We called Day and Night and asked them for a quote for us to purchase and replace a toilet with them AND the cost of labor to install a new toilet would purchase. The company gave both costs and even suggested a retail toilet, which we purchased and VERY please with (saving us substantially.) I purchased a new hose and valve too. All were installed for the same price as the original quote for the toilet - I was delighted and surprised.

Description of Work: They provided quotes for new AC. Through multiple communications, the sales rep. (Brian Kearley) was professional, efficient, informative, accommodating. Michele Lauchner scheduling coordinator was also very professional and responsive. I didn't end up buying the system from them, but they were very easy to work with and seemed very organized.

Description of Work: Replaced two 4 ton integrated heat pumps and air handlers. The technicians were very professional and did a very good job, as attested to by an SRP inspector who came to verify for rebate purposes.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaking toilet. I made the call to Day & Night and they had someone out to our house within a couple of hours, very fast service!! Jesse explained everything and showed me the price list for the repair. I would definitely call them again if needed.

But it wasn't just that they had the best price, they had incredible customer service and follow through and everything was performed on time and without any incidents. I am very happy I chose them and will continue to use them to service my new unit and for any other repairs I might need.

Description of Work: Called to see what estimate would be to take stopper out of bathtub and take hair off (something I have done in the past on other tubs but I can't get the stopper out of this one). I was quoted $268.00. Outrageous!!

This service man could have fixed it and charged me $1,000 |But instead he did the right thing, and I'm so appreciative. This is an HONEST, above board company and I will use them in the future.

Description of Work: We had a new system put up on our roof. They came when schedules and took about three hours to get the new HVAC installed and running. They went over how to use the programable thermostat and told me what to expect when the unit was in the heat mode. I was impressed with the clean up, the speed of installation and the follow up that came two weeks later. A technician came and checked everything out and made sure that I knew how to operate the system. This company does very good work and were always polite and professional.
