Everything went fine. It was a good experience. They were on time for the appointment. They were quick and efficient.

They arrived earlier than scheduled which was not a problem since I was home. Friendly guy. Like getting my invoice via e-mail (they use iPads). He said I had problems and offered to show me on the roof. No problem until he presented me with prices for two repairs: bad start capacitor replacement - approx $400, condenser fan motor replacement (some play in shaft bearing) - approx $500. This was after my discount for having a maintenance plan. I opted to defer the repairs for now--price seemed high to me, and it's likely something I can take care of myself. The company called me after I posted the original review and wanted to address my concerns about their prices. Their representative emphasized that they focus on quality and have flat rate pricing that covers overall costs of doing business. I appreciated the call and updated my review after our discussion. Cost has been my only concern the few times I've dealt with the company, but I've not had any issues with the other aspects of their service. The main reason I've used them is that they have been available to address my problem the same day I called which was worth a premium price to me.

Jeff O was extremely professional. Jeff had been to my home once before a year prior (separate issue) and I had remembered his professionalism from that visit as well so it was nice to have a familiar face helping me out. The nice thing about Jeff as a contractor is that he goes the extra mile to explain things. He also quickly identifies any other potential troublesome spots for my review....no pressure to tack those on to this service but his advice was welcomed. I will be having Jeff come back out to replace my main shutoff valve in the next few weeks. They also professionally directed me to my home warranty for items that were covered (no need to pay them unnecessarily). This lends well to the credibility of the people and the organization. I highly recommend Day and Night Air, Jeff O or Victor are both real pros.

These guys are on their game. Very curtious and professional. I have had this company servicing my heat pump for several years and it is always very professional and kind. I will continue with Day and Night for my plumbing and a/c maintenance and service GREAT COMPANY!!!

Jeff O came right on time and looked at the situation at hand. I had two faucets in the bathroom that did not have hot water. Jeff O was very descriptive in analyzing the problem. I had old faucets and an and old water heater. It was lucky that he had the right parts in his truck to fix the problem. He took his time and explained to me everything he was doing. He also recommended that we get a new water heater and provided me an estimate on the price of new one. Overall I was pleased with the work done.

We were very concerned about cost and work that might be required for clogs in the kitchen sink and shower. We called Night & Day for an appointment. Brad arrived on time. His manner was professional, reassuring and very pleasant. He assessed the stoppages in the kitchen sink and shower, determining that they were unrelated. Brad gave an assessment for each clog removal and said that the charge would be less if one of the drain/pipe cleanings required a limited effort. In the course of his work, he explained why our 50 year old pipes might encourage accumulation from time to time due to pitting. He also explained what he was doing and why and showed me the results. It was an enlightening session and I now have some understanding of how those pipes work and what I might expect from them in the future. Fortunately, one of the clogs required less effort and we were billed the lesser charge. I don't think Brad was there for two hours before the work was done. He made a point of cleaning the areas where he worked. We were relieved and extremely happy with the results. Not only were the drains cleared, but they drained faster than I had EVER seen them empty!!! Thanks to Brad and to Night & Day.

They worked out okay. I was fine with their services. They came out probably within two weeks of the purchase. I think if anything I felt like there was a little bit of selling, they were trying to up sell and that is not something that I was looking for, but overall as far as arriving on time, getting the job done all of that went well, so I was happy with that. The only thing and this is more on us how to actually change the timer on it and how to actually adjust it so I need to call them back and get some instructions on that. I think it is the timer was not set properly, but it works good. Maybe the technician was little chitty chatty I felt like he was trying to really up sell some other services. I would use this provider again in the future.

Justin called ahead 20 mins out and arrived on time. He new exactly what was required, gave me the cost and time it would take. the job was completed in less than 20 mins. He noticed another issue I need to address and will save me $$$ later on. Great job, great company and reasonable pricing.

Every person that we dealt with from this company was very professional and courteous - from the salesman to the technicians. We had obtained several bids from other companies and this was the only company that didn't try to sell us only the most expensive unit they had available. The salesman showed us all of their units and explained the benefits of each and every one of them that would work for our home. They installed our unit within about a week of the purchase. The technicians not only installed the new unit and removed the old unit, they also removed our old swamp cooler and patched the roof where needed after it was removed. The technicians cleaned up after themselves and left their work areas spotless. The company also sent a couple of people out as a follow-up service to ensure that everything was working as supposed to and to answer any questions that we had about the new equipment. This is a great company and I recommend their service to anyone in need of air conditioning services.

I called for the seasonal maintenance on my condo and Day & Night arrived right on time. After looking at the unit, we were informed of the age and wear and tear of the unit. It had rust and corrosion that was not able to repaired and still have the unit in working order. I appreciate the candor of the serviceman. We are in the process of getting quotes for a new unit at this time.

No noticeable difference in length of time for hot water to reach our most distant bathroom. Never received an operation manual. Likely spending more on electricity than we are saving on natural gas.

