I can't say enough good things about this company and the interactions with Ronnie. They were professional, fair and responsive. From the moment I called in a panic on Saturday night, to working with them to get appts and parts ordered, I appreciated how easy they made a difficult situation. I like how they use technology (like an ipad) and are fast to get to me. I found them through Angies list. And I encourage others to use them

My appointment was set up promptly. The service provider showed up on time and was very professional. I was a bit apprehensive because my A/C was not brand new. I had just bought the house and was hoping to avoid that expensive right out of the gate. The service guy set my mind at ease. He tuned it up and fixed a small thing. He also didn't try to upsell or scare me, which I appreciate. Even if the unit is fixing to fall off the roof, if I feel I've been hustled I won't do business. I obviously didn't feel this way because I went ahead and upgraded to a service package so that I can get two A/C tune ups per year, a better price for other things that might need repair and a guaranteed 24 hours or less to wait should the unit fail. This company offers various tiers of service; like I said, the service guy did not try to upsell me. He thoroughly discussed my options and my situation and I made the decision which level to purchase which wasn't the highest level. My reasoning was, I get my teeth cleaned twice per year and my car's oil changed, why not service something so integral to my comfort as my A/C unit. Better yet, the price I paid for that day's service was applied to my service package. At the same time, I also had an installer out for a quote to get an idea of what I should budget for some future work I want done. He was also very timely and professional.

The serviceman showed up on time, then came in the house to check the air temperature., it was low (why I called). Went on the roof, for a short period and then sat in his truck until I approached him, then he ask me how much did I want to spend on this old system stating that I really needed a new system. The service rep. did not communicate with the customer about what needed to fix and how much it would cost. He tossed out a number of $2,500 in repairs, but I had no clue what he was actually fix. After I ask can he fix at the minimum, he said he could put 4 lbs of freon in the system the he said should last me the summer. I ask him if about if it was going to be just for the summer, why 4 pounds? I thanked him for his time, paid the $59 service call, and I willl validate what is saying. Bottom line he was interested in providing a new system, without really going into the details of fixing the current system. I very well need a system, but the communication method was not to my liking.

Justin was amazing. I didn't like that I was home alone when I needed a Plummer. When Justin arrived he was on time and the office called me before he arrived to let me know he was coming. Justin was very nice and considerate. He was extremely honest and really helped us make the best decision going forward for our needs for our home. He made me feel very comfortable having him in my home and with the work that he provided. Thank you Justin!!! I will be using day and night plumbing the next time we need plumbing services.

They were flexible with their scheduling. I would have never even known they were there had they not knocked on my door once the service was done. They just came and started getting the work done. They were very accommodating.

Jeff Oehm was the plumber from Day/Night that worked with me. He provided the estimate and services that I needed. He is very professional and easy going. Can to my house same day as called and provided the water heater replacement estimate. The water heater had a slow leak and was 18 years old. He came to the house on Saturday (regular work day for Day/Night with no extra charge) with all the needed equipment. After around 2 hours, the water heater was replaced with him hauling the original one away. Along with the water heater replacement, he replaced all the connecting plumbing due to 18 years of Phoenix hard-water buildup. He checked the water pressure coming into the house and it was very high at 110 psi. Day/Night won't warranty their work if the water pressure coming into the house is not between 65 - 75 psi. He then gave me an estimate to put a regulator between the city water and my house. Later in the week, I checked around including talking to the city and found out that 65 - 75 psi is the ideal pressure. The city would come check the pressure but would only work on regulating it if the pressure was outside of their range of 50 - 120 psi. My pressure was 110 psi. I had Jeff come back to install the pressure regulator outside of the house. As usual, Jeff was right ahead of schedule and replaced all the outside plumbing including the corroded shut off valve. My experience with Jeff and Day/Night was very professional including working with the customer service reps at the home office. They may be a bit more expensive than expected but their professionalism and quality of work is worth it.

The plumber that did the work was very professional and did a good job. However, when I saw how much it was going to be, I was a little shocked. I was in a bit of a pickle since I was having a washing machine delivered later in the day and I needed to have the water hoses ready. The hot water hose was too corroded for me to remove. The plumber removed the corroded hose and installed the new one I had purchases. He also installed two other hoses to the nearby sink. It took a total of about 30 minutes (probably less) and it cost....$230! Does this seem at all reasonable?

Excellent. Provided me with ways to conserve water and improve my water supply.

Both of the plumbers that we dealt with for this job were courteous and professional to a high degree. The job we contracted with them was on the exterior of our home. Brad provided an estimate over the phone while we weren't at home. His knowledge was clear during the phone conversation and I was 100% sure he understood the job and was providing a quote for what we needed. Michael Probst did the actual work and did a fantastic job. His demeanor and professionalism inspired the same confidence that we felt from Brad. The work looks fantastic which is important since these pipes are exposed. I had to rate Day & Night a B for punctuality because the work was scheduled to begin at 8, but Michael did not arrive until 9:30. Maria called me from the office the day before to let me know he would be late and explained the extenuating circumstances that were causing the delay. In reality, they scored an A on punctuality based on the revised arrival time, but I felt it was necessary to rate them a B in this area due to the scheduling change and the impact on my schedule.

