As indicated above, we have not had the work done yet, but were extremely satisfied with how it will be done. Willy said that everything will be covered by cloths so that means that we don't have to remove everything from the closest!

Marc was our salesman and he was great to work with. He provided an abundance of information to help us decide on a system, but didn't pressure us to choose any particular one. We got several proposals from different vendors and Day & Night was the best overall. The installation crew did a nice job of removing the old equipment and installing the new and, although we did have to call them back to clean up some debris and make some adjustments, they were very professional and easy to work with. Overall a superb job by everyone.

The new heat pump quit producing heat after 1 day. Day/Night quickly diagnosed problem. Factory shipped replacement part overnight. Day/Night installed part and all is well now. I thank Day/Night for their rapid response.

Technicians arrived promptly and were very courteous. They explained all the steps in the service inspection and were very thorough in the service.

We suspected something was wrong when we turned the heat on and it set off the smoke detectors. So, we did need a repair. They did good job. Friendly and professional. Hard to answer the price as we prepay for maintenance and the repair was covered under warranty. We did upgrade and paid the difference to do a more extensive cleaning.

This is a first class outfit. I rated their price B only because they are not cheap, but they certainly are worth the money IMHO. They always are punctual, professional, and friendly. An interesting note: all the people seem to enjoy working for the company, and it sends them to training seminars. My work was done fast and now I have a top of the line system. I am very happy: especially in the summer.

Service technician Ron from Day and Night Air Conditioning was very good at his job. Very knowledgeable, understanding of the situation and very professional with his diagnosis. He gave me all the information I needed to make the proper decision to repair or replace the unit. I had three separate companies come out to diagnose the situation. Day and Night Air Conditioning was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. I would never recommend anyone else!!!

The level of service I received from my initial phone call into Day & Night for an estimate to the actual service performed was beyond my expectations. I was having problems with an out of warranty water heater and was struggling to get replacement parts. Parts were not available locally and the manufacturer of the replacement parts even recommended replacing the whole unit, not just the parts. If someone who runs a business off of selling replacement parts tells you it’s not worth just replacing parts, you listen. I did some research on quaility water heaters and an estimated cost of purchase and installation. I called Day & Night on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to Nichole in the office. She had a service technician, James, give me a call back. The high level cost estimate was inline with my expectations and we scheduled the install for the next day, Sunday, at 8:00 am. James kept me updated on his tasks to prep for the installation and showed up promptly at 8am. Old water was removed, new one was installed, and it was as easy as that. James was great to work with and a good guy to chat with. I received a follow up phone call to make sure I was a satisfied customer, which I am. Honestly, this is probably the best service experience i’ve had. The entire process from my initial call to this review was super easy. I highly recommend Day & Night. I will be using them for additional projects

We had a emergency situation when all the drains in the house suddenly stopped draining. We phoned Day & Night Plumbing, and they agreed to help us "after hours." Justin Harrah came to our house to help us. He was knowledgeable, very considerate, and pleasant -- and a real pleasure to work with. Justin Harrah is our hero! More than satisfied with the excellent job they did. I highly reccomend. Josh Perry and Mike Probst were very nice and friendly as well as informative.

I need to 1st say that I called in a panic, and they sent a wonderful plumber out within an hour or so. That is a "WOW" to me. Josh came in, told me exactly what happened, what needed to be fixed and not fixed, went to work and was so thorough, kind and left me feeling completely glad I called this company. I wouldn't go with anyone else . The quality of work and integrity is what we all want to experience and loyalty to that is deserved.

They came out promptly on a Saturday and fixed the problem with the air conditioning. The repair person gave us some choices (whether we wanted a surge protector on both upstairs and downstairs units) and stayed quite a while to make sure the job was done right. We recently had a minor (unrelated) problem with a thermostat, which they came out and took care of promptly. We are happy that we called them both times.

It was adequate. It was nothing special one way or another. Their pricing was about like anybody else's. Their service was fine. No problems at all with that. They were very responsive.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He took enough time to make sure everything was done correctly.
