I was very impressed! Every phone call to the main office, each call transfer, conversation and follow-through was timely, informative and professional. The D/N Staff, Reps and Crew were friendly, professional, detailed and thorough from the very first point of contact for an estimate into project completion. The Rep explained whys and hows from product selection to the duct work suggestions while answering my flurry of questions along the way. The efficiency displayed from beginning to end including the old system dismantle from the roof and onto the truck that magically appeared to haul it away - was impeccable. I was told that the installation would begin and 8 am and finish around 2pm which is exactly what happened. The Crew Lead walked me through the new system operation and paperwork and answered additional questions before they left. The Rep visited me 10 days later, as promised, to follow-up on the overall installation and if the system was working as expected. Regarding the price point, it was comparable and fair based on my prior research and three previous installations as a consumer. I highly recommend Day & Night! Thank you from a very happy customer!

We obtained several bids last summer before our 20-year old A/C failed. We figured it was about to go out when we bought this house in 2014. We felt D&N gave us exactly what we wanted without the bull. When the old A/C unit failed, they were here almost immediately; I mean within hours, and the unit was installed in 24 hours, or darn close to that. WOW... G R E A T! Now we need to make several different plumbing changes, and looks like Day & Night can do them all. So glad to have them onboard!

David did a great job, and answered my questions about unhooking and re-hooking up the plumbing, as I need a section of removed dry-wall replaced I will need to move the utility sink for the drywall repair. This is second time I've used Day & Night, both experiences where very satisfactory. They are not always the lowest bid, but in this case they beat three other qualified plumber bids by $100 for a $725 job - a good value.

We have been Day & Night customers for many years. Initial sales and planning session was good. The salesman was responsive to our needs and concerns, and did not oversell. Our situation is somewhat complex due to location of furnace and air movement components in a small closet. Sales staff was able to secure a higher quality system at what we believe was a reasonable cost. We learned many years ago that "cheap" is not a condition for dependable heating and cooling in the Arizona desert. Installation was done in one day through use of a large crew. Old system was removed, all vents were covered and the sealing of ducts was done through a pressure system that coats the inside of the ducting. After that process, the furnace and related components were installed int he closet and the new heat exchange was installed in side yard (ground mounted). The whole system is a Trane and included a new high tech thermostat with WiFi and internet connection. Cleanup was done as they worked and removal of all old stuff was smoothly handled. We did discover that one vent cover was not replaced and that the inside of the closet door and frame got pretty scuffed during the work. We contact Day & Night and they had the tech who was scheduled to come and check the setup reinstall vent. He also arranged for a painter to come and repair the paint. The unit works very well. It is much quieter than the old one and the remotely controllable thermostat is very handy.

1st willy the sales manager came to our home so we could decide what units we wanted....at no time did we feel over-pressured to buy anything as you often do when someone is trying to make a sale...he was extremely informative and explained in detail all the answers to the questions we had...then a few days later (on a holiday) john t. and josh came at the exact time they said they would and spent about 5 hrs. installing the units....they were very friendly and very professional....UNBELIEVABLY, THE COMPANY DID NOT TAKE ONE SINGLE CENT UPFRONT AND DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR A CREDIT CARD #!!!......I had never heard of such a thing...they were extremely concerned that we would be happy at the end with their services.....after about a week, willy and a nice man in training and peter the tech came at the exact time they said they would to inspect and double check everything to make sure it was working correctly....at that time we paid the bill in full (they also have payment plans)....if you are looking for a company to install or work on your air conditioner or heating unit, my husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company....their customer service was excellent and painless....kudos to day and night!!!! I called and explained our situation in detail. I had detected a leak the day before and the city had shut the power off. After the receptionist talked to the manager "in further detail" they said they could get a technician out and do same day fix. The SW gas repair technician had already diagnosed the leak. When the crew arrived at the site they refused to do work without a permit because the gas had been shut off. They knew the gas was off with the first call. Then told me they could not get a permit until Monday and the gas would be turned back on Tuesday and left. My husband went online and got a permit in three minutes. I called and they said a crew was already busy. They manager Jason was rude and appeared to by lying about the process or totally ignorant. It was clear that they did not have anyone competent to fix a simple gas leak and we lost 8 hours on a Friday and now a weekend without gas.