We woke up to wet carpeting in our hall. I saw that there was water coming out of our furnace so I called Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Air and explained our problem. Within 20 minutes their service tech was here. Ronny first called to let me know he was coming and about how long it would take him to get here. Then he was here he put on booties over his shoes so he didn't mess up our carpet. Each time he walked about side he took them off and put them back on just to keep our carpets from getting soiled. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a short period of time. Not only work well done but was very kind and did a wonderful job. I would use them again and suggest Ronny get acknowledged for his professional service. I am going to give everyone in our HOA the name and number of Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing for their repair needs.

I originally scheduled for 5/18 with a 9-1 window. I also had a locksmith coming out that day since I took the day off for just this type of thing. After 1:30, I called and they told me it was scheduled for 5/11. That was impossible as I had this day off scheduled at work for over a month. Plus, no one called me when they arrived at my house and saw that no one was home. After a couple of emails, I rescheduled for 6/22 as the owner made it right with me. Customer service is not dead with this company. Although I did have to take another day off work, this time they arrived within the scheduled time, found an issue and repaired it. I would use Day & Night again.

Every single time, they come. They are extremely responsive. We would absolutely use them again.

Jeff O called 30 minutes out as I had requested and met me at my place then and got right to the task. Within 30 minutes or so, I was back out the door with the job done. Jeff O - was a pleasure to work with.

Our dog was sick that day. The tech was very considerate and tried to limit amount of noise he made. He didn't pressure me to do repairs. He was very honest and up front. He laid out all of the facts and prices in language I could understand. I was very impressed with his service and professionalism. They do plumbing as well, so I am planning contacting them for another job.

They don't do emergency service.

The plumber, with Day & Night Heating & Plumbing, Jeff Oehm, was on time (actually early, and called me in advance to make sure it was OK), performed the service like a pro, and was friendly, upbeat, informative and thorough. He quoted me on a heat pump for the far side of our house (one of 4 baths), and explained how adding a heat pump would reduce water bill, and also suggested to go to our Water Co. to inquire about a rebate. Very happy with the service, and Jeff was the consumate professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

After reading the good reviews, I called this morning at 9:30 when I discovered my A/C was not cooling. With a weather forecast of 112 degrees today, this was an emergency. The very professional lady who answered the phone contacted her technician and he was able to come within the hour. Philip was prompt and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and had the needed part on his truck. My unit was back up and cooling perfectly before noon. I signed up for a maintenance contract because I was so impressed. I highly recommend this company!

After the initial problems (below) they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I would probably call them again if needed. Two things: 1.) On 5/31/15 I purchased a water heater flush and plumbing inspection through Angie's List. I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks so I returned to Angie's website and discovered that they had left me a message on the site. Now I don't know if that is Angie's policy or the company's to not contact me directly, but in either case it is absurd - I don't "surf" Angie's List every day and i should have been called. 2.) I called the company on Monday, 6/22/15 and spoke to a very polite young woman. She told me she would check on scheduling my service and get back to me. I requested she give me a few dates for me to choose from and was told she would get back to me "quickly." It's now 4 days later - 25 days from when I paid for the service - and I still don't even have an idea when the service might be scheduled. I must have a different interpretation of what "quickly" means. When I ordered this at the end of May I was hoping to get it done before I put up my Christmas decorations.

Excellent service, very professional. Highly recommend & would use this company again.

Willy arrived shortly after 7pm, which worked out well as it was too hot to sleep comfortably. He got everything working perfectly in a very reasonable amount of time, and even stayed for a while to make sure the adjustments would hold. Willy was not only the consummate professional, he was very pleasant and kept us informed about what he was doing and why. It's been over 24 hours since he left, and the thermostat is consistently showing a very comfortable 78 degrees. We are very pleased with Willy's professionalism and knowledge.

I appreciated the thoroughness and honesty of the technician.

The provider rep (Michael Probst) was thorough, knowledgeable and communicative. He recommended a water pressure regulator as well as replacement of our many sink and toilet compression valves with quarter turn angle valves. He gave me a rough estimate for the recommended work but with no sales pressure. I expect I will call on him soon to install a water pressure regulator.

It went very well. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. He even figured which annual plan would work best for me considering the repair discount amount for the different plans and that I needed a capacitor. The Gold plan saved me about $400.00 for all the work I need done. It seems replacing the drain pan takes a lot more work than slipping a pan under the air conditioning unit.

The job required a special tool and part they did not initially have....did not charge me additional to return the next day to complete the job. Work was excellent and left no mess. Very professional. This is the second time using them and will continue to do so and recommend them to friends as well.

excellent! Victor ran water into seldom used bathtub and that fixed problem. We were charged for a service call only. There's nothing like dealing with an honest company. Highly recommended!
