I've used them exclusively since I moved to Arizona.

All went well. Justin called to let me know he was nearby and on his way. He looked at it, let me know how much it would cost, and cleared it out. Good job.

My A/C unit was 16 years old and had failed, but Day and Night performed interim repairs at no cost to me as they could not schedule the new install until the following week. Install team arrived on time, protected all carpets/flooring before beginning their interior work, and worked non-stop for 9 hours to complete and test their work. They were very professional and cleaned up the interior and exterior work areas completely.

They are the most responsive provider we have ever used! Anytime we have had a problem, they have gotten to us promptly and their prices are very competitive. They did a total replacement of our AC /heating system a few years ago and were efficient, on time and have been one of the best contractors we have used since we moved to AZ 17 years ago!

EXTREMELY DISHONEST-BEWARE!! Day & Night was the only company that would come out on a Sunday. I paid extra for the service. The tech that came out went outside to look at the AC unit. He never went into the attic. When he came in he told me: "found the system to have a faulty condenser fan motor. Contractor has excessive wear and tear recommend replacing. Also found the system without surge protection, recommend installing Surge protector." He handed me an estimate to repair for over $1300. I almost paid it because my elderly parents were here and they were getting sick from the excessive heat. The tech told me he didn't recommend repairing and said that I needed a new unit, approximately $6000. I declined the repair and paid him for the service call. On Monday, I called my home warranty company. They came out and checked the outside AC unit and went into the attic. There was a $10 part that needed repair. The house cooled off immediately. He also told me that the repair guys at Day and Night are commissioned so they make money on what they sell. What a horrible experience...and I paid for it!!!

It was a Sunday. They came out. Not so long ago, businesses weren't opened on Sundays. We have used them for years. They installed our air conditioning unit. They are really reliable. They are a good company. I found better prices for plumbing. They always come through. It's not inexpensive all the time, but they always come through. The quality is very high. If we have any problems at all, they tell us what's going on. They are very professional.

Plumber told us exactly where and what to purchase on the tub spout. He said when it came in, give them a call he could come out same day. But he was overbooked so we had to wait a day. Only when he got here did he say he wouldn't warranty a part customer supplied. I told him what I wanted in the shower, and gave home 2 different parts to pick from. I asked him to show me how far it would stick out. Instead of showing me, he installed the one I would not have selected. I asked for all old parts to be kept. He either threw them out or took them with him the first visit. Told my husband one price but when he emailed the invoice days later it was about $100 more. Make sure to get prices in writing before they start the job Did not clean up after himself. And broke the copper pipe in wall and charged me to fix it.

Went OK. When I asked a question about my pool filler box, the service tech merely said he was not a pool guy. Which I found confusing because the filler box is part of the exact waterline that was serviced. I was told they use flat rate billing, which was not actually clarified. I am still wondering what that actually means ... They said: "Day & Night is a flat rate company. What that means is that we price jobs by what it takes to complete them on average, not how long it takes. We are not an hourly company so no, it would not always be a charge of $195 for an hours’ worth of work."

There was a charge but it was just for the semi annual checkup.

The sales team, installation technicians and QA technicians were all thorough, well prepared, professional and punctual. The final payment was exactly as first quoted. The team even took care of sending in our SRP rebates for us, thanks, Ronnie! The overall service was excellent! I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

considering it was 95 degrees in the house while the install was being done it went pretty good. they replaced the ac unit and return and new thermostat. did a very professional install and explained everything as they went.

Clint B. did a very thorough job in evaluating our prior set up, and recommending improvements. His work was excellent.

Installed a new 4 ton Trane Air conditioner. They were here on time, covered my personal belongings from dust and debris. Worked non-stop all day and cleaned up afterwards. Staff was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered.

I don't remember feeling overcharged. I can't remember what was done. They were good on responsiveness. I would use them again if I didn't already have another one. It was just a normal check up.

They got my air conditioning running for the night but they wanted to charge me $1400 and would have to come back with the Computer board and some Freon the next day. I paid for the emergency service call and waited till the next day to call around and get prices I got it done for $700.00! so obviously they were trying to Take advantage of the situation. just because it was hot out. you can make a living in a business without ripping people off because I owned a business for 20 years And made a good living for me and all my employees (10)

I used Day & Night AC service years ago and had lost their phone number. Found them on Angie's list and called. They were here within hours. Erin is outstanding!, Knowledgeable, courteous, meticulous about every aspect of air conditioning repairs. Eventually I'll have to replace 17 year old units and believe me, it will be done by Day & Night! Thank you for such great work and fine technicians!

They were very friendly/helpful. The guy that came out was not pushy, which was nice. He was very honest and straight forward. They even showed up a little before their scheduled appointment.

Did a great job of installing and cleaning up afterwards. They told me I needed new angle stops and the price seemed to suddenly escalate from the approximate $400.00 they had quoted over the phone when I called to set up an appointment. The end result was in the range of other companies who gave me install quotes, so I agreed to the total install cost.

Due to an electrical connection within the heater they had to come out two extra times. Once found it was fixed and everything works well.

found leak. Had recommended replacement but I wanted second opinion. got one and went with that company. Still paid 59 for service call and 400 or so for leak test.

Excellent service and kept us informed. We do not live there but we're able to have all the services done. Kept us informed through every step. Once work was complete, followed up with me to make sure work was done to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend them.

I sent them packing. I set up the appointment and took time off to be there. The day before the appointment, I asked them to send an email with the agreed to price and service. They did not. The day of the appointment, they called and said they just wanted to make sure I understood that the appointment was for a visual inspection of the plumbing. Who needs a visual inspection? I think they were hoping I would just keep the appointment since I took the time off already. I think the plan was to charge me extra money once they got there. This is bad business and dishonest. I sent them packing.
