For the installation and the first time the guy was good, but the customer service and the office is horrible. They don't answer their phone. You need to clarify something. I paid them the charges and they added on some miscellaneous charges. It was not that great. The customer service, or the owner, the lady, she is really bad to answer the phone. You call her to talk to her and they say she is busy. They never call back.

Nick, the technician was prompt, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable of his craft. It was determined that the issue was with the 30 AMP fusible disconnect. It was replaced and back to functioning properly.

When I first made the request someone contacted me within a few hours and, when we spoke, she even tried to get me same day service. The initial contact was very friendly. The technician was a bit late, but he continually updated me on where he was and his new arrival time which I really appreciated. Apparently there was some confusion with the address. Regardless, the communication was great. When the technician arrived, he was very friendly. I highlight that because the company we are comparing them to had a technician that was less-than-friendly and a bit sarcastic in his tone. He placed covers on his shoes when he entered my home, which I really value, and gave me an easy-to-understand explanation of what the problem might be and provided me with some clear next steps and options for repairing the unit.

Called for service early morning, informed the person that the fan on my daughter's condo a/c unit was broke. Repair tech was onsite about 6pm. He looked at the unit, and informed me he didn't carry fans, so he could not repair the unit that day. He proceeded to inspect the unit and give me a quote for $1900 for replacing the condenser fan ($450+), condenser fan motor ($550+), capacitor ($300+), and fixing a wire terminal ($250+) -- he also tacked on a "platinum plan" for $250+ that would get me the unit cleaned for free. I called my husband with the quote, and he said he wanted to explore replacing the unit, as well as examine the unit himself prior to repair. Next morning my husband and brother-in-law fixed the unit themselves in less than an hour for $132 parts, including both capacitors for $11. I doubt my husband would have received the same outrageous quote, because I'm sure the tech wouldn't want to take a chance that my husband probably knew a capacitor costs $3-10 dollars, and takes five minutes to replace (I was outraged when I learned this later). Thankfully, I knew enough to know $1900 to repair a unit that costs not much more to replace just didn't seem right, but I am so disappointed this tech felt the need to take advantage of my A/C ignorance. Happy to report that as a result of this experience, I am much more informed on A/C parts and repair. As an aside, Day & Night, incredibly stupid on your part to do this, since we are in the market to replace the A/C unit on our house. Could have been a pretty lucrative relationship, except for that trust thing.

There was a leak in the spigot for the water output. I called and they said it wasn't their responsibility, but the manufacturer that provided the spigot. We have had to deal with the leak without them helping since the installation. The plumber they sent didn't seem to know what he was doing, even though they advertise they are knowledgeable in RO systems.

Promised time was 8-11. Aaron called at 7:40 and was here a little after 8, done by 10:30. Very quick, efficient, capable, polite. I was very pleased with the service and the price.

Ronnie came out late Saturday afternoon. Very polite and professional. quickly diagnosed problem. Went to another location to pick up motor and installed it. We've had no problems since then.

He explained the price prior to doing the work. I've used Day & Night for both plumbing and air conditioning services in the past, and I'm extremely satisfied with their performance from the initial customer contact via phone to job completion. I would definitely recommend their services!!

The service tech was on time and explained everything he was going to do to my a/c unit and how long it would take. He suggested I have a surge protector installed to protect my investment, which I agreed to do right then, in order to save me an additional expense of having someone come out at another time.

I don't know if in the past anyone had every REALLY serviced our ac units. Day and Night AC was here for four hours ~ they are very conscientious. We signed up for a service agreement as we definitely would use them again.

MP the plumber arrived as scheduled. He first checked out one thing that both of us thought might be the problem, but it wasn't. He concluded that the fill valve needed replacing which it did. MP is very professional and explains every thing to be done. He replaced the valve faster than I thought possible. This is the second time I have used this company, very good and best of all honest. Will use them again but I hope not too soon.