Jeff Oehm showed up as expected and proceeded to replace a couple of leaky shut offs. It turned out that my water softener "burst" and released tiny beads of glass through my entire system. Jeff installed the shut offs and explained how to bypass the softener and explained how i can purge the system of the glass beads. While he was under the kitchen sink (very little room to work) I asked if he could install the new faucet I had purchased which he did. I paid extra for it but since he was there..... He provided a couple of choices to replace the water softener and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase. In fact, my intent is to make a purchase this week. Jeff was very professional and I will use his services in the future.

I ended up with a four ton 16 SEER AC/Furnace. While the cost was substantial, as far as I'm concerned, this was a perfect installation. The only thing that I asked them to take care of afterwords, was all the stickers including the bright yellow energy-efficient stickers were still on the side of the unit once it had been placed on the roof. They were clearly visible from the street and looked very out of place. Great customer service!

Jeff O. arrived sooner than expected. Found the leak and the source of the leak. Detected the issues as being a previous carpenter defect. Jeff vacuumed the pools of water and repaired the cut pipe. He also recommended which steps should be next and suggested a company to come and dry the drywall and wood and work with our insurance to fix and correct the damage.

They were very thorough from start to finish. Very professional and courteous. They made what is a painful experience and a financial burden go so smooth that you didn't think about the worst of the situation. I knew that when they went to inspect my ductwork in my attic it would be like opening a can of worms. But I was very impressed they took pictures of everything so I was sure that it was honest and thorough. They completed the job in a much timelier fashion than I anticipated. I would definitely use them again and I most certainly will refer them when the situation arises. They were the only business that took the time to take measurements and explain why. They also didnt try to oversell the priciest unit. They are helping me get rebates back from the city which was a bonus.

Jeff the Plumber was friendly and informative. He took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand and made sense. The original need for the call was to figure out why my Water bill has tripled over the last few months which we started to determine and have scheduled further work to dig and locate the leak. While investigating the leak issue, Jeff clearly pointed out that the Water Heater was in poor condition and ready to go. He showed me the panels that were deteriorated and the danger it presented. Due to the advanced age of my water heater and condition we agreed it was time to replace. Jeff was super knowledgeable, and it is clear he has vast experience in his field. Jeff's goal is to have a customer for life, and to that end, he is honest about pricing, repairs and will help you prioritize what needs immediate attention, and what you can put on your later plumbing "wish list" . We will be having further work done on the leak this week and am confident Jeff will make these repairs with efficiency, skill and fair pricing.

Mike Probst was an excellent plumber to have come visit us. He was here for our annual plumbing inspection and this was the first time we had really had our plumbing looked at since we moved in 5 years ago. We found Day and Night because we had an emergency last summer remodeling our kitchen and they were very responsive to helping us which started this great relationship. Mike found very few issues with our house, and despite what ended up happening I want to say I felt he was extremely honest and NOT high pressure about finding work to do in our house. There were some very old valves under our bathroom sinks and Mike discovered that valve handles were spinning nicely because they had actually broken off and the valve wasnt doing anything. This could have created a real surprise especially up on the second floor if we had another problem like we did last summer. My wife and I discussed it and I think very much in part to Mike's professionalism and honesty we asked him to replace all 12 of the outdated valves remaining in our house that did not have the 1/4 turn ball valve to avoid future leak/shut off emergencies. I am a fairly handy guy but I can tell you for me to replace all 12 valves would have been a weekend project with lots of yelling. We know hiring a professional plumber can be "costly" but we felt their prices were very reasonable and the piece of mind that we know a day later we will not have leak issues in any of our new vanity cabinets is pretty priceless. I could lie all day and say I was going to jump right on it and replace all those valves myself right away but I wasn't. It was worth every penny to know I have the piece of mind that my home and possessions are not going to get ruined by an old decrepit $8 valve not being replaced when Mike told me it was time. When we take on the upstairs shower I will be calling Mike Probst for sure.

