From contact to completion all went great. Spoke with Megan (friendly and professional) over the phone and discussed the Plumbing Program service. Basically you pay $72 a year and you get inspection and water heater flushing services, plus discounts on any future plumbing work that needs completion. Called on Wednesday and scheduled a appointment for the next day, Thursday. Was given a window from 10 am to 2 pm. Mike called me Thursday morning at 10:24 am and told me he would be at my home in 15 minutes. He arrived on time, introduced himself, and explained what he would be doing. He started by flushing my water heater and then he checked water pressure and the general condition of exterior water fixtures. He moved on to inspecting the interior plumbing. He finished by talking to me about what he found. Overall he said things looked great and only recommended a water softening system because the home has significant hard water - it hasn't been overly noticeable because we recently moved in and all the water fixtures in the home are new (we only cook with and drink bottled water). He provided a rough estimate and answered all my questions in regards to different types of softening systems. At no time did he try to push the sale of a system or any other extra services. I'd would really like to purchase a water softening system, but sadly it is outside of my budget (approx $3,500). He did a great job and the experience (from phone call to service) was perfect.

They were just okay. I wouldn't rate them very high. You call them and they're right here. They're right on time.

Ronnie and Gabriel did a good job of testing the units, finding the problems and fixing them. The problem is that the company tries to up sell their maintenance contract by saying that warranty work will not be covered unless you have their maintenance contract. I had their silver contract and was told that I needed to have the gold contract to cover the warranty on replacing the compressor motor. I complained to the service manager and the warranty was honored but you should not have to complain to have them fulfill the terms of the warranty and service contract.

I ordered an Angie's list deal for the recirculation pump. The company promptly called me to schedule an appointment for the same week. The technician arrived on time and installed the pump. We commented that our hot water wasn't getting very hot so the technician also diagnosed that problem and got the parts to fix it the same day. We were pleased with the service provided. The Angie's list deal was good, the cost of the other repair was a bit high but they did fix the problem the same day so we were happy.

We called Day & Night in the morning. They said they could do it, gave an arrival window of 1-5pm. We laid out a hose to the gutter to get the old heater draining. The technician arrived a bit after 4pm, figured out what was needed, called his supplier to see how late he would be open because it was about 4:30, went to get what he needed, was back just before 5pm. Got to work removing the old heater and installing the new. He was done at just about 5:30pm. He's fast, says he's been doing this for 25 years.

I had them in to replace two different high volume A/C units. They've also done a number of plumbing projects for me. I don't know if it was a great price or not, I felt it was reasonable. They are knowledgeable, experienced and have a broad range of skills. The workers were very good. I had no issues with them, I thought everything was fine.

I ALWAYS know I am going to get great service and information about what Day and Night is working on at my house! They have serviced, repaired and upgraded many things for me and they do a GREAT job. Recently Josh came out to replace our hot water heater, he also checked out our soft water system and our recirculating hot water unit and he did a phenomenal job with all of our issues! He left my garage cleaner than what it was before he came! Day and Night is at the forefront of customer service (much like Nordstrom's) and without a doubt I know that my home is in good hands with them!!!!

Mike showed up and was directed to master bath. Shown requested work. I had already purchased the shower head and mixer control know as well as the cartridge, just in case it was needed. Also needed a new flush mechanism in the toilet tank ....approximately $30 at Home Depot. Mike looked at the work to be done and stepped outside. When he came back in he said it would cost $281. I asked him if the price was after subtracting $39 for the service to be provided. He said "you paid the $39 when you ordered the service" . I told him I did but the special also included $39 for the service itself. He argued with me for a minute then stepped outside. He reentered informing me his boss was calling me. My phone immediately rang and I spoke with Jason (may have been Justin). He and I were on the same page ....a total of $78 in savings, $39 paid up front. Before I hung up Mike started hollering " you wanted another $39 off". I informed him that I had never said that. He wouldn't let up. I even gave him an out saying, "we've just had a failure to communicate". Still, he wouldn't let up. He just continued and accused me of lying to his boss. I told him to leave. I'd had enough. I was certainly was glad I wasn't alone at the time, as he was livid. I called and left a message at the business. I did get a return call from the boss the next day. He was gracious and kind and apologized profusely and said he'd had problems with the employee before. He offered to send someone else out to do the job. Unfortunately, we were in town to get some work done at the home and time was up. So, I paid $39 to have a man come into my home and be disrespectful and verbally abusive. That being said, if that $281 is after a total $78 discount, I'll get a handyman for less than $100 for a 30 minute job. If I wasn't now disabled I could, and have, done it myself.

