipped. So, if I calculate the amount of money he makes an hour ($325 - $25 / 45 minutes), it would be $225. Although, the parts and labor DID come with a 1 year warranty! Considering the last one broke in 3 months, I'm happy. You pay for the 1 year warranty, service and expertise! Was it worth it? Hey, the heats back on :-)

They were able to fix the leak the same week at the lower range of the cost estimate. Although an expensive repair, due to his experience and knowledge, without Jeff I feel it would have been much more. He was extremely prompt and professional. I would highly recommend D&N, and especially Jeff, for any future job.

We decided that it would be nearly impossible to replace the tank on a toilet that was over sixteen years old and did not have a name on it. Jeff arrived on time and took pride in his work. He had all the parts that were needed and he completely cleaned up before he left. The next morning, after the caulk had dried, there were a few air pockets that had opened up in the back, but I was easily able to recaulk it with some leftover caulk that I had from another project. I am sure that he would have returned to redo it, but it was a simple fix for me to do.

Plumber was friendly and professional...there was a misunderstanding about the price of the service as could happen with anyone, Jason went above and beyond what was necessary to correct the situation by refunding the entire amount I was charged. I appreciate his attention to this matter and especially the courteous way in which he handled it, I would be happy to use this company again. Barbara King

We decided to go with a new AC/Heat system rather than replace the compressor in a 10 year old unit. The salesman that came out was professional and friendly. He thoroughly described the various units and the available rebates. He never pressured us, and after talking it over, we called the next day with our decision. Two days later, the team came out and installed a new, energy efficient Trane AC and heating system.

Rickey, our service tech from Day and Night, showed up promptly as scheduled, and started work on checking my furnace as part of the annual safety and performance check. I have a ladder in my garage to get to the attic, so I lowered it so he could get up easier than going through the crawl space over the utility room. He came down and said he'd have to go through the crawl space to get to my furnace and blower because he could not get through to the other side from the garage opening. That made me wonder what the last service technician I had check the furnace actually did, because he used the garage ladder and said everything was all right. He identified a problem with the lack of safety float switch on my evaporative coil. It's required on all units after 2011, but mine was original from 1996. Without it, during the monsoon season, if it collects too much water, it overflows and leaks through the sheetrock into the house, in our case, our guest bathroom. For $150, that was an easy fix, and provides me peace of mind if we ever have too much water piling up from our evaporative coil. His safety check was thorough. I told him I was trying to get another couple of years out of the old system before replacing it and he was honest about it, giving no guarantees, but saying that the system worked well and could probably last that long, although a new one would be more energy efficient. Day & Night provides great service. Although they are in the business of selling AC and Furnaces as well as repairing them, they respond to the customer and provide only what is needed, not what will make them the most money. I like honest businesses like that.

Better than expected. Jeff Oehm is a professional. He works quickly and is very neat.

They found the leak and provided suggestions on how to get the facet manufacturer to send a new one.

Jeff O. Was the perfect plumber: experienced: he has 30 years under his belt. As a woman I felt comfortable in his presence and never felt that he was condescending. He went the extra mile. At one point he had to pull tree limbs out of the ground underneath the house. He is a neatnick and left both bathroom clean even though caulk had to scraped off the floor and the toilets were old, leaky and neglected As were the areas they rested in. I felt as though the entire team at Day & night pkumbing from Carrie (spelling?) to Hector to Jeff were solicitous of my time table (I flew in to get this job done) and my wallet. They were great about calling back and showed up early!

I called Day & Night at 6:00 PM Monday night. They arranged an appointment for Tuesday between noon and 5:00 PM. Tuesday morning they called and said they had a service man available for 9:30 AM. The service man, Mr. Rickey Rodriquez showed up on time and immediately went to work. After 25-30 minutes he came down and advised me the unit needed a new capacitor. He quoted me the price and added that if I signed up for the Gold Maintenance Plan the capacitor would be free and I would receive an additional discount. We agreed to the plan which includes a follow up visit within 6 months. He completely cleaned the unit and advised it was low on Freon. I ok'd the additional Freon charge. All the work was completed in 2 hours and my unit is now blowing COLD air again. This is a great benefit because even in October the temps are running 90+ degrees! I highly recommend Day & Night and I especially appreciate the professionalism and good humor of Mr. Rodriquez. Based on my experience I will call Day & Night in the future for any and all AC and plumbing work.

The last service was fine. I recommend them. They are very good and have reasonable prices. I think they are a very good company and take care of everything properly.

The service was great. They've come out a couple of times this year. It was a rush job so there was a rush fee. They were always professional and very clear with what they were doing. They took the time to explain what they were doing and showed how they were treating my air conditioner. Overall it was great service. I did have one instance where one of their guys left my gate open and my dog got out. Other than that, their service has been impeccable. This price is a little pricey, but fair.

It was kind of expensive. It was a very good job and they did very well. They were punctual and did the job they were supposed to.

They were fine. They charged more than what I thought they were going to but it was all right.

They over charged me. They did repair it and it stayed up just fine.
