After having dealt with several HVAC companies I can honestly say Day and Night has done a 100% phenomenal job of meeting my expectations. They are second to none when it comes to involving their customers, making sure they are thoroughly informed before making a purchase. Corey specifically made sure we received all of the information we requested and that we were 100% satisfied, even answering several questions via text message while he was on vacation. -Thank you Day and Night!

Maintenance and review was timely and complete

OK, they bored under the driveway and yard, and ran into some sprinkler lines and wires. They repaired the lines, but left the wires for our HOA maintenance people to fix.

We had a maintenance agreement with them. They were right on time. We had an agreement with them but we don't now, It's just 1 guy and he is excellent. He cleans up after himself. They also installed our air conditioners a few years ago when we got new ones.

a very nice young man, Mike Proust, came out within a few hours after I had call the office about my leaking water heater. He arrived around 4:30 and by about 6:30 , he had a new one installed and the old one taken away. I definitely would recommend the company and Mike.

They came out to do warranty maintenance and they also came out to a special request job for us. They handled it and their services are above and beyond. It is long-term relationship with them and they are just perfect.

We were really disappointed because and we still have the problem you could dust and the dust comes right back and we had clean air filter put in and that would take care of everything everybody was so happy with them but this guy said that's not what that was for he didn't try to sell us anything else he just said maybe another one would have been better but this wasn't meant for our house. I'm telling you the dust was just... They had different company's come out check the air pressure and closed the door, open the doors, they had somebody come out and do the insulation in the attic keep the heat down. The first guy that came out didn't give us a written estimate.

It went very well. Josh Perry gave me options on repairing the issue, especially since I am selling the home. He was very knowledgeable and professional.. I would recommend them.

Night and Day Heating and Plumbing is an extremely professional operation. I located them on Angie's List and called based on the recommendations. I was not disappointed. From the time I spoke with Megan in the office to the job completion by Mike Probst, the plumber, I was afforded competent, efficient and pleasant attention. Their response was timely. I called in the morning, explained to Megan that my water heater was leaking, she returned my call and told me someone would be in my home that afternoon. Mike arrive around 3:30, thoroughly surveyed the damage, explained what repairs were needed in a very civil and patient manner my husband and I could understand ( senior citizens) .The next day the heater and gauge were installed and we are very pleased.

Called Day and Night in the morning around 7:00am. Very professional woman answered, asked what I needed. Put me on hold for less than 60 seconds and came back saying they could come out today between 2 and 5. I received a phone call from Michael if was ok if he came early! He showed up around Noon and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. No more leaks, Very happy !

My experience with Day & Night was far beyond my expectations. I did my research on Angie's List and narrowed my choices to 5. I was most impressed with their reviews and a contributing factor was they had a maintenance plan for plumbing. As an absentee owner I find it hard to find quality service people and rely on Angie's List to help me. From my initial call to the finish of the job I was most impressed. The receptionist was cordial and accommodating and it just got better. Michael P showed up as scheduled, even a little early, after a phone call from him letting me know. Upon arrival he looked over the situation and then informed me of the cost for the repair and also explained the maintenance plan. Then he went to work. As our home is older there were some other issues that arose. He explained all in detail and so I could understand and then told me the exact cost for the repairs. No pressure at all--just recommendations. Knowing the cost up front let me make the decision of whether to proceed or not and I chose to proceed. I am more proactive than reactive. I give the highest grade to Michael P for his professionalism, knowledge and the way he went about his work and especially for his patience of me standing and watching and asking questions as he worked. I also give high marks to Chantelle who took care of my phone calls. Day & Night is now on my list of providers for good.

We didn't get hot water in half of our house. We were buying a solar hot water heater. The company that put it in couldn't get hot water to the side of the house that we were concerned about. They had their plumbers work on it for a week and couldn't find anything. They told us to call our own plumber and have them diagnose the problem and if it was something that they missed, they would pay for it, and if it was something that we had missed, we would pay for it, which was fair. So, Day and Night came out, they worked and worked to find out where the problem came from. They had to have someone with thermal imaging come out to track the hot water to find out where it was stopping. The high cost was due to several attempts to try to find the problem and several service charges along with the fact that they need another plumbing company to use the thermal imaging, which was more expensive. The gentleman that came out was outstanding. I know a couple of time he felt bad charging me, in fact he didn't charge me for some of the visits, but his bosses turned around and said that since he was here, he had to charge me, which I understood. The only thing negative is that when a plumber comes out, he has a certain amount of time to perform the work and if he can't get it done, he has to leave and go to another call. It's like having heart surgery and the surgeon saying that he can't finish this heart-valve replacement and that he would have to leave you open until tomorrow. To me, that is less than sterling.

The installation went fine and on time. The sub contractor who did the insulation scheduled it in a timely manner following the AC installation. To get the units into the attic, they had to cut a hole in the garage ceiling. When they left, they covered the gaps and hole with tape and cardboard until the drywall repair could be done. It took the drywall sub contractor 6 weeks to schedule that repair. I would suggest that once they know the date of the installation and know that there will be drywall repair work needed, that they schedule their sub contractor to do the repair at that time so that it gets done in a timely manner. Due to the delay, the payment to them was delayed because the total job was not finished in a timely manner. For their own cash flow purposes and for the convenience to the customer, it would seem to be a better practice if it can be done. A nice feature they have is called the "Final Touch". After the job is complete, they send a technician out to check the quality of the install and answer any questions that the customer has regarding system operation. Ronnie was very knowledgeable and patient and did an excellent job.

They are responsive and work fast. They are all very nice people. I would suggest they be more upfront and not push to buy unneeded extra things.

I give them A's all around. They are helpful, friendly an very responsive.