I picked them because they are a local company. I have an annual maintenance contract with them and the price seems to be fair. The work was very profession and tidy, the worker cleaned up the area where he worked. He was professional, courteous, and timely.

I called George Brazil. They came out and gave me an estimate of $395 to repair it. I said that was too expensive for that type of work. I called Day and Night, and they repaired it (I had provided the $17 part) within 15 minutes. They did not have a set charge for this particular task, and we agreed upon a price of $100.

Office person was very professional and friendly and offered fast, same day availability. Mike P. was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, took time to explain and answer all of our questions. He checked things we didn't even know to ask about. ie: water pressure. Provided excellent plumbing skills, and left the work areas neat and clean. We will definitely recommend and use Day and Night for our future plumbing needs.

I've been a general contractor for many years and expect a high degree of professionalizim, Day and Night exceeded my expectations. Ron is was knowledgeable and hand no problems getting my two heatpumps back in business. Thank you...Geo

When all was said and done, the plumber was right on time, he was very personable and informative, and he was able to complete the work with only one hitch (he needed an additional part, not on his truck, and had to leave to get it). He also cleaned up after himself, which was nice. The final cost was about $400 (about $360 plus the original $40 for the "deal". A few people have since told me that they think I overpaid, but I am very satisfied and would recommend Day and Night.

Very nice system, quick, professional and clean install, they also cleaned up afterwards leaving my house as they found it! The system has worked well and they followed up with us to see how it went. Very good experience, would use them again. For buyers, before selecting a brand do your research - we could have saved a few dollars with a less expensive system but were glad we selected the Trane.

They came right out, they fixed the problem and explained it to me. I would use them and I would tell my friends to use them.

The tech was so good, he called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was friendly, explained what he was going to do. He was at my house for approximately 1 hour. I would use them again .

Just had Day and Night Air Conditioning install Two new Trane AC units in my home and i can tell you i highly recommend this company for their hard work their professionalism and courtesy, could not believe how quite these AC units are, i would like to thank John T, Josh H, Mike S, Moises, and Corey for all their hard work and professionalism. It only took them 9 hours to rip out and install the complete job.

It went well. I wasn't expecting the extent of the problem until they got into the job.

Called to confirm arrival day before. Arrived exactly on time. Performed the work efficiently. Explanations of product, performance and user controls easily understood. Excellent provider.

We have a normal maintenance thing so they come out twice a year for the air. There is a consistent price and I price check with other companies and I have never been surprised by the price. The work that they did with the hot water heater was well above what I expected.

We have had them do a lot of work for us consistently. We have a normal maintenance agreement with them so they will come in twice a year. They will do maintenance work to double check. We have three very large air conditioning units on this building so they will come and do that. They also have a plumbing section they work with too and we have them come over whenever we have plumbing issues. They have done a continual water heater that provides a constant flow of hot water heaters. They came in and installed them both for us and did some other work. I would say their price is very good. They have a consistent price. I double check them all the time with other companies and I have yet to be surprised by any price. Generally speaking they do not charge me as much as they could if they really wanted to and I appreciate that. They get out there pretty quickly. Their punctuality is very good. Sometimes they haven't been there but they have called ahead of time to let me know. To me that still fits the standard.

Added coolant to my air conditioning unit. The tech was very friendly and professional! Knew his stuff! Represents the company in a very favorable attitude. He is a credit to the company.

Service was great. Upstairs unit went out when it was 114 outside. The company I had a maintenance agreement with couldn't make it out quickly. We had used Day & Night for plumbing and liked the company. They were able to come out quickly, fix the unit and point out some issues the prior company had not. Rene was the technician and did a great job. We signed up for a maintenance agreement with them after that.