On the hottest day of the year so far in Phoenix, our upstairs a/c unit quit working. I found Day & Night on Angies List and called them on Saturday at 9:40. They said a tech would be out between 12 and 4, but actually called and showed before noon. The tech, Phillip Brooks, was very professional and diagnosed/corrected the issue within a few minutes. The truck was new and clean and the company was very organized. I highly recommend this company for any a/c issues.

Our service tech,Clint, was as professional a plumber as I have ever used. He documented with photos every step of the process. We have a double sink and the non disposal side was leaking. The drain needed to be replaced. He had the part and, in less than an hour, my drain was replaced and he was on his way. Thank you, Day and Night. James Manning

We originally purchased the unit 9 years ago from DAY and Night. I Was impressed with the owner who came to my house and gave us a very interesting lesson on why the Trane Unit was our best option. He also backed that up with a 10 year warrantee on parts and labor which the company has fulfilled for the past 9 years. His service technicians are tops in that they are knowledgeable, professional, and get the job done even it is after hours. I was so happy with the installation that I convinced two of my neighbors to purchase their replacement units from Day and Night. Unfortunately most of the original air conditioners in the neighborhood seemed to "die" at the same time after 15 good years of service. In summary, if you are in the market for a new air conditioner strongly suggest that you contact Day and Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing

This is the second time I have used Day & Night plumbing and I specifically requested Justin due to previous good experience. This time he brought along Aaron to assist. I would request either of them in the future for my plumbing needs. They are both very professional in their service, pricing is competitive and both have many years of experience and are very smart, which is very important if you have a difficult to diagnose & repair situation.

As expected, Day & Night delivered expert work with professionalism and courtesy. In the past, we have had them replace our A/C, hot water heater, and soft water system with a Halo water purification system. This past visit was to replace the gate valve in our main water line with a ball valve, and also to disconnect and remove the RO water purification system in our kitchen. Justin, who performed the work, is very reflective of the company’s character and professionalism. My wife and I, again, were pleased with the interaction between us and one of their techs, and impressed with quality and thoroughness of their work.

Justin was truly amazing. (I've removed the competition's refrigerator magnet from the fridge, and threw it away.) I'm impressed by Justin's dedication to finding the source of the problem (master bath shower cartridge) and for getting this fixed for us. He also advised us that having a water softener installed would definitely reduce the mineral buildup that caused the cartridge to fail in the first place, and that doing that would also extend the lives of our dishwasher and washing machine as well. He was very patient in explaining how this all worked together. Day & Night will definitely be my go-to-guys for any and all plumbing needs. No question.

Ronnie took a good 2 hours servicing my unit, explained everything to me in details including showing me a video of what was happening with my unit. He was very honest about what services needed to be done now and what could wait. Ronnie gave me a complete run down of cost which I could understand. He was vet polite and professional.

Yard is a mess after 2 weeks and repeated promises that they would take care of it. buyer beware.

I am extremely pleased with the way Justin & Josh from Day & Night handled the install. They removed my old tank, changed any necessary piping, made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I recently found Day & Night and we are using this company for HVAC and Plumbing. I respect their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone!

This is my third time using Day and Night. I have used them for routine maintenance and for specific problems. On all 3 occasions they have perofrmed extremely well. In this instance, my air conditioning uinti began to emit a loud buzzing sound. A quick internet search for the sympton indicated that this was often related to a/c compressor failure. Kasey came out from Day and Night and diligently examined the unit. When he was finished, he told me that he had found a loose solenoid and a wire with worn insulation that was also probably causing an intermittent short circuit. His thorough and honest evaluation saved me (at least) hundreds of dollars in repairs. My unit was up and running again within an hour. Each of the technicians from Day and Night who have visited my home have been polite, respectful, competent, and thorough. I would certainly recommend them to others needing service.

I was very impressed with the quality, responsiveness, professionalism, and thoroughness of the service tech. The company should be very proud of Ronnie, the tech, and Sheila, the office professional. They were both very respectful, polite, and made me feel like one of them. Nothing was replace without talking to me and showing the readings on their monitors. Also, I really appreciated Ronnie who explained even the difference of the air filters. I was told the company was reliable, honest, and came highly recommended. They filled up to my expectations.