Brad (plumbing) and Phillip (HVAC) showed up exactly on time, put on their booties, and went to work, thoroughly checking out all of the plumbing fixtures and furnaces/humidifiers in my house. I had scheduled the appointment because my house is relatively new and I wanted to make sure everything was working properly. At every step of the way, both Brad and Phillip showed me any issues with the equipment and made recommendations. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism. I immediately signed on for a maintenance program because I just know these guys are going to keep my house in good shape.

Brad was terrific, both times. He used bootie covers to be sure not to track dirt into our house. Most important, on his first visit he solved a MAJOR problem we had with our house (built in 2007), that of HOT water backing up into the cold water. Sounds simple and intuitive, but two other plumbers gave us totally different reasons for the problem, and one wanted to install a $15,000 chiller that "would fix the problem." The recirculating pump that one of the first plumbers installed (needed) was a bit oversized, so the amount of hot water in the cold water line was so great that we could not use the garage deep sink, because the cold water was almost scalding hot! Likewise, clean clothes in the clothes washer in the adjacent room came out steaming after a COLD water rinse! Brad's solution was amazing! Problem solved. He (and the receptionist) are delightful people with whom to interact. They were able to schedule Brad quickly, he worked efficiently, and he made sure there was nothing else we needed when he finished. We definitely will use the company in the future and recommend them without reservation! Also, after having the two poor plumbers earlier, we turned to Angie's List, and that's where we saw the excellent reviews of Day and Night Plumbing. Our experience was equal to the best reviews there.

Work was performed on time and no problems with installation or installer. They were very professional. I've been in contact with Justin regarding the problem we had in December. He exceeded our expectations and took care of the problem we encountered. I will continue to use Day and Night. They do care about the service they perform and customer satisfaction. I've changed my ratings to reflect this. I would recommend this company since they resolved the issue we had in a timely manner.

Jeff O. came a little earlier than I expected, but he was soon able to get to work. My nearly 15 yr old water heater had been leaking for about a week. Jeff found that some of the attachments were no longer up to code, and needed replacement with the new tank. The space was also limited, but they had provided the right model that FIT. Upon removal of the old tank, Jeff helped secure the wooden foundation that would support the new one. Because not all the pipes were in the right position, he had to get a little 'creative' to bring all the parts together, and up to code. After turning on the gas, and relighting the pilot lights on my stovetop, I was very glad that he knew where to light the one for the oven, of which I was totally unaware. He thoroughly answered all my questions and was very pleasant to deal with throughout the whole operation, which took a good 3 hours. I forgot to enter the code that he gave me for this review; it is 137886. I also wish to compliment "Brad", who came to deal with a plumbing problem I had in Nov., 2014. He too was very pleasant and competent, fixed the problem in the least expensive but thoroughly effective way. I chose this company from Angie's list to fix my slow drain, and now after 2 experiences I can report that I am entirely satisfied and will not hesitate to call upon these good people again.

They were awesome. They did great. They came for a checkup and then we got on a maintenance plan and they refunded the difference. The office personnel were very efficient.

I called around 11:30 today and told them what the problem seemed to be. The Lady that I talked to was very nice and she scheduled a plumber, by the name of Brad, to be here between and and three. Brad called ahead and let me know his approximate time of arrival. He got here and introduced himself and then we went out to look at the problem. He figured out right away what the trouble was and let me know what he could do to fix it and how much it would cost. Knowing how much repairs can cost these days, I was happy when he told me the charge because it was very reasonable and it included a $30 off coupon from Angie's List. Brad was professional, knowledgable, worked quickly, did a neat job and was very amicable all the while. He represents his company and it's image very well. Thanks, Brad, and I will use this company again!

This was a multi step process. Jeff O was very methodical in his approach to identifying the source of the problem and then correcting it. He didn't just jump to an extreme step that could have cost much more. The cost above reflects not only the repair ($400) but additional work we requested because this was resolved. We always contact this vendor and trust them to provide timely and professional service. They deliver what they say they will and care about their reputation. We provide their name as a reference to others.

I found water on my floor around toilet New Year's eve. I called Day & Night from Angie's list and got an appointment for Jan 2 at 8 AM. He showed up promptly and had the problem diagnosed quickly. He had to go to Ace Hardware to get custom tubing to replace a p*** poor designed China-made part. After installing tubing, the problem was solved.

We called in the morning and they responded within the same day. We had used them in the past and so we knew what needed to be done. We were told that the technician that usually services our home had equipment problems so they would send someone else. When he arrived I explained what needed to be done but he wanted to do a full house inspection. The technician that responded did not have all the usual equipment but was able to clear the line but did not do the visual inspection as had been done in the past. He then took another hour doing "testing" which was just to run water down the line. Out prior experience was that the service cost about $90.00 for one hour of work and this should have taken less than that. The technician was at the house for approximately 1.5 hours and we were charged $212.00. I called the following Monday and spoke with a supervisor. I discussed the current charges and the possibility of setting up an annual service call to maintain the septic line. He told me that he would get back to me the following day. We never heard back from them.