We could not have asked for better service from Jeff Oehm. I called for an appointment to fix what appeared to be a broken pipe under the kitchen sink. Jeff came out the same day. He called about 30 minutes before coming out to let me know he was coming. He did a thorough inspection of the area, quoted a reasonable price for the problem (it turned out to be more than a simple broken pipe), and promptly fixed the problem. Any mess was kept contained and he cleaned up after he was finished. Jeff was very personable and professional. I would definitely use this company and Jeff again if (when) another plumbing problem arises.

We contacted Day and Night almost a year ago when my parents air conditioning went out while the weather was 90+ degress. They came on a Sunday afternoon, repaired the issue meeting the needs of my parents in AZ while dealing with me in MO. They were not only responsive, but courteous and qualified to do the job right. We entered into a maintenance agreement with them for one year to continue to evaluate their service and today after their annual check we no longer need to wonder if we have the right company for Air and Heat. They once again arrived on time, did an exceptional job and were courteous and kind. Day and Night is top notch!

When attempting to put in tub drain, a pipe under the tub broke, they had to open up a wall put in a whole new drain pipe. There was a tight deadline due to appraiser coming. They finished the work and closed up the wall the texture was an exact match. The best surprise of all they did all the work at the original quote price. Have used Day and Night on other rental properties I own and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Justin could not have been nicer and he knows his stuff !! Also explained to me how I could save some $$$ !! This is my first appointment with this company and so far they are out - shinning every other plumber i've had here !!!

Michael arrived early and got right to work. Although it wasn't apart of his job description, he spent the time with me to take the oven out of its shipping packaging and put all the pieces together. He replaced the improper gas connection and helped me adjust the oven to the correct height. Although he was dealing with natural gas in my home, he explained and demonstrated the safety checks as he was performing them before, during, and after the work. This was very reassuring and made me feel safe. This is the second time that Michael Probst has done work in my home and I can say he is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. As a residential Realtor, I will be sending referrals exclusively to Day & Night, specifically to Michael!

Our experience with Day & Night was truly exceptional. Beginning with our initial consultation with Mike Tufegdzic and ending with the installation of our new HVAC System by Fernando and his team, everything was handled in a very professional, friendly, and customer focused manner. The price was very competitive and the installation was flawless, being completed in less than a day. We own a 3500 sq. ft. home that has two air handlers and two water heaters. Our tenants were out of town for a time so we decided to purchase service contracts and be proactive on maintenance. Nick, the air handler guy was super, worked his magic and took care of the little issues he identified. We had two visits from Jeff and he is phenomenal!!! He knows his plumbing and came up with an ingenious idea to fix the shower valve in the jack and jill bath. Ultimately we decided to use a different method which would mean cutting into the marble. However, he put his thinking cap on and remembered a valve that would do the job and fit inside the whole without cutting in the marble surround. He is wonderful. My husband can fix or do just about anything, but he hates plumbing. Now that we have found Jeff and Day and Night, I have no worries. We love Day & Night because they do what they say they will do, they are on time, and they provide excellent customer service and follow-up. Most of the guys that have come out are former military so thank them for their service to our country as well.

Mr. Kline showed up on time and serviced the heating system. He found a small short in the thermostat due to a loose wire and fixed that. He was very professional and informative .

Justin was very professional and gave us a great price. He was also very timely and efficient. We needed them to come out the day before Thanksgiving and Maria made some adjustments to the schedule in order to accommodate us. I was so grateful as I had a house full of family.

This was a big deal purchase and it did not go so good. They actually took refrigerant out of the unit so I had to call another person to come out and fix it. The guy that came out did not know what he was doing. When he left it was worse than when he got here.

I called Day and Night after waiting all day for the plumber. (Maybe "Day and Night" is when they expect me to wait around.) The receptionist told me that the plumber arrived at my house a little early. She claims that the plumber called and left a message. I checked my phone and told her that I did not have any missed messages and asked her when the plumber arrived. She said that she did not have any information on that. I told her that I was home from 10:30am so if he arrived any time after that I would have heard if he rang the doorbell. If he came before 10:30, then what's the point of scheduling for 12-3pm? What's the point of having a schedule at all? I'll be asking Angie's List for a refund because this provider obviously doesn't care about their customers. They don't bother to keep their schedule and don't bother to contact them. Thanks for wasting my time.
