FLAWLESSLY....AND I MEAN FLAWLESSLY.... I could not have been happier! These guys are amazing!!!! From Marc (who sold the system to me) to Jake and Mike who spent the better part of a day, in the attic wthel the duct work and/or on the roof working hard to remove my old units and then installing a HUGE 5 ton new one. My hats off to these guys....they sure earned my respect (and money).....hahahahaha

I am the homeowner and the one who paid, although my roommate was the one who was home to interact with the plumber. From what I was told, James was very quick, friendly and competent. The work he did is very good, and I can barely tell (aside from the new internal components to the toilet tank) that anything was different, other than the fact that it works excellently now. I've never hired a plumber before, so I'm not certain on price as it compares to everyone else. Considering the work that was done, I thought it was fair...just a little bit of sticker shock....then again, I did spring for a $72 yearly warranty, which reduced what the overall bill would have been. There is still some work to be done in the hallway bathroom, and I would hire them again, once I have the money.

The plumber was knowledgeable and very efficient. He explained what he did, and also gave me info on their Plan. He was in and out in about a half hour, and very personable as well. As this was a last minute "emergency" call as I had a continuously running leak, their responsiveness is GREATLY appreciated. I could not get the cover off the water meter to shut off the house water so I was pretty worried about my next water bill! I am very happy and would call them again!

They were great. On time, knowledgeable and professional. I will likely contract them for scheduled yearly maintenance.

Day & Night was my choice to purchase a new A/C from after meeting with four other companies. This decision was based on my experience with them from my first call to schedule an appointment to the post-installation check-up. The professionalism, knowledge, integrity, passion and care for their customer was evident throughout the process with every representative I had the pleasure to meet/talk with within their organization. I highly recommend Day & Night to anybody looking for a quality, top notch organization that truly care about their customers.

It ended up being a little more expensive that we thought because they had some issues they think they found and had to fix so it was several hundred dollars. You know, I think there is a tendency to up sell, where they come in to do a cleaning and they say you need a, b,c, and d, and I don't really like that with a provider. It's not like something is failing where you could fix this, or you could fix that and I think there is a little bit of a tendency with a firm that they are, I don't know if they are told to, but I think that they can up sell. Yes, I would probably use them again but I would question it. I would look for somebody that is less into the sales mode.

Workers were very knowledgeable , professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Always did a good job.

Making an appointment was a breeze, the woman on the phone was very helpful. I was very happy with Ron's work. He was punctual, professional and explained everything thoroughly. We're having Day & Night come back for plumbing work we want to adddress.

Mike was prompt, both Maria, and Mike called ahead, and showed up on time as promised. Mike was knowledgeable and explained the process. He worked tirelessly to get the considerable amount of work done in a timely manner. He kept the work area clean, and showed respect for our home. At the very end of the day on the last valve, a part broke requiring Mike to return the next day. He arrived early, as promised, and completed the task. Mike's professionalism and courtesy represented both himself and the company well. I would use their services again, and hope Mike will be on the job.

Our Plumber, Michael Probst, was polite and professional. I had a difficult shower valve cartridge that needed to be replaced and was told it could cost an extra $100 if it was too troublesome to remove. I assumed that I would automatically be paying the extra amount. Michael was honest in that it was a little difficult to remove the original, but not enough to charge extra. Work was completed quickly and Michael did a courtesy check of the water quality, water heater, pipe cleanouts, etc. I will request Michael for any future plumbing work I need. On top of the stellar service on the plumbing side, Maria, their plumbing dispatcher, was very helpful and accommodating in setting the appointment.

What a wonderfully nice, professional group of people! From the first telephone call, to the sales representatives, to the installers, to the followup check! Could not have been a more pleasant experience, especially considering how rotten it is to have to pay for such a major expense. Thoroughly a professional group and gave us the best price among several estimates, even including the price we got from our home warranty!

Unbelievably professional, competent and timely. Never had such thorough inspections before. Formally in the wholesale meat business in Chicago with 40,000 sq ft of refrigerated space. We had commercial contracts for maintenance with a large company. Their technicians and service don't compare with Day and Night's Service.

We were happy. They are very efficient, neat, clean, prompt.There is nothing we can say bad about them. Price wise we got a few bids in, they weren't the highest. We liked everything about them. That says a lot now a days that you can rely on somebody with bid items like that. I'm real happy with them.

Overall very good. Service scheduling was easy and efficient. Michael was prompt, polite and professional. The pipe in the shower had broken off inside the wall so we thought we'd be in for major cost but Michael figured a way to access and fix it without major work being required which was great. We'll be using them for all future plumbing work.

All went great. Very timely and clean. Completed job on time in 110+ degree heat. They even have me a loaner portable AC to keep bedroom comfortable until old unit replaced.

We were very pleased with Ronnie's work and he was very professional. Marc is an extremely nice person and very cordial and upbeat. Working with these guys is really a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new air conditioner.

I have 3 air conditioner units. 2 are for the main level, one is for the basement. One of the units on the main level was only blowing warm air and it is on the side of the house that my 3 young children sleep. I called Day and Night and they responded the same day. The technician told me what was wrong with my unit and the beginning cost to fix it. I decided to wait for my home warranty to come through. A few hours after the technician left, I realized that the unit controlling the other half of the main level was now blowing warm air as well. When I went out to look at the unit, I realized that the technician had actually opened and looked at the WRONG unit, and now that one wasn't working either. The next morning, the warranty company technician came out and I verified with him which unit belonged to which side of the house. I called Day and Night and explained that the technician had worked on the wrong unit, and now that unit was blowing warm air. They sent out another technician. I explained the situation to him, he looked at the unit, called his manager, and then told me it was going to costs thousands of dollars to fix. I told him I was using someone else and he asked if I had been told there was a $59.00 charge for his service call. I almost laughed. Was there an issue with my unit that was going to have to be fixed at some point, probably yes. But that unit had been working perfectly until the first technician opened it up to service it. No apology was given and now I'm out even more money having to fix 2 units at the same time!
